A little GEM

Warning: Spoilers
This is a superbly crafted masterpiece; it's relevance to it's time is only part of it's quality. One can't describe timber without using a color in the description. When baby-boomers were reassessing their view on marriage and De facto relations, this movie came at just the right time, and did a marvelous job of providing an alternative view of how couples might view each others new partners; without anger! Accept your ex-partners decision with grace, and don't let this interfere with your life of love. A superb story! Each of the stars were well cast, and they portrayed their characters to the T. Understanding that in many parts of France, it is difficult to find 'the right accommodation' helps the viewer understand why she allowed him back into their dwelling; BUT, the main point is that she is an exceptional woman; an intelligent woman. She knows she still has love in her heart for her X and isn't afraid to show it!
