This movie opened with great promise but by the time Christian Slater gave himself up to the police for no particular reason it slid downhill fast. What progressed is the biggest incoherent mess I've seen in a long time. With so many plot holes I needed a rope to keep myself on my chair. A true case of talent wasted, I respected Val Kilmer as Jim Morrison but he has lost the plot ever since. Daryl Hannah squealed a lot and as for Slaters love interest if she could act I must have missed it. This film should be retitled "Friends Loyalties the Yo-Yo Ride" as from one minute to the next Slater's gang either loved him or were chasing him down the road in spectacular rear projection fashion. Anyone who saw good in this film obviously care for wounded animals in their spare time, for this was a true lame duck!
