I made the mistake of paying a late fee on this! Shoot me now. The special effects are so bad I can't even remember the good parts. Wait there wasn't any! Take this from somebody who likes action movies even bad ones. This one is bad, bad, bad. The only reason I even rented it was because it had two decent actors (Slater and Kilmer). Mindless movies should be at very the least visually exciting (Jackie Chan ect..) This is both mindless and boring. Not only could I not get into it I felt ripped off. Last time I felt that way was when I rented Leaving Las Vegas. TV shows are better then this, movies like the Score were phenomenal compared to this. I could make a better movie with my PXL2000. If by some horrible chance this comes on TV skip the movie and watch the commercials they at least have some production value.
