There is one thing that could have changed my vote of 1 to a 9: The plane crashes with the girl at the controls.
After so much time suffering through the bad dialogue, bad story, bad sets (apparently a really big fan is all one needs to construct a high altitude exterior scene) and bad acting the only real payoff would have been to see that spoiled brat get what she deserved. If you suspend any hope of judging this movie as a regular disaster film, then you will be able to get engaged into the story line enough to wish the girl pilots the plane into the tower and in so doing gives these worthless characters some merit for existing.
I would have been laughing even harder than I already was watching this thing had that occurred. Since it didn't, I give this a one.
