Tomorrow Never Dies still wins by a hair, in my opinion. Sure, in TWINE, the boat chases and ski shots were great, but nothing new, and the plot, which at first, seems simple, turns puzzely.
The lead song "The World Is Not Enough" was WEAK compared to the awesome "Tomorrow Never Dies" song, which I still remember by heart.
This movie had a lot of the Bond aspects of it, but it didn't FEEL fresh. When I see this on the shelves for DVD at the mall a year from now, I will pause, turn it over, shrug, and move on.
