I saw the first 'episode' of the series just now, after seeing about 40 further episodes. It was funny to see this very young Columbo with the really same personality as what he has now in the new movies. Only the last half hour was a bit more theatrical (but I don't wanna write spoilers), more dramaic - and our beloved Columbo was able to be more 'agressive' than usual. It was fun to see.
