Elf the Musical could well be the most expensive West End show of all time.
Tickets to go and see the festive production in London this Christmas will set you back between £51.80 and £240 - and no, that isn't a typo.
As Time Out London reports, a family of four would have to spend £207.20 for nosebleed seats, or an absurd £960 for the best spot in the house.
The musical stars Ben Forster and Kimberley Walsh in the lead roles of Buddy the Elf and his sweetheart Jovie.
Meanwhile, The Bodyguard's Mark McKerracher will star as Santa Claus, while Joe McGann and Jessica Martin round out the main cast of the musical as the Hobbs family.
Elf the Musical is set to open for a ten-week run at the Dominion Theatre on October 24. Tickets are available now via the musical's official website.

Former Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh has joined the cast of the stage musical adaptation of Elf.
The singer joins Ben Forster, Joe McGann and Jessica Martin in the adaptation of the Will Ferrell Christmas movie, the Daily Mail reports.
Following its seasonal stints in Dublin and Plymouth, the play will have a ten-week run at London's Dominion Theatre.
Previews begin on October 24 before the official opening on November 5.
Written by Tony Award winners Thomas Meehan (Annie) and Bob Martin (The Drowsy Chaperone), the musical has songs penned by Matthew Sklar and Chad Beguelin.

The musical version opened on Broadway back in 2010, returning for another run two years later.

know this isn’t going to be your usual Jesus Christ Superstar as Judas (Tim Minchin) blasts out the opening song with heavy guitar solos and big drum intros.
The large screen at the back of the stage is the focal point of the action and is used in such a fantastic manner. Showcasing the occupy London movement, introducing a newsreel, Video reporting and even a fantastic, bordering on cheesy, poke at modern reality TV in a TV style vote off. This was definitely a crowd favorite as it starred British Former Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles.
The production spared no expense with its wowing ways.

Newcastle United lined up for their first pre-season friendly of the summer this evening in their brand new black and white Puma home kit in front of a small but spirited crowd in the Stadion an der Gellertstraße, Chemnitz, Germany, and were beaten by the home side, after a ninth minute goal from Anton Fink.
6,700 fans turned out to see the home side, who have already played three pre-season games, rebuff a host of Newcastle chances, thanks to outstanding goalkeeper Philipp Pentke who saved from Dan Gosling, Haris Vuckic and Shola Ameobi.
As is the nature of these games, Alan Pardew took the game as an opportunity to give some new and fringe players a run out, with every single one of the named substitutes playing some part apart from veteran goalkeeper Steve Harper, and in truth Newcastle fans shouldn’t look at the result as indicative of anything.
