BBC News is reporting that a third party has reported sexual offenses by a man to police following recent claims against actor Noel Clarke.
Police said they were assessing the information, which was reported on April 21. A third party report in the UK is anonymous, so the allegation cannot be investigated by the police. However, they can be compared with other reports against the same person.
This latest information comes after 20 women have accused Clarke of sexual harassment and bullying. He has “vehemently” denied any sexual misconduct or criminal wrongdoing.
“On Wednesday, 21 April, police received a third party report relating to allegations of sexual offences allegedly committed by a male over a period of time,” the Met Police said in a statement.
The allegations against Clarke are mounting. The Guardian, which broke the story against Clarke on Thursday, said six more people had now come forward with claims of misconduct,...

This week, British actor, writer and director Noel Clarke has made headlines after being accused of groping, harassment and bullying by 20 women.
Clarke played Mickey Smith in “Doctor Who” from 2005 to 2010 and starred as Sam in the films “Kidulthood,” “Adulthood” and “Brotherhood,” which he wrote and directed, intent on bringing more representations of working-class Britain to screen. Clarke also writes, produces and plays Aaron Bishop in the British police procedural series “Bulletproof,” alongside close friend Ashley Walters.
Clarke made his film debut in 2003’s “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead” and has since starred in movies including “Star Trek Into Darkness,” “Centurion,” “4.3.2.1.,” “Fast Girls,” “Storage 24,” “I Am Soldier,” “The Anomaly,” “I Kill Giants,” “Mute,” “10×10,” “The Corrupted,” “Twist” and “Sas: Red Notice.”
In 2015, Clarke founded the London-based production company Unstoppable Film and Television with Jason Maza, eventually securing investment from super-indie All3Media, which owns “Fleabag” producer Two Brothers and “1917” outfit Neal Street Productions.

Over the last 20 years, Noel Clarke has built up quit an impressive resume. The Britain based actor has made dozens of on screen appearances. You’ve probably caught a glimpse of him in some of your favorite movies and shows. He is best-known for his role in the TV series, Doctor Who, where he played Mickey Smith. He also gained lots of attention for his role in the 2013 film, Star Trek into Darkness. Even though he’s a veteran in the industry, Noel has no plans to take his foot off the gas. With some impressive projects in the works,

Companions have left the Doctor on their own accord or met a much more tragic end.
Some stories we saw on screen, some we didn't.
Doctor Who: 19 Times Bad Wolf Connected the Doctor and Rose Tyler
Here are some Doctor Who companions and characters we believe should have another go in the Tardis, or perhaps healm their very own spin off! Spoilers, they aren't all investigative journalists with robot dogs.
1. Luke Smith: K9 and Co Luke Smith: Sarah Jane Smith's adopted son in The Sarah Jane Adventures. Grown from DNA by the Bane, he's not fully human and would be a big target for aliens on his own. He shared adventures with Sarah Jane and his mates, Maria Jackson, Clyde Langer and Rani Chandra in the spin-off show, which was sadly canceled after the untimely death of Elizabeth Sladen. He has the brain of a million humans and...

As previously revealed, Billie Piper’s returning to the world of Doctor Who as iconic companion Rose Tyler for her own spinoff series. An audio spinoff series, that is, from the good people of Big Finish Productions, and now, we have a full rundown of what to expect from the four-episode boxset.
Rose Tyler: The Dimension Cannon fills in the gap between Rose’s exit from the show as a regular back in the season 2 finale and her surprise return in season 4. As fans well know, Rose was thought to be trapped in a parallel world before she found a way to (temporarily) reunite with the Doctor in time to help defeat Davros and the Daleks’ plan to destroy the multiverse. Now, this series will explore Rose’s adventures as she uses the titular dimension canon to hop between universes.

It’s Sunday night, 7:19 P.M. on my clock, which makes the premiere of the 2016 Doctor Who Christmas Special just an hour and 41 minutes away. The long drought is almost over.
I’ve been getting my Whovian fix this week by watching as much as I can of BBCAmerica’s marathon of episodes, which has been running since last Tuesday. It was interesting to watch the progression of Doctors, as it gave me a chance to really compare Eccleston, Tennant, Smith, and Capaldi’s characterizations of the Time Lord.
To be honest, I can’t really say all that much about Christopher Eccleston’s turn – it always seemed a little flat to me, as though the actor rather quickly regretted signing on to the role, and so was doing that – merely playing a role until the contract ran out. (I remind everyone that this is all imho, not, for a change,...

The Ninth Doctor is the one that got away, the incarnation that promised so much when he first appeared but left us wondering what could have been when he left. The one series Christopher Eccleston completed gave us a decent introduction to this Doctor, but left a lot of mystery. This has of course been of great use to the writers of the radio dramas, books, comics etc as they get to fill in the gaps and expand that underused mythology. Where this incarnation did shine was with two of the best companions the Doctor has ever had, Rose Tyler and Captain Jack Harness, and Cavan Scott makes sure in this series they get as much air time as can be squeezed in. A very wise move.
Last issue had seen The Doctor asked for help by old friend Mickey Smith,...

From Doctor Who’s Mickey to a one-man film industry, and Brotherhood. So why doesn’t Noel Clarke get more respect?
Over the past weekend, the final part of Noel Clarke’s The Hood trilogy of movies, Brotherhood, hit big in the UK. The movie has earned £1.98m in its first seven days on release, on just 220 screens. It did so in spite of Clarke at one stage struggling to raise the finance for the film (only two companies ended up putting in tangible offers), and also in spite of it being eight years since the release of its predecessor, Adulthood.
In a summer of box office disappointments, Brotherhood has offered a very welcome contrast.
The box office numbers were being reported as a surprise, and not unreasonably. Rounding off a trilogy that’s been off screen for many years is a gamble, and a trilogy too...

Rather like the cash-in games for popular films, a ‘celebrity’ writer often sends a cold shiver down the spine, as you know that often a publisher is simply hoping the celebrity’s name will outweigh any inevitable shortcomings. That being said, I was a bit more optimistic with Noel Clarke being the ‘celebrity’ writer, and with the obviously discerning editorial team at Titan Comics. Noel Clarke, for those unfamiliar with him, is a talented British screenwriter/ actor/director, probably best known as the recurring character Mickey Smith in Doctor Who.
To say we jump straight in is something of an understatement. Clarke’s screenwriting chops are clearly evident from the very start, as we get a very cinematic, very violent beginning as some heavily armed soldiers attempt to capture and/or kill a girl with superhuman abilities.

Mobile game Doctor Who Legacy has seen a major update, adding two premium add-on packs and new features that prepare the game for the new series of the show.
Similar to Peter Capaldi's debut series last year, from September 19 the free-to-play mobile puzzle game will be updated the day after each new episode of series 9 airs, with new levels and characters based on that episode.
In the meantime, players can get stuck into the game's first premium add-on pack, 'Sonic Adventures', for £7.99 ($9.99), a 30-level storyline starring the First Doctor, unlocking sonic devices from throughout the series as well as unique "sonic" versions of memorable characters, including Jack Harkness, Mickey Smith, River Song and Third Doctor companion Jo Grant.
Doctor Who Legacy will also introduce a dedicated mode for younger players named 'Doctor Who: Legacy Kids', which offers unique stylised visuals and a simplified version of the game...

The world of Doctor Who has changed greatly in the space of just 10 years. The cast and crew have almost completely been replaced since 2005, including a number of new actors to play the errant Time Lord and his companions.
But what has happened to the class of '05? Where are Rose and Mickey now? What is the writer of 'Dalek' up to? And where can you see more work from the director of 'Rose'?
Here it is then, your guide to the main players of Doctor Who series one.
The Cast
After his three-month on-screen stint as the Doctor, Christopher Eccleston's career continued in much the same vein, taking in theatre, interesting television roles and the odd blockbuster.
Post-2005, the Northern actor went Stateside to take on the role of invisible man Claude in the Us series Heroes. From there, he popped up in a very amusing Doctor Who-esque cameo as Dr.

Ten years ago, the world was about to be re-introduced to one of the most enduring and exciting television characters of all time, Doctor Who. Asked who his favourite Doctor is, Noel told Bang Showbiz: ''Matt Smith. He had a different energy. He was just very different. Nobody thought he could match Dt [David Tennant], but he did.'' What about the things they haven't confirmed, though? Obviously there's that spoiler looming out there about a certain return. What else could be in store for the 50th anniversary episode, though?
The resident Whovians at Zapit have some ideas and have thrown them together into a wishlist. Take a look and let us know what special surprise you'd like to see in "The Day of the Doctor."

The Tenth Doctor
Portrayed by: David Tennant
Companion(s): Rose Tyler, Mickey Smith, Martha Jones, Captain Jack Harkness, Donna Noble, Sarah Jane Smith
Tenure: 36 stories (46 episodes), from “The Christmas Invasion” (Dec, 2005) to “The End of Time” (Jan, 2010)
Signature look: Dark brown skinny suit with blue pinstripes or vice versa, trainers, glasses, long billowing coat, and highly zhuzh-ed hair
Catchphrase: He has several. The most common are, “Allons-y”, “Well…”, and “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry”
Personality: The Tenth Doctor is one of the more human Doctors. He’s warm, funny, and rather emotional. He can be incredibly short-sighted and dense when it comes to his Companions’ feelings, but he for the most part is highly emotionally intuitive. Still recovering from the Time War, a wrathful anger lurks beneath his friendly façade, but it very rarely comes out. This Doctor is very energetic, finding it difficult to sit still under normal circumstances,...

Mickey Smith
Portrayed by: Noel Clarke
Doctor(s): Ninth Doctor, Tenth Doctor
Tenure: 7 stories (10 episodes), from “Aliens of London”/”World War Three” (April, 2005) to “Journey’s End” (July, 2008), though he appears in several other stories as a supporting character, rather than Companion (for example, in his role as Rose’s boyfriend, separate from the story’s main plot or adventure)
Background: Mickey is a fairly nondescript young man when his girlfriend Rose encounters the Doctor. Swept along (and nearly killed by the Autons), he initially reacts with fear and disbelief to the dangers represented by the Doctor. After Rose leaves with the Doctor, disappearing for a year, as far as her mother and the police are concerned, Mickey is suspected of being responsible for her disappearance and this nearly destroys his life. After a few more adventures with the Doctor on Earth, he’s invited aboard the Tardis, but turns down the Doctor,...

Pete Tyler
Portrayed by: Shaun Dingwall
Doctor(s): Ninth Doctor, Tenth Doctor
Story: 3 stories (4 episodes): “Father’s Day” (May, 2005), “Rise of the Cybermen”/“The Age of Steel” (May, 2006), “Doomsday” (July, 2006)
Background: Pete is one of only a handful of characters on Doctor Who that audiences meet in separate dimensions, including Companions Liz Shaw, the Brig, Mickey Smith, and ally Jackie Tyler (though we only meet her doppelganger very briefly). First introduced as Rose’s father who’d died when she was a baby, a bit of a dreamer and get-rich-quick schemer who, though his heart was in the right place, wasn’t the best husband, the Pete we spend more time with is an incarnation from an Alternate Dimension, affectionately called “Pete’s World” by the Doctor. This version found success with one of his early schemes and is a well-respected, incredibly wealthy executive and inventor. In this timeline,...

In case you missed it - or Icymi, as the kids say - acclaimed British filmmaker Ben Wheatley, of Kill List, Sightseers and A Field in England fame, is to direct two Doctor Who episodes for 2014 - the first two episodes to feature Peter Capaldi as the 12th Time Lord.
Signing Wheatley to helm Who is an enormous boon for the BBC's long-running sci-fi drama - he's a rising star and a unique talent. But which other big names would be a good fit for the show's director's chair?
Here are a few directors that we think would be great for Doctor Who - many of whom have professed their love for the show - and once you've read our picks, be sure to name your own in the comments section below...

The Doctor’s companion is one of the most important parts, if not the most important part, of Doctor Who as a show. The Doctor himself can be as brilliant and dazzling as ever, but if the companion is dull or not relatable for the audience, the show’s whole dynamic falls through. Since the show’s revival in 2005, the Doctor has had everything from brilliant, funny, incredibly awesome companions to flat, one-dimensional, irritating ones (not naming any names – well, not yet, anyway) to accompany him across time and space. Here I’ll attempt to rank them from best to worst, and how their presence affected the Doctor and even the show as a whole.
(On a side note, I will focus on the companions who had pretty consistent runs within a season (or seasons, in the Ponds’ case). Companions will not make it onto the list if they were a one-off,...

My pick for best fancy dress at Dragon*Con goes to the man with the Home Depot Horta from Star Trek's first season. Photo: Tony Sullivan My third day at the Dragon*Con scif-fi and fantasy event kicked off with a Doctor Who companions panel. Present were Noel Clarke (Mickey Smith), Eve Myles (Gwen Cooper), Gareth David-Lloyd (Ianto Jones) and veteran John Levene (Sergeant Benton). When asked what their favourite creature was, Myles quickly responded "John Barrowman".
Next up, Team Arrow, Kelly Hu, Seth Gable, Janina Gavankar, Manu Bennett and the irrepressible John Barrowman. In fact, I think they should just hand over the whole convention to Barrowman. Gavankar managed to hold her own, while Barrowman recreated falling off his chair from a panel the previous day and re-enacted a torture scene with Manu Bennett standing in for Stephen Amell, which involved a gratuitous nipple tweak.

BBC Defends Its ‘Doctor Who’ Against Accusations Of Racism A new book calls out the BBC’s sci-fi series Doctor Who as “thunderingly racist,” but the UK pubcaster begs to differ. The Beeb has hit back at the accusations claimed by a group of academics in Doctor Who And Race, and fans have rushed to dismiss the criticisms as “groundless” and “ridiculous.” The BBC noted the 2006 casting of Freema Agyeman as the Time Lord’s first black assistant and Noel Clarke playing Mickey Smith for five years. The pubcaster’s reply came as critics alleged the Doctor’s apparent dismissive attitude toward black companions, his contempt for “primitive” people, and his passion for cricket as proof of a reactionary “whiteness”. In the last couple of days a media buzz has brewed up about two hot topics and how they are connected, Doctor Who and Racism. A collection of essays is due to be published very soon named ‘Doctor Who and Race’, analysing as you can expect overarching themes and attitudes of racism and how the programme, first broadcast 50 years ago in 1963 is based on outdated values. While we have seen similar arguments made against the programme on the subject of anti-feminist attitudes in ‘Doctor Who: 7 Ways to Annoy Women’, which can be found here; and is quite an interesting read, some of the snippets that have been published by the press about ‘Doctor Who and Race’, the credibility of some of the arguments is variable. Branding the show ‘Thunderingly Racist’ is a bold statement, but is it justified?

Doctor Who returns tonight on BBC America with the all-new episode “The Bells of St. John.” Fans of the show will finally get to see their beloved hero again, and they’ll finally get more monsters, and they’ll finally get more timey-wimey goodness! But most of all, fans will finally get some intel on the very sexy and mysterious new companion, Clara Oswin Oswald.
Even though Doctor Who has been on the air for almost 50 years, often it’s not the Doctor the fans care about as much as his human companions. After all, the Doctor has the hook up to the Tardis, one of the only vehicles in the universe that can take you anywhere you want in time and space, which means the Doctor has his pick of companions…and only the smartest, bravest and hottest will do.
So who’s the hottest companion? Well, that’s tricky to say.

Noel Clarke has suggested that a return to Doctor Who is unlikely. Speculation is rife that former Who cast members may return to the show for its 50th anniversary in November 2013, but Clarke told Digital Spy that he does not expect to appear in any celebratory episode.
"I'm sure if I was gonna be there, I'd know about it already," said the 36-year-old actor - who played Mickey Smith between 2005 and 2010. "I'm not chasing it and I'm not... begging for it. I do my own thing and they do their thing. If they called me, then I'm sure there'd be a conversation, but I'm not calling (more)...

Doctor Who Boyfriend Goes on a Star Trek
Okay BBC fans, get ready to see one series regular headed to the final frontier. He is actor and director Noel Clarke and he portrayed Mickey Smith the boyfriend of the Ninth and Tenth Doctor’s companion, Rose Tyler, for several years. Now he’ll have to get his bearings on a star ship no doubt as he joins the megawatt J.J. Abrams/ Paramount Picture, Star Trek 2. Of course we keep referring to the sequel that way because there is no official groovy subtitle yet, like say Ghost Protocol or Game of Shadows.
Clarke joins the ranks of Alice Eve and Peter Weller, two other actors recently added to Star Trek 2‘s cast list. We do know the big bang of a sequel will premier May 17, 2013. So, it is safe to say things are still developing. We can’t say much about Clarke’s role,...

It’s been confirmed that the awesomely named British actor Benedict Cumberbatch has been cast as the villain in the Star Trek sequel which begins filming this month. Scoring accolades for his turn as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic detective on the BBC’s Sherlock (its showrunner is Steven Moffat of Doctor Who fame, of course), the actor has also turned in high profile supporting roles in Steven Spielberg’s War Horse and Tinker, Taylor, Soldier Spy. He’ll also portray Smaug the Dragon (through motion capture) and voice the Necromanncer in the upcoming The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There and Back Again.
The question remains, who will he’ll play. When Benicio Del Toro dropped out last month, it had been more or less confirmed that Kahn would be the Big Bad. But was that true to begin with now? It’s also know that...

After spending some time fighting alien baddies with Doctor Who as Mickey Smith, Noel Clarke shouldn’t have any problems with anything that’s thrown at him on the Starship Enterprise, and that’s a good thing because he’s the latest person to join the cast of Star Trek 2.
There’s not a whole lot known about Clarke’s role, except that he plays a family man with a wife and young daughter, but I’ve seen him in Doctor Who and think he’ll do a decent enough job in any role they give him, regardless of whether it’s a major or minor one. Other newbies to the Trek universe include Alice Eve and Peter Weller, with both of them being well-versed in the world of science fiction. Is it merely a coincidence that J.J. Abrams is bulking the cast up with faces that are familiar to sci-fi fans?...

London-born actor Noel Clarke has joined the cast of Jj Abrams' Star Trek sequel.
According to Variety's report, details of his role are being kept under wraps and it's known only that he will play a family man with a wife and young daughter.
Noel is the third high-profile Brit to land a role in the Paramount movie following newcomer Alice Eve and returning star Simon Pegg. Also in the production is RoboCop star Peter Weller.
Last month, Benicio Del Toro dropped out of the role of the unspecified villain and Edgar Ramirez and Jordi Molla are apparently being considered to fill the vacancy.
Noel Clarke wrote, co-directed and appeared in 2010 crime thriller 4.3.2.1 and is perhaps best known for his role as Mickey Smith in Doctor Who. He was also in the film Centurion and, on TV, in Auf Wiedersehen Pet and Casualty.

Briefly: Details remain skimpy on J.J Abrams' sequel to Star Trek, though the film should be shooting soon. But we've got one more name to add to the roster of new actors, which also includes Alice Eve and Peter Weller. Noel Clarke, the high-profile British writer/director/actor perhaps best known in the Us for playing Mickey Smith in Doctor Who, has joined the cast. Variety [1] says he'll play "a family man with a wife and young daughter," which doesn't tell us much at all about his role. I'm sure some will speculate that he'll play as part of a flashback to Uhura's past, but that seems like such obvious speculation that it can't possibly be correct. We'll probably have to wait for a trailer to get a really good idea of what the film is all about. The Star Trek sequel will be post-converted to 3D and released on May 17, 2013. [1] http://www.

With details very, very scarce about J.J. Abrams' Star Trek 2, even as it gears up for production this spring, we can only rely on the handful of new cast members to make guesses about what the sequel has in store. Now we've got our first casting announcement for the film this year; according to Variety, Dr. Who star Noel Clarke has taken a role in the film. Naturally, the part is fairly under wraps, but Variety hears he "will play a family man with a wife and a young daughter." Star Trek cynics may assume a guy with love for his family is a doomed redshirt with a target on his back, but really, there's no telling where they might go with this. Clarke is familiar to Who fans as Mickey Smith, but he also had a small role in Neil Marshall's Centurion and the Andy Serkis...

British actor/writer/director Noel Clarke has ascended to the big leagues the old-fashioned way; by working his ass off. Having started off in the cast of long-running sitcom "Auf Wiedersehen, Pet," he broke out on-camera as Mickey Smith, boyfriend of companion Rose Tyler in the 2005 revival of "Doctor Who," dropping in and out of the show and its spin-offs across the next five years. But simultaneously, he was also carving out a screen career, penning and starring in the gritty drama "Kidulthood" in 2006, and then directing its follow-up, "Adulthood," in 2008, after the film became a surprise hit. He's since went on to direct the crime caper "4.3.2.1," with Emma Roberts, and will star in no fewer than three self-penned film s across 2012: rom-com "The Knot," sports drama "Fast Girls," and sci-fi horror "Storage 24;" picking up an Orange Rising Star BAFTA along the way. So far, he's yet to.

Looks like Noel Clarke is going to have to catch a plane across the pond. Clarke, best known to genre fans as Mickey Smith, Rose Tyler's boyfriend in "Doctor Who," is making a return to science-fiction: in "Star Trek 2." Director J.J. Abrams won't tell Trekkies the name of the character Clarke will play, or what role he'll have in the overall story. All we get is that he's a "family man with a wife and young daughter." Clarke joins two other Brits, Alice Eve and Scotty's Simon Pegg. This is the first time Clarke will have a chance to share a project with either actor, although Pegg did appear in a "Doctor Who" episode (just not one that also included Clarke). Clarke is not just an actor. He's also a writer and director, too. He wrote a short in 2002 that starred himself called ...
