Chernobyl (2021)
Informative and enjoyable
Well sorry to say folks I enjoyed the film , haven't seen the series so I can't compare it with that .
Wuthering Heights (2011)
Swearing?
Why was there so much swearing? It definitely wasn't in the original book, if they didn't swear like this even in the east end of London in the 1930s are we really to believe they swore like this in 19th century Yorkshire? Keep it real please.
Anne (2017)
Loving this so far
I'm enjoying watching this, I find one minute I feel so sorry for Anne the next minute I find her infuriating but funny also, I get carried along by the raw enthusiasm of the actress which I think is rare these days it's like the actress really believes in her character, I think it's a testimony to the acting of the main character that you feel so engaged with the character and the rest of the acting is good too.
Beecham House (2019)
Enjoyable Sunday night fayre
I've watched this till episode six, not sure how historically accurate it is but I found the characters believable and the acting is certainly as good as any I've seen on television recently so I'm surprised at the bad reviews as the story is more interesting as the series continues, so perseverance pays off
