This was a weird one.
Time and time again, i felt like i should just stop watching.
Often when not watching tv, i felt like seeing more.
There is a lot of feelings in this show, and it works.
I don't want to spoil anything, it's worth watching, and a 7 in my book is a sure watch. I know people think how it's 10 or 1, but i for one judge based on quality and entertainment. Not based on my feelings.
At times the slow pace is too much for me personally, this is why the score is "only" 7. This show had the potential for a 8-9.

I rarely say this, but i find it hard to find anything bad to say about this show.
You clearly do not need to know anything about chess to see this show, as you never really see a full game played.
It plays on emotion's, rather then the games it self.
I guess that in it self can be a let down to some, because the few times you think your following a game, the pieces on the board is flying randomly around, or so it seems.
Then ending was sudden, but good. They set you up for more, but does not deliver. I guess have questions left for my imagination.
Netflix have been disappointing again and again with shows from season 2. But these limit series, especially this one are spot on and i could not recommend anything more.

This is another clear example of why stupid people should not write about being smart.
I think the only thing i could believe in was their names. Everything else was just stupid.
How this made it to more then 1 show baffles me. This fantasy world if theirs is so far fetched. Too much of a leap of faith for any one with a mind of their own to believe in.

My complaint's is not to deter you from watching is, but for you to not get disappointed, when you think you are going to watch a high rated show with high quality. Because this is not it, it's an above avg show, that is worth watching. Personally i like to watch anything from 6 and above

This show does not deserve high praises, it's a decent show, okay acting.
Lack of character build. Like 1 season in and i know NOTHING about Emily Rhodes, the kids or the wife. The only time they engage in opinion's is when its the wrong one.
Why are the FBI and Secret service so stupid? The guy is in the building, lets just leave it open why wont we. Oh a car chase? What about NOT calling in choppers, i mean it's not like they are chasing those that killed THE ENTIRE POLITICAL SCENE. Lets just act as one stupid person with her head under her arm.
The story is fine over all, but i just can't help my self hating on ALL the action scenes. Mostly because everyone is so incredibly stupid, and it's unrealistic that ANYONE would ever act like they do.
It's a little bit of a drag to be honest, too many episodes without substance. Just drama. And that's fine, but season 1 should not be 21 episodes.
I do recommend you watch this show, if you like me have run out of content to watch, because it is (for 2 season's or so I've heard) a decent show.

This was another one of those shows that gets success and runs out of story.
Season 3 became some sort of drama comedy show with horrible acting and writing. Everything became extreme and stupid. In a 49 min show there was a sex scene with nothing before OR after for 2 minutes. We get it, they like each other. It is no longer about relationships and the pressure they are under. It's just "Back to normal". They just changed from "I'm going to die" to "The world is mine".
I can no longer recommend this show, it's was painful for me to watch it to the end in season 3, stop after season 2.

This show is not bad, nor is it great.
The story is okay. I think most people know the entire show before it transpires, but that is how tv is made these days, and only rarely do a new tv show have originality. I guess this plot is what we call "playing it safe"
The writing is below average, at least you will cringe from time to time over how stupid the actor's lines are. I blame the writers for this one. Maybe it is to make it more family friendly, considering the age of a decent amount of the actor's. Or maybe the writers just suck, who knows.
Kids have a big roles, i guess this can be a good thing for some people. But if you don't like bad acting, this is not for you. Kid's hardly understand their own feelings, so how are they suppose to act so you believe it? For that reason i can give this a pass.
I still give it 6 even with all that said, and that is because at least i did not stop watching it and look for something else. To me, 6 is watchable but not good enough to be praised.
Don't be too hyped for this show, but if you like me have some hours with noting to do. Go for it.

For about 20 minutes, and then it got me good.
This is a high quality production, and with a little more means, I'm sure this will be a 10 star show.
Playing the game is not needed to understand the show, but it is fun to recognize characters and monsters.
They did a great job on the first 8 episodes, i hope to see it improve in the next season.
Enough reading stupid review's with spoilers. Go watch the show, it's worth it.

The production value is low.
Writing is on the wrong side of avg. the plot is fine, it's just bad writing episode to episode.
Some (but far from all) of the action scenes are well made, Especially the first few. And for that, they get a 5 instead of 3-4.
Could have been 6 if it was consistent but it is not.
Some of the actor's does a decent job, hard to say how good they are when they have a bad script to follow, but i bet they would look great in show's with great production value. But there is no doubt that this show was cutting down on actor's, so many of the actor's that have a role like a person in a bar fight, never be seen again are horrible bad. But again, i don't know it that is their fault or just the how bad the show is made.
If you have nothing better to do, this show is okay to watch, but i do recommend to play something on your phone or do something to draw away your attention when the show gets too cringe to look at, or when you got their point 10 minutes ago, and are just waiting for the show to move on.

I knew the plot before it happened, but that did not make the show any worse.
The comedy is mostly in the pilot, i feel like this is a mistake. It's more suspense rather then comedy from there and you should only draw that out so long. The story is a bit drawn out because of this.
Normally shows just get mediocre females these days, just for the sake of feminism. But for once we have a show with 2 good female actress to carry the show, and they do not disappoint at all.

I could not for the life of me sit back in the seat while watching this.
Rarely do a show get me so emotional involved.
This show is absolutely worth a watch.
The only bad thing i really can say is the ending, but i think many will disagree. I will not spoil anything, so it is up to you to see if I'm right or not.
Other then that, it's just sad that it's already over, but this way it does not feel like they are milking episodes just for the sake of it.

The 9 instead of 10, is because season 2 was hard to get in too. Season 1, 3 and 4 was great all the way. Season 2 just felt off. I'm super happy i kept watching, and sad that it's over. But it end's, with a real ending. So it feels complete. I wont go in to the details of the show. The acting might not be 100% all the time. But it's acceptable, you will have some questions to the story that does not make sense. But in the end, it's a great story that hits you in the feels. Go try it.

S1: First season was somewhat okay, they sure don't know much about shooting though. I guess i would recommend you to watch that for what it is. 6.5/10
S2:But if you like me, give your best to watch it to the end, you will learn that in the middle of season 2, you start to ask so many questions. And your focus starts fading away from the show. When i started last episode i thought: It's finally over.

Super acting. The show does a great job hooking you from the very start.
I would call it a 9-10 start.
Sadly they do not keep up with that rating. Now i'm only just done with season 2. And its very watchable no doubt, and i would recommend to try it out.
Although i fear for season 3, I'm going to watch it, but at this rate im afraid I'll end up rating it 5, and that would be a shame. Because i really enjoyed the first half season a lot.

This show brain dead. I've seen every episode so far just because i have nothing better to do. I would never recommend this show to any one.
Still I'm going to watch it at least to the end of this season.
This show is all about bad writing and acting. Purely made for teens that want to relate to couple issues. The most sad part is that i feel like it's getting worse and worse. And it started out horrible. So people either give it 1/1 or 10/10. never got that. So either you have no opinion or the world is only black and white to you.
Do you have nothing better to do? Have you seen everything you can come up with? Then fk it, give it a go. Watch a horrible actor try to cry once every 5 min, while she looks like someone ready to give head the rest of the time. At least that i can enjoy. :D
