One of the few adaptions that are better than the original book! It could get you emotionally attached with this dystopian world and give you a new perspective into the reality. Elizabeth deserves more than one Emmys for her performance. Imagine acting under continuous closeup shots! The only criticism I have with the show is some episodes can be too slow to be followed.

Civil war of name-changing?

First 6 seasons were absolutely fascinating even though I didn't grasp the logic of most legal cases. And how could you not root for each character (maybe except for Louis)? As the show goes on, it's getting ridiculous with all the civil wars of name changing. If I were a law school graduate, I wouldn't work for a firm where its name changes faster than launch of the latest iPhones!

High school version of HTGAWM?

Despite the plunging rating, I still enjoy the show, twisty and dark yet evoking compassion to each character, even the villain ! In season 3, past and present timelines are woven together to create tempting plot twists. Can't help wonder is it high school version of HTGAWM?
