Kabzaa (2023)
Height of Hollywood copying
Even Don by him was much classy and slick but this one was stupendously, mind blowingly aghastly boring. Hiw could he except this crap. Week storyline poor direction bad copying of Hollywood hits like Mi series, Fast and furious series etc etc.
I could bear only fifteen minutes and then switch off my projector though it would be wasting of time and energy
Then I started watching Mi-5 and controlled my anger.
Shahrukh it's high time you start donig more relevant movies like chak de etc.
This movie could run because of excellent publicity stunt but in future this trick won't work. Hahahhahahahahahhah.
Top Gun: Maverick (2022)
What a magnificent piece of art
Truthfully speaking, even a rating of 10/10 doesn't do justice to this film. This was totally worth the wait. So rare for a sequel to outdo it's original. TC is at his best. I cannot wait to see him shine in MI 7 and 8 as well !!
Heartstopper (2022)
Sweeter than honey
So unconventional of Netflix to actually put out a great teenage drama. Don't even think twice before watching this piece of beauty. I loved every second of it. Hoping there are more to come!!!!
Gehraiyaan (2022)
Absolutely worth the wait!
Been wanting to watch this magnificent piece of art since the trailer dropped in January. The soundtrack is undoubtedly my most favourite part of the movie. Each one of the leads were phenomenal. My penchant for Shakun's work has definitely deepened.
The Great Indian Murder (2022)
Intriguing boring
I am eagerly not waiting for the 2nd season. Though I have wasted 9 episodes time to see a great murder mystery unfolds. Please don't dare to make another misery.
The Afterparty (2022)
Chris Miller, you were dearly missed!
Voìla! Such a refreshing take on the mystery genre. I thoroughly enjoyed the first 3 episodes & Dave Franco's remarkable comeback. If you like the kind of comedy that doesn't take itself too seriously, has fun characters, and earns what other movies just expose, this is for you.
Shark Tank India (2021)
PHENOMENAL!
This is exactly what India needs amid the cesspool of pointless shows such as Roadies. Alas, the youth will stop idolising imbeciles after being introduced to the bevy of young dynamic entrepreneurs. For an adaptation, the makers have done a commendable job in the production of this show. Shark Tank will connect to each one of you regardless of your age. Hugely informative and enjoyable, I just cannot recommend this more.
Don't Look Up (2021)
Unimpressive!
One star each for the million dollar ensemble cast, the outstanding vfx , the originality of the plot and a supremely captivating score. Mr McKay, how did you still manage to eff up despite having precisely the elements of a BLOCKBUSTER?!?
It started so well but an hour into the movie , I just knew the story was going nowhere. Don't even get me started with the awfully written jokes in the film. You have the greatest comedic geniuses Jonah Hill, Meryl Steep ,Leo DiCaprio and that's the best you could do with them? Also, what in god's name was the point of Chalamet's character! He had absolutely nothing to contribute to the story. I am feeling so dejected right now , since I had been anticipating Don't Look Up for so long. Sigh!
The Guilty (2021)
Waste of time
Ridiculously slow and bland. Jake's attempt at "coming back" had miserably failed. Also, what did I accept from a Netflix original movie , they always disappoint.
Nine Perfect Strangers (2021)
Don't be deceived by the 10 stars reviews!
I can't believe that David Kelley, creator of the absolutely ravishing HBO drama Big Little Lies produced this nonsensical show.
It has zero elements of a mystey thriller and well, calling it a drama would be an overstatement too. I just couldn't connect with any character in the first 3 episodes and I am not even remotely psyched to get to know their stories. Also, I am quite certain that the plot is not getting any better in the upcoming episodes, so I am not going to watch any more! The 2 stars in the review are simply out of my sympathy for the talented cast.
Long Shot (2019)
To say I loved it, is an understatement.
I had been putting off this movie for so long, thinking rom coms aren't for me. Boy was I wrong!!!
I was pretty irresolute with the idea of Seth Rogen in a rom com, since I didn't connect well with Knocked Up, but damn this guy never fails to impress me ! Need I mention what a stunner Charlize Theron is !!?!The casting was absolutely commendable and the plot was so unlike the sappy romances which get so predictable. An ingenious balance between romance and comedy that I have never experienced before, this movie is the epitome of rom com! Can't praise this enough.
American Vandal (2017)
FLAWLESS
Words are futile when it comes to describe this sterling piece of work. The show is so meticulously crafted, it's quite understandable why we only got 2 seasons. I truly hope it's ingenious creators reconcile to bless us with more gems like this.
Also, don't have second thoughts..go watch this show and live the most amazing moments of your life!!!!!!!!
Outsourced (2010)
IMPECCABLE
It's truly a shame that we got only one season of this gem of a show.
The Rental (2020)
A splendid directorial debut!!
It's about a group of four friends who decide to spend their weekend in a rented mansion, oblivious to the chaos that follows. The plot was a bit slow placed, nothing really petrifying or eerie takes place into the first 30 minutes of the film. Mediocre acting by the cast which was subdued by an intriguing plot. Well, I expected a lot from Dave Franco and he could have done better. The ending however was startling. brownie points for that! In nutshell, it's an enjoyable one time watch, so show some love and support for Davey y'all as it was a great attempt at making a thriller!
Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi (2016)
Sooooo Lovelyy
Unlike the other stupid shows, krpkab was the only show that retained its essence till the very last episode. This show's an epitome of grace and beauty. A big thanks to the entire cast for gracing my TV. A unique show premiered on a unique day (29 Feb)!
