Why?

I don't understand why he cut his arm off. It was really clear that he couldn't get away without any one helping him. This was completely unnecessary and a person like Rick, who survived so many things in the series, should have known this was ridiculous. On top of that, he was a prisoner but still in a safe place and not really in danger of being killed. So thos show I will skip definitely. Absolutely disappointed with this turn of events in the pilot. I need to type se more to fulfill the word count. They should have just let it be with this spin off. I absolutely hate it. What a waste of time.

Oppenheimer (I) (2023)

Total disappointment

I was so hyped to see this movie especially after the first positive reviews on IMDB. My son and I even used the opportunity on our short trip to Hong Kon to watch it as we live in Shanghai and I am bot sure when it will be released in China.

The cast is very good yet the movie is plain boring. I fell asleep twice during the first hour. The constant background music was so annoying. It was only talk and very little about the actual bomb making and design. The bomb testing was just plain bad, lile a low budget movie. The remaining hour of the movie was a court drama. I can't believe people liked this crap. My son was waiting for this movie for a long time and asked me twice to walk out.

Schumacher (2021)

Touching

For someone who grew up watching Schumi race, this was a must watch. The documentary made him look human and the end brought out the tears, especially as Mick, his son, talked about his relationship with Michael. The family is strong and united in keeping Mick safe and hopefully one day they will be rewarded!

How to ruin a great show

I really enjoyed this show and was looking forward to season 4. I could not believe what happened. It was turned into a cartoon series. No thanks, I am not watching anymore.

The Great (2020– )

Huzzah! I want season 2

This has been one of the best shows of the year. I binged watched it over the weekend and it was great. It is loosely based on history but has an entertaining twist and the ending cries for a second season. Elle Fanning does a great job as well as the other characters. Some you immediately like, some you hate but all of them grow on you as the season progresses.

Gangs of London (2020– )

Massacre!

This is the most violent show I've ever seen! Once you get over the extreme violence, the show is very good. I finished the whole season over the Labor day weekend. Sometimes it was a little difficult to understand the accent. Hope there is a season 2.

Stop after season 1

Season 1 was excellent but after that it went downhill. I tried watching season 3 but stopped after the second episode. Rating for season 1 is an 8, the rest is a 1.
