The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live: Years (2024)
Season 1, Episode 1

Andrew Lincoln deserves an Emmy.
26 February 2024
The Ones Who Live exceeded my expectations.

After half a decade, Andrew Lincoln is finally the main protagonist of TWD again.

His performance was absolutely sensational, he is a brilliant underrated actor.

The cinematography was beautiful, it didn't even feel like I was watching something apart of The Walking Dead Universe.

The dialogue and the story is done so well, making this episode EASILY the best premiere of TWD.

Almost granted me tears to my eyes watching this masterpiece of a return.

The Walking Dead is nothing without Rick, but he's finally back, and better than ever!

I can't wait for the rest of this series, thank you Andrew Lincoln for a breathtaking performance.

Fear the Walking Dead: The Road Ahead (2023)
Season 8, Episode 12

Farewell FearTWD.
20 November 2023
After all these years of mixed emotions, FearTWD provides a decent finale that should satisfy most fans.

My problem with this finale is that it simply feels rushed, I'm very satisfied with how the show ended, however I can't help but feel relieved that it's finally over.

When Fear was still in its early days, the audience was already writing it off, well you know what, sucks for them.

Through all the craziness, heartbreaking, controversial, moments that this series brought us, they managed to make it about the Clarks in the end. It started with the Clarks, and ended with the Clarks.

This series brought a lot of world building, diversity, and brilliant characters to The Walking Dead franchise.

It's been an exhausting journey, but it's finally over.

We can all relax now!

Thank you Dave Erickson.

Fear the Walking Dead: Fighting Like You (2023)

THIS IS FEARTWD.
19 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I've been watching FearTWD since 2020, and with all the awful garbage that's been thrown our way since Kim Dickens departure, FearTWD is heading for an AMAZING finale.

The emotions in the last scene were so REAL, I just KNEW Alicia was the mother, there was something off about Troy and I guess that was it.

Troy was literally taking care of Madison's granddaughter whilst also trying to find her a home.

It's incredibly ironic that Madison has been trying to kill him HAHA.

I LOVED this episode, and I say that confidently for the first time since Season 3.

Daniel Sharmans performance as Troy Otto was perfection, somehow bringing back a character from the dead was possibly one of the best decisions they have ever made.

It has been a crazy CRAZY journey but we're so close to the end, I'm proud of every single person who has suffered through this overall mediocre show.

HERES TO HOPEFULLY A GREAT FINALE.

Fear the Walking Dead: Keeping Her Alive (2023)

We won't have to fear much longer.
19 November 2023
Can I just say, with only 2 episodes left of this series, its been an INSANE journey.

Unfortunately the majority of this show has been absolutely disappointing, the Andrew & Ian Era.

However, they brought back Madison Clark.

They brought back FearTWD.

This episode was filling me with joy as I saw my OG fear favourites on screen all interacting with each-other, fighting, feuding.

Its just like, If someone told me 2 years ago, around the time when season 6 & 7 was still on air, that they managed to bring back Madison Clark and also Troy Otto for the last season of FearTWD, Id tell them, we can only dream of that.

Somehow Fear made dreams come true.

A reason Ive always loved Fear is because of the characters.

The writing is STILL so illogical, but god, I just dont care, the characters make up for it, honestly they do.

With 2 more episodes to go, I wanted to say its been a pleasure, its been exhausting, but were almost at the end everyone.

Dwight & Sherry steal!...
6 November 2023
... steal our entertainment!

These characters just aren't interesting, atleast, when they're together.

Dwight was a good character until Sherry came into Fear, Sherry has to be the most annoying character in FearTWD, shes uninteresting and makes Dwight uninteresting.

I think Dwight's personality change is pretty realistic, he's been through a lot, so I thoroughly enjoyed most of his scenes this episode, and generally enjoyed his character.

However, this episode was pretty boring, not much happened really, it's more of an update on these characters that have been left out so far in 8B, jammed into a 40 minute mess.

Feels like Fear
29 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This show does not feel real at all, in a sense where I can't believe this actually exists.

It feels so good seeing characters go back to their original form, or at-least close to it, etc. Strand & Daniel.

FANTASTIC to see Luciana back on our screens, beautiful to see the four original characters stand side by side once again.

I can't believe Charlie is finally dead.

Honestly it wasn't as satisfying as I always thought it would be, I guess after all these years I eventually somewhat forgave her for killing Nick, pretty dark stuff.

I find it so weird that they dug up Nicks body so they could cremate him, they literally buried him already, let the man rest.

Despite its flaws, I'm just glad it's feeling like FearTWD to me, 9/10.

"That's not Victor Strand?"
22 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Despite the writing still being mediocre, FearTWD returned with an episode that put a familiar smile on my face.

It may be illogical that Troy is alive, but this is exactly what Fear needs at a desperate last attempt for a good final half to the last season.

Still, some of the acting isn't fantastic with some of the cast, but there's not many expectations towards that anymore, I just want these last episodes to be entertaining, and this episode strives to be exactly that.

I think the fact FearTWD will end with Kim Dickens & Daniel Sharman in the main cast again, blows my mind.

The frame with Daniel, Madison & Strand standing side by side whilst facing Troy Otto feels like a dream, but gave me a massive shot of nostalgia, this is the first time I've felt like I'm watching FearTWD, the real FearTWD.

Troy was a fantastic character, and it seems he still is.

My expectations for this show have NEVER been higher.

Can't wait for the remaining episodes.

CYA IAN AND ANDREW
16 June 2023
Andrew & Ian are finally gone, I can't believe this, no one will miss you guys, you guys did a terrible job and you destroyed fear, losers, cya.

Let's be honest this episode sucked.

I'm glad Morgan is finally gone, and I think his farewell was perfect for his character.

I'll miss Lennie James, but I'm glad Kim Dickens can finally be the lead again, this is her show.

We thank you Lennie for your work on the show, I know a lot of us don't like Morgan, but I truly appreciate you and what you've done for the fear fans.

Okay back to the episode, yeah it's garbage, insanely boring, PADRE was proved to just be a waste of time.

The post credit scene is insane though, I think the final 6 episodes of the show could be truly special.

I'm not heartless
10 June 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Graces' death was really emotional, and you can't help but just feel bad for Morgan, realistically, he's gone through the most out of any character in FearTWD, with maybe exceptions of Alicia/Madison.

The last few moments carried the episode hard, everything else was pretty boring/bland/no one cares.

Again, the acting, I don't want to point out names, but wow it's really obvious.

This episode was a good setup for the mid-season finale, it looks like it'll be a good episode, so for once in a very long time, I'll have my expectations high.

But probably shouldn't keep it like that, everyone knows what usually happens when you have high expectations for a FearTWD episode.

I like the bit where Morgan Morganed all over everyone
1 June 2023
Good episode best in the series imo.

Funny jokes that don't get repetitive at all is basically what this episode is!

It also makes me cringe every time they say "7 years ago".

I do like Lennie James, his acting is better than most of the cast, but I just can't with Morgan anymore, his character is inconsistent and stupid.

Anyways, this episode is the worse of the season so far, the dialogue is just terrible, literally just awful.

Honestly just a massive filler episode, considering how many episodes are left, this one felt completely pointless and empty.

This season could potentially be the worse in the entire show, I didn't even think it was a possibility with Kim Dickens back, but we'll see.

Didn't know it was April 1st
25 May 2023
Good April fools joke FearTWD... So where's the real episode?

Wait, it's not April 1st?

THIS is the episode?

This show is such a joke.

Strand is no where to be seen, alright I guess we'll just never see him again, no worries, cheers bro.

Same deal with Luciana, alright all good I guess we'll just forget about her?

The whole PADRE storyline is incredibly stupid and I do not care for it one bit.

Some of the acting is just god awful and oh my the dialogue isn't much better.

Here's some pros and cons of this fabulous, interesting episode,

Cons: everything I've already stated.

Pros: at least that's one less FearTWD episode, only 9 more to go!

I'm dead inside.

19 May 2023
FEARTWD JUST DROPPED AN ACTUAL GOOD EPISODE FOR ONCE?!?!?!

NAHHHHNAHHH WHATS GOING ON IS THIS THE RIGHT TIMELINE?

AM I AWAKE RN?

IS THIS REAL?

Anyways yeah, it's actually good.

To me, this episode really felt like it fit in TWD universe.

It's not super great but it's entertaining, won't bore you to death like the season premiere.

The acting was pretty decent.

Easily the best episode since season 6, (we don't talk about season 7)

If the next and last 10 episodes of the series continue to improve from this episode, then I'll be excited to watch on my somewhat legal streaming site.

But let's be honest, it probably won't be consistent after this one, (it never is).

I don't want to fear anymore
13 May 2023
Just before I get into it, here's a quick summary of my review:

this show still sucks!

No, no it won't get better, but I'm gonna keep watching it, you know why? BECAUSE KIM DICKENS IS BACK.

What's there to say really, just the same old fear. I don't really have any energy left for this show so I'm surprised I'm even ATTEMPTING to type yet another review for this awful show.

Most of the time all I here is BLAH BLAH BLAH goddddd this show needs to be cancelled, wait, season 8 is the last season? THANK THE LORD 🙏

This is the beginning of the end everyone!!!

(by everyone I mean me and the other 14 people who still watch this garbage)

Kim Dickens is still beautiful. Madison Clark OWNS Fear.

See you all next week! (Kill me)

Sonic the Hedgehog (2006 Video Game)
10/10
I can't believe I ended up loving this game.
26 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Sonic 06, it's known for being the worse Sonic game ever, being a massive Sonic fan, I had to play this one as I haven't had the chance yet. I bought a PS3 and a copy of Sonic 06 and played it these past few days.

Now before I say anything, don't get me wrong. I understand COMPLETELY why people HATE this game. What I'll never understand is how you could possibly think it's the worse Sonic game ever.

The music is amazing, the story is fantastic, and Silver is such a cool addition to the Sonic franchise! It's a shame he was introduced in this one, as many fans hate this game due to the glitches and bugs.

Now believe me or not, I didn't seem to encounter any glitches or bugs that really ticked me off. The only thing I could say is the vehicle Shadow drives is AWFUL. I did use some glitches with Shadow and Silver to complete some of the missions faster, I had a lot of fun using some of the glitches to my advantage.

Some of the dialogue in this game has to be one of the bests in the franchise!

"If the world chooses to become my enemy, I will fight like I always have"

  • Shadow The Hedgehog

The cutscenes in this game are not the greatest, except for the ones they put their whole budget into, etc the intro scene and the last scene. The high budget cutscenes must've easily been the highest quality at the time for a Sonic game.

Although I loved this game, the only thing I really hate about it is the KISS.

Like why? Why did Sonic have to kiss a human.

Weird as hell.

Also mentioning Eggmans design... Luckily for us they dropped that after 06 lmao.

Some of the bosses in this game weren't the greatest, a few were really hard to control. Although I didn't mind them, none of them I really hated.

Mephiles was creepy as hell, his design actually seemed threatning, and not to mention that he's the only person who's managed to KILL Sonic.

Elise is an okay character, I was definitely more interested in Silver! He's easily one of my favourite Sonic characters and this game made me love him so much. He would do anything to protect his home and his future, although he may be a little on the naive side, it's only because he would believe anything if it meant protecting the things he loved.

I love the theme of the levels in this game. I don't think the layouts of the levels are amazing or super inspired, but I still had fun.

The Mach speed sections weren't a problem to me, although obviously they could've been ALOT better, etc being able to at-least move while you jump.

Shadow had some of the best character development in this game, I also LOVE his design in this one.

If this game wasn't in Adventure style, I'd probably hate it. The adventure games are my favourite Sonic games along with Unleashed.

Soleana is a cool hub world, I don't think it's as cool as Station Square or Mystic Ruins, but I love the soundtrack to it.

It was great to also be able to play as Knuckles, Tails, Amy, Rouge, Omega and Blaze in adventure style for the last time.

Sonic, Shadow and Silver all turning Super in the end, has to be one of my favourite cutscenes in Sonic history. The final boss was SICK! I honestly think it has to be one of the best bosses in Sonic.

In the end, I am disappointed that they didn't spend more time on this game, it could've been PERFECT, and loved by the community, but sadly it's not.

I'm glad this game still tried implanting inspirational messages for all.

I respect everyone's opinions on all Sonic games, I hope you can respect mine. Thanks!

Life Is Strange 2 (2018 Video Game)
10/10
Melts my heart.
16 February 2023
Life Is Strange is my favourite story based game of all time, the art style, peaceful atmosphere, and story is what did it for me. However, Life Is Strange 2 seems to be exactly that, with an even more hauntingly beautiful story. The journey of the Wolf Brothers is absolutely fantastic, I shed so many tears playing this game. Will easily make you as emotional as the first one. So be prepared.

Life Is Strange 2 is the story of 2 brothers, Sean and Daniel, you play as Sean and have to protect your brother no matter the obstacles that are thrown in your way, as they attempt to escape to Mexico.

They travelled through hell and back, but they did it together, as brothers. What makes this game different from the first one is that the game depicts real life situations in a very relatable way, and I think that's the main reason why I think this game is stronger than the first.

I loved this game so much. I highly suggest it for anyone who is hesitant to play it, Its worth every second.

South Park: Cupid Ye (2023)

Hasn't been South Park for a long time.
11 February 2023
I've seen every single episode of South Park to date, I've loved and followed the shows for years.

However no matter how hard they try, it just doesn't feel right. This episode was a somewhat decent premiere, but man I really wish we had a GREAT opening to the 26th season.

I love this show but they need to really up their game somehow, sure it must be hard writing original episodes considering they've done over 300 of them, but maybe they should've stopped earlier.

Also I agree with the majority about Randy, man he was such a good character but he's been so annoying these past few seasons, felt like he was the main protagonist.

Stan sounds like a 16 year old tbh, it's kinda weird, they're meant to be in the fourth grade. Obviously Trey Parker can't seem to do the voice anymore. Understandable, but it doesn't feel right.

Okay episode but yeah nothing much to it.

4/10.

Sonic Eraser (1991 Video Game)

There's just nothing to it!
8 February 2023
Sure, it's 1991, Sonic has just become a video game icon without people even knowing. However, I don't really know why they made this. You can't really call it a Sonic game when it's just Tetris with 2 Sonics in the middle of the game.

Really it should be called Sonic Tetris haha.

Well I need to type 300 more letters.

Uh.

I'm not actually taking this seriously by the way, I just review every Sonic game I complete haha.

So pretty much, not very engaging that's for sure haha. Pretty boring game, unless you like Tetris and Sonic however, then this game would be perfect for you!

Thanks for reading my review, have a great day fellow Sonic fan!

Sonic: The Fighters (1996 Video Game)

Frustrating
25 January 2023
Considering Sonic The Fighters was an arcade game, I understand why it's short. I like the concept of the game however, some of the stages are really frustrating, but honestly it's mostly Metal Sonic, it's like they just quadrupled the difficulty for him, despite not even being the final fight.

I liked the game at first but the Metal Sonic fight ruined it for me, the graphics are okay, again it's an arcade game.

I had fun but as the game went on my enjoyment just kept decreasing. At least new characters were introduced into the series in this game, however I don't know if any of them return in future games.

Fun but would've been disappointed.
24 January 2023
If I were a sonic fan in 1997 I would've been heavily disappointed by how short this game is. Out of all the Sonic racing games, this one seems to be the most appealing in almost every aspect.

The courses are bright, slightly complex, and overall pretty enjoyable. However, there are only 5 courses. I don't know why Sega decided 5 courses was enough (with the fifth one being locked until you complete the first 4 courses coming in first place).

LOVE the OST, very vintage vibe.

Played it on the Sonic Gems collection but wish it were longer, other than that I loved it, the controls were easy to use on the PS2.

Still better than the modern Sonic racing games.

Sonic Unleashed (2008 Video Game)
10/10
A beautiful entry to the Sonic series.
10 January 2023
Sonic Unleashed is an underrated masterpiece that is often controversial. The werehog controls is what mostly people nitpick about, however this game deserves much higher than 6.4

What makes up for the werehog controls however is the brilliant story, a Sonic game is always great at making you feel for the characters, but this game exceeded.

To me Sonic Unleashed is about a beautiful friendship fighting back the evil within. The day stages are so vibrant, the night stages are controversial, but the story really makes up for it.

This is if not my favourite Sonic game, possibly surpassing my favourite Sonic game, Sonic Adventure.

Frontiers was a great resurrect of the Sonic Franchise.

However, Sonic Unleashed, despite being released 2 years after the awful and broken Sonic 06, managed to become a brilliant game with meaningful lessons, and one of the best stories to ever peak in Sonic.

With an OST so heart touching, breathtaking cutscenes, Sonic Unleashed would've brought hope to Sonic Fans back in 08 without a doubt.

I would've been so happy playing this game back in 08, as happy as I was playing it right now in 2023.

Sega really outdid themselves with this one, and I'm shocked it took me so long to finally walk this beautiful journey.

Masterpiece, beautiful, everything a 90s child needed.
3 January 2023
I could imagine being a 90s kid growing up with Sonic, being an 2000s kid, I did grow up with Sonic, but it must've been the biggest gift to be there when it all happened.

Everything about this classic is perfect, down to the last pixel, the soundtrack, the simplicity, the speed.

I've loved Sonic ever since I was born, this is truly one of the greatest video games of all time. Sonic, since '91 has grown to be one of the biggest video game icons in history, and his legacy is going to be remembered for hundreds of years to come.

Every zone is such a blast to play, Labyrinth Zone was a bit rough for me but other than that, just amazing.

Underrated!
1 January 2023
Completed Sonic Lost World in one sitting recently and I thought it was surprisingly fun, considering I've been in the Sonic community for some time now and have heard bad things about it, I was shocked to see it has some pretty good gameplay, and even that I was playing on keyboard, some controls were a bit rough but it's probably a lot easier on controller.

While I wasn't really interested in the story, I still had a good time.

The dialogue was pretty hilarious, Roger was really sarcastic in this as Sonic, even though he usually is, I found he exceeded in the sarcasm in this one.

WOW. My favourite game as a child was always Sonic Adventure, I'd only just completed Sonic Adventure 2 and it was fantastic!

The story is easily one of the best in the whole Sonic franchise, love the adventure gameplay, most levels were pretty fun, all original.

The story is just what really makes this game great, the addition of Shadow in the Sonic universe was easily one of the best decisions made by Sega and Sonic Team.

Compared to the first Sonic Adventure, I'd say the story was SLIGHTLY better, but I enjoy Sonic Adventure more.

Great lessons to be learnt and in all fact a fun adventure.

Childhood game revisited
8 December 2022
Sonic Colours, just honestly such a fun game.

Recently completed again, the story isn't fantastic but it has a lot of heart, and this to me was Roger Craig Smiths real debut as Sonic.

I played this on the Wii, the levels are original, some short some lengthy. Overall the game is short and sweet, around 3-5 hours.

The bosses were pretty good, nothing to be too hyped up about, but Sonic Colours isn't a game that's meant to be taken too seriously, it's a really vivid journey.

Loved this game as a child and I still love it now, everything from the soundtrack to the gameplay.

Definitely one of the better Sonic Wii games!

Sonic Frontiers (2022 Video Game)
10/10
Thank you Sega and Sonic Team.
8 November 2022
Sonic has been kicked around for years for having lack of interesting gameplay towards his games, overall story, non existent character arcs and development in more modern times.

I've been a Sonic fan ever since I was 6 years old with my favourite game being Adventure. I'm 16 now.

I know a lot more fans out there have been there since the beginning, but Sonic means everything to me, and it almost brought tears in my eyes while I was playing this game.

Sonic Frontiers changes everything people thought about Modern Sonic, it changed what I thought about Modern Sonic and for the better. I always loved Sonic but it always hurt to see him drop in audience due to his games just being lacklustre.

The cutscenes, the overall expression within Sonic, the deeper tone and more serious story is exactly what they needed all along, with also beautiful stunning graphics and a fantastic OST, although that's no surprise of course.

This year was the year of Sonic The Hedgehog. Im so proud to be a Sonic fan, thank you so much for taking the time with this one, it was so worth it. 💙
