NATE!
5 March 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I hate how Nate turned, I'm still grappling with it. His arc is written very well and very well acted but I wish it didn't happen.

I'm happy for Keeley and love her so much! I thought she was going to annoy me at the beginning of the show but she turned out to be one of the best female characters written for TV. Her and Rebecca! But I'm so worried for her and Roy's relationship.

Also, I could NOT stop laughing when the Ghanaian billionaire was waiting for Sam in the medical room with his assistant is in the background shaking hands with the learning skeleton! That scene was too funny and so subtle!

I really enjoyed it!
28 January 2023
I really enjoyed this movie! I think people over the years are expecting a new Toy Story or Finding Nemo like when we were kids. This new generation of Disney is for the new generation. So my generation May not understand it but our kids do.

This movie made me laugh and kept me engaged with the animation and story. It's really cute and in my opinion, I think people don't like the progressive parts of the movie whether they admit it or not. But to the progressive characters of the movie, it didn't feel like it was pandering like Dr Strange pt 2. It felt like these characters were fully fleshed out with backstories with their own dreams and lives. Even the dang dog! The world reminded me of "Rick & Morty" the ABCs of Beth episode with a mix of "Avatar". Give it an honest chance and let go of preconceived notions. It's a good family film.

FGW: Look At It Closely
13 August 2022
This show reminded me of Insecure. I love Insecure and I love this show. This show had me really laughing out loud each episode! I been following Frankie Quinones on social media for years and was kind of skeptical about social media stars successfully translating their humor to tv. This works! He is hilarious and effortless. This show has SoCal culture down to the T but even if you're not from SoCal, you'll still appreciate the comedy in this show as the main character struggles to find his place in the world, something we all can relate to.

Funny!

Husband is military and we both found this show hilarious! He laughed more than I did because he related more to the jokes than I did but I still enjoyed the show. Give it a chance.

A talking penis
4 February 2022
A talking penis.

The two main actors (Sebastian Stan and Lily James) did a good job and they actually look like the people they're portraying but that's it. I had to turn it off when Tommy Lee tells his penis he's in love and the penis responds. I get what they were going for but idk, it was kinda dumb.

I love this show

This show is no where near as bad as the other reviews say. If you're a fan of Roger Smith from American Dad, you'll like this show. It's pretty funny and pretty much how I picture the private lives of the British royals.

Love this show!

I absolutely love this show! I always seen the previews for it and it seemed to me like another Modern Family, it is NOTHING like Modern Family. It is literally its own show. All of the characters are very interesting and three dimensional, easy to identify with all of them on some level. This show deals with real issues from parenting to marriage to past lives, to everything really but not in a preachy way, more like a refreshing way. Again, I love this show! I love Tracy Morgan's character. I'm glad I gave it a chance during this quarantine. Enjoy!

Will Smith was the best part
23 March 2020
Seeing the trailer I wasn't excited about this movie coming. I started to watch it on Disney+ then had to turn it off. I couldn't get through it. It looked like a high school production with the sets and the colors. I had to watch it again while babysitting nephew last night, and Will Smith saved the movie. In my opinion anyway. I thought he was going to be too much Mike Lowry but he did a great job! The cgi was terrible. His head/neck was the worst I couldn't stop focusing on it, but that part isn't his fault. He kept Robin Williams spirit alive with his performance. I enjoyed him. I didn't buy into the love interest storyline but it didn't ruin the movie for me. What did was the sets, it didn't properly capture atmosphere like the cartoon did. You can see the painted backgrounds and some sets looked obviously recycled for different scenes and it was too dark. Also, I thought Jafar was too young... I couldn't take him seriously as the bad guy. He came off as a whiny bro to me. See it, don't see it. We're stuck inside for the time being.

Amazing!
12 October 2019
No dialogue needed. This show is just amazing. I even cried at the end of episode 5 and still no words were spoken. I never seen a show or movie this imaginative! It seems like all of show business now takes place in outer space which is cool, it's still nice to look back and imagine what life could've been like in our early days. PS: I know dinosaurs and early man didn't coexist but we can imagine it and the dinosaurs probably WOULD have acted like our pets/companions. I love it! I love this show

I like it
24 September 2019
I hate sitcoms. The laugh tracks, the predictable plots and the endings with a neat little bow but this one seemed a little different. It genuinely made me laugh and I actually cared for the main character, Abishola. I really liked the pilot episode and excited for more.
