You Got Trumped: The First 100 Days (2016)
Brilliant
This is a brilliantly funny web series that does a great job lampooning not just Donald Trump but those around them, including his family (a vapid wife Milania who literally burns money, and a daughter who he says is "so hot" he makes out with her in public) and his political yes-men like Chris Christie, who Trump always beats up on and insults, Vice President Mike Pence, and other cronies as well.
His Secretary of State is a brainless beauty pageant contestant who can barely speak in full sentences and his Secretary of Defense is a Nazi war criminal confined to a wheel chair who still dreams of world domination.
The show is crazy and way over the line but so is what is going on in real life at the White House, so it works! The actors playing Donald Trump and Chris Christie are especially funny but I have to admit I would definitely like to have seen some more of the actress playing Ivanka, although without having to watch her make out with The Donald, ha ha.
The Annoying Orange (2009)
Terrible
The Annoying Orange is terrible.
Apparently I have to write ten lines of this review before they will let me post it, so okay I will try, but I'm not sure what else there is to say about this show, if you can even call it some kind of a show which it is not.
It is about an orange, with poor animation/graphics cheaply laid over top so it has a "human" face that talks. Nothing in the show really happens other than the orange deliberately annoying the other also terrible characters (other fruits), and also annoying the audience. I get how that might be a funny joke to do once, in one video, but why is this a series and who actually watches and enjoys this garbage?
Avoid if you have even one single functioning brain cell.
Black Books (2000)
One of My All Time Favourites!
Black Books is silly and goofy and about a group of messy, mostly useless slobs... and I loved every single minute of it! What great entertainment.
Black Books is absolutely one of my very favourite television programmes of all time. I really loved the characters and the silly situations they would get involved in. There were laughs from start to finish.
The episode where they drink then foolishly try to replace the priceless wine for the Pope... the episode where she takes piano lessons from a blind man... the episode where they just try to go on vacation...
What a brilliant show! Will make you smile.
