Saltburn (2023)

If you don't like this you don't like film.

This is a proper film . So much poor content litters the streaming sites.

The acting is excellent, it's beautifully shot and the sound track is bang on for the time.

Saltburn draws you into it's story and you are interested and invested in where the story and it's people might take you.

Darkly humorous throughout I was always entertained as I wondered which way the film might go. I might have laughed in a few places where i wasn't supposed to but it kept me guessing. Sinister but mild mannered, chilling but not cold.

The excess of the rich, their entitled being and childish sense of worth between money, property and people. Their confusion yet confidence which leaving them dreamy yet unfulfilled .

Very silly funny and enjoyable comedy. Made me think of the exceptional Father Ted from back in the day. I think the more you watch the more you see, references to films etc.

It's odd, but wonderful
10 November 2020
Yes it's odd and a little slow but it's wonderful. You could say that it covers some mental health issues ,cos it does. You could say it covers ALOT of women's issues cos it does. But is it funny? Well yes it is!

Sarah plays Sarah a character that is very much how I imagine she is in real life .

If you've seen her stand up and or seen her on TV and enjoy watching her, then this is a twisted fun version of that. Enjoy.
