What the Health (2017)
Be skeptical
Cherry picking studies to attempt to prove a point is not scientific inquiry. The reason scientists refused to talk to him or ended interviews wasn't because they were scared of his questions, it's because you cannot convince someone whose mind was made already made up and misrepresent 'science' to them. The death of expertise is real, and the Dunning-Kruger effect is real.
Miss Sloane (2016)
OK, but...
The movie was OK, but it was a little bit over played to one side. It's no wonder it was such a flop financially; too many gun owners in the country and they don't like to be attacked. Also, they followed a few of the talking points that aren't true, like being able to buy online with an ID: any online purchase is required to be sent to a FFL and they are required to confirm ID when they transfer the firearm.
National Bird (2016)
A bit of fiction, packaged as facts
I will only comment on the 1st person interviewed in this piece. She stated that she enlisted in the USAF and was part of "military intelligence" and "flew the drones". This is very easily debunked as only officers in the USAF actually fly the Preds, and only those flying shoot the Hellfires when ordered to do so.
Yes, there are junior enlisted that are part of the drone program, and work as support personnel in that theater, but this entire movie loses all credibility from the beginning because of the glaring factual errors that go uncorrected.
