You don't see a lot of interactions Marco and Manny, it's nice to see them being themselves and being friends. Spinner at the end was the icing on the cake. I miss this show and was interested to hear that HBO is going to do something with it.

Am I missing an episode

In the last storyline episode Linkara was going to have a race in the contest of champions. Did he film it and have technical difficulties? It was a good episode overall. I didn't know that the ring was originally a Japanese franchise. Good twist ending in the manga. Can't wait to see the movie review next week.
Netflix needs to get its act together

I noticed that the episode skipped around a couple times when I noticed that one minute Rosé had her hair down and the next time we saw her it was up. At first I thought it was just them skipping commercial breaks but now I know they cut a lot out. On YouTube you can see Rosé performing "On the Ground" on the show but it never happens on the Netflix episode. I don't know what's going on but they need to fix it.

Just a heads up to those of us who are sensitive, pay very close attention to the title. I like Strider's YouTube channel and think he is a nice guy. I also like the Nostalgia Critic dispute the controversy so I watched a good way into the video. The first imaginary that creeped me out was the vegetable movie but it was made in the 1930s so whatever. When they were discussing the unreleased German cat movie I couldn't handle it. I really appreciate Strider for censoring the graphic scenes but as they describe the way the cats die it became too much for me. Great video guys but use extreme caution when watching it.

As a pilot episode it's a pretty good one, however if you aren't a fan of the Sonic games you won't have any idea what's going on.
I like the cast. It's good that they have easy to identify character traits, Sonic is impatient and brave, Sally is smart and determined, Anton is cowardly, and Cat is noble. Stinks that Sonic had to leave him behind.
It's pretty dark that someone died in the first episode. Can't wait to see what happens next.

This episode shines a light on Granny Smith and her past as a high diver. When Flim and Flam return to town with a tonic claiming to cure everything it seems to work, the old mare is swimming again. Applejack finds out it's only apple and turnip juice and doesn't want to spoil her granny's good time. it's not until Granny Smith attempts something dangerous that she realizes that lying even when it helps someone is still wrong. it's a good message for kids.
