Batman: The Animated Series: I've Got Batman in My Basement (1992)
U can Skip this one
What the hell I...what happened this was just such a boring slog it felt like I was watching a 3 hour movie literally nothing of interesting happens in here at all Batman's unconscious for most of the episode so we're stuck with annoying kids who can apparently take on the flipping penguin also Batman fences in this gawwh i hate this episode
Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Old Friends Not Forgotten (2020)
Utterly phenomenal
This is easily the best episode of the season so far and I cannot wait to see this arc unfold it also breaks my heart that this might be the last time Ahsoka sees Anakin until rebels😔
Green Book (2018)
Decent
This film isn't great it definitely didn't deserve that best picture win and it has a very tame way of tackling the race issue at the time it's essentially a crowd pleaser which just frustrates me when I think of what it could have been an R rating could've really elevated this film it's sad that studios are more concerned about profits than making a movie that feels "real" not this tame BS we got
Side note: If you liked Bohemian Rhapsody then go watch this film
Star Wars Rebels (2014)
Worth a revisit
When I first started watching rebels in 2014 I liked it there were only about 1 or 2 episodes that I disliked but after season 1 I stopped watching it and I've only recently started watching it again and I will admit that there are a lot of episodes that I didn't like from season 2(worst season in my opinion) I wasn't really interested in it until twilight of the apprentice from there on I was hooked I haven't loved every episode since then but if you look back on season 1 you can really see just how much the show has grown since then I'm really gonna miss this show and I'm glad it's included in the canon timeline
Star Wars Rebels: Double Agent Droid (2017)
AP-5 sings😐
Honestly Star Wars rebels isn't actually that bad it has some truly great episodes such as twilight of the apprentice and legacy of Mandalore but then their are episodes like these scattered in amongst them and I see the need for it to exist but still...not a good episode
Ex Machina (2014)
More than just another AI movie
On the surface it may seem like another clichéd AI movie but just like A.I Artificial Intelligence it's deeper than what it's presented as. I'll refrain from saying anything more as it's better to go in knowing little to nothing about it
Watchmen: If You Don't Like My Story, Write Your Own (2019)
Worst episode so far
Yes this is easily the weakest episode of the season so far but that's just a testament to how great this show really is. I've seen countless tv series/movies that are worse than this.
Keep it up HBO
Watchmen (2019)
It's not for everyone
It's a really interesting take on the watchmen lore and it does deviate from the source material quite a bit which might let down some viewers expectations if they were fans of the 2009 movie and/or the original Alan Moore comic but if I'm being honest that's what makes it so great for me you never really know what to expect with each coming episode it keeps it fresh instead of it being "formulaic"
Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014)
Style over substance
It's really the prime example of that all of the action sequences are great and stylish but overall the movie lacks depth due it basically being a campy spy spoof ticking off everything on the list of clichés but it's still an entertaining movie nonetheless
Venom (2018)
Venom Doesn't need spider-man
Most of the parts I hate about this film come from the first act which is really rushed and feels like the dialogue was written by a 5 year old, but then the second act comes and I feel like the film really picks itself up from here because the scenes where Eddie bonds with Venom are the best scenes in the film yes that's probably the only good thing about this film however it does fill up a lot of the gaps in this film.
The Dark Knight (2008)
A game changer for the superhero genre
Everything about this film from the acting to the screenplay to the cinematography is just brilliant.
