Moving Targets (1999)
Quirky Film Noir!
Loved every minute! Burt Ward as the police chief and the other ballsy cops, PLAYED BY WOODY KEPPEL AND SUE BALL, on the foce kept this thing funny as well as full of suspense. The hit-man, played by Paul Schnabel, was down right creepy. Please more donuts, Officer King!
