Another good episode,plenty of twists and turns.good suspense.thank god we still have drama that doesnt take 6 to 8 weeks to show a conclusion.2 bbc shows i never watch now are shetland and line of duty.total bore fests that drone on week after week.if i went to the cinema and the cinema manager told me id have to return 6 times to see a finish id tell him were to stick it.take note bbc.anyway back to silent witness.really good episode.im really enjoying this series,especially after last years poor series.bbc trying to turn the programme into another 6 week bore fest.it was the worst ever season.back on track this year thank god.

This was one of the better eoisodes,in the the early seasons,before the bbc turned it into a many week borefest until the solution.if I went to the cinema I wouldn't expect the cinema manager to tell me I had to come back 6 times to find out who did it.but that's what the bbc are doing.i never watch the series now.thank you bbc for ruining yet another good drama.

Yes I agree with first review.a good story and first class debut from ralf little,quirky and a bit of an hyperchondriac,but knows what he is doing.really enjoyed it.

Another 6 part borefest,droning on and on week by week.whatever happened to the stand alone 2 hour dramas,morse ,frost,dalziel and Pascoe etc.you could sit down with a cup of tea and a couple of biccies and enjoy and be entertained for a couple of hours ,knowing you would get conclusion the same night.if I went to the cinema,i wouldn't be told by the cinema manager id have to come back every week for 6 to 8 weeks to find out who did it.bbc and itv have really lost the plot.i very rarely watch either channel.as for baptiste I lost interest after 2 eps.

Only average mr bean,theres been a lot better in the past,the plot would have been a lot better if it was about the more popular bonfire night than Halloween.bad mistake there.id rather see rowen Atkinson make more maigrets instead.

Just started watching this,good easy to watch.people are saying why isn't this on prime time?unfortunatly until both bbc and itv start dumping the appaling out of date soaps that still clog up evening tv they never will.

Let me first say I love silent witness,hope it runs for many more years yet and mostly episodes are superb,with the odd average ep thrown in.but this episode bored me silly .in fact id add in my opinion this was the worst ever episode ive watched since it started in 1996.the business with the tattoos left me cold.this series has up to now been below par.the other 2 eps were average I thought,but this was poor.i just hope the last 2 are far better.

Well done the drama channel for screening this excellent new Zealand who done it series,some really good series coming out of Australia,dr blake mysteries and miss fisherCanadaMurdoch mysteries and frankie drake and new Zealand .so while drama are showing this great quirky series,itv are showing some idiots messing around in a jungle.uk tv has really lost the plot.good charactors,good plots and not bad music all combine to make this one of my favourite shows.reminds me a lot of midsomer murder,another show that itv treats shabbily so that it can screen endless out of date soaps .coronation was crap in 1960,the fact its still on nearly 60 later shows how far itv has sunk.anyway 9 stars from me for brokenwood,long may it continue.

I too love midsomer murders,but I discovered this show a while ago and think its brilliant,good plots,good ,quirky charactors,its a shame like midsomer,they don't make more each year.you can sit down and watch it in one 2 hour sitting.great stuff.in my opinion bbc and itv in the uk have it all wrong,because the schedules are clogged up with awful soaps nowadays,2 hour programmes don't seem to be able to be fitted in,so you get this terrible planning of programmes split into 1 hour and spread over sometimes weeks before you get a conclusion.anyway back to brokenwood,great show,hope theres many more to come.

good entertaining show,really deserves an evening spot,good plots,nice scenery ,good acting.I've now just heard its been been cancelled.in the words of bbc spokesman ,to make room for new afternoon programmes.probably another dreary soap or cheapo reality drivel.bbc needs a shake up.the coroner was only on 10 afternoons a year.yet rubbish like the doctors and EastEnders are on 5 or more times a week,all year round,droning on and on.why aren't these entertainment free programmes axed.

i wont be watching anymore,cant stand these dramas ,where you have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the conclusion.Ihave better things to do.the originals where very good,separate case each time.heaven forbid they ever do same with endeavour or george gently.if I go to the cinema to watch a film,i don't have to go 6 weeks to see the end of it.
