Hide and Seek (2005)
an acceptably mysterious typical thriller
this had all the sufficient details and mystery of a typical thriller. as usual fanning displayed her enormous amount of talent, and De Nero portrayed his role or should i say roles quite satisfactory. the whole time i did not throughly pick up on the whole base of the movie as well as the plot until the near end when everything was cleared up. although things surely did not come to be as they seemed. i will have to give credit to the writers for that. it may have disappointed most but i wouldn't call it the all time worst horror movie. it was more on the physiologically thriller side than anything else.basically i enjoyed the creepiness of Dakota fanning's character through out the whole movie and the basic way everything was set up to happen and the whole time it kept the audience in silence and without much expecting of what was going to happen. i definitely think you should give a try it won't hurt. you pass the time and you have something to think about the rest of the day. although it took 2 times for me personally to completely grasp the movie other people might have understood it right away. and I'm not the type who is clueless about movies.
The Perfect Man (2005)
another typical tween movie.
this movie had another boring overdone theme and very typical roots.I am seriously disappointed at the writers and directors. I wouldn't call it a very awful film but it's pleasant to watch the first three times around. Movies like these are being released all too often and the cinemas are losing their essence. movies should be about everything and maybe once in a while we'd like to see some new and unique films instead of the same old story lines.here are the typical movie scripts that have taken over our modern art. movie starts with a conflict, in the middle the problem deepens and than everything works out and it's a perfect happy anding. come on people get some new ideas. create some real art that everyone can relate to something realistic and not superficial. I live for movies but lately there have been some real disappointments. we would all like to see some new story lines and maybe some new actors to go along. because please anywhere there's Hilary duff there is a bad movie.
Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971)
a fantastic imaginary story
this movie is worth a thousand Oscars because it suits all ages and it contains some of the best and most important subjects of life. it is completely covered by a substance of love, family, childhood and imagination.I recommend a movie of this to watch over and over and to have at home for all the time. not only does it keep you smiling but it brings your mood level all the way up to the clouds with no doubt. I have never gotten bored of it ad i have watched it many a time for a long time. the passion of children and making something with love is unspeakable. its a masterpiece a creation of the soul and the mind in one. it's the most original screenplay and cast and script. do not leave this undiscovered. it contains issues everyone will enjoy and on one side it is not an easy movie to understand or to grasp the concept of the whole meaningful script. i didn't really understand it much until i watched again lately after about 5 or 4 years without watching it.i absolutely love it and so will you.
