Superbly Ghoulish show with a fantastic company! Why this show is not making a return is beyond me.

HOLY CRAP!!

A movie hasn't made me feel this way in a very long time. I read up on Thanos' storyline after getting home. A sliver of hope? Maybe, but I know how movies can divert from comic origins.
Jesus, stunned. What an epic movie. I know people have different opinions and all that, but truly, if someone doesn't like this movie then there's something wrong with them. Good gawd, I still ... we're floored. Rocked. Stunned. Stoked and did I say stunned? Theater watch FOR SURE! And... don't let anyone spoil it for you, holy crap.....

I'm not a nitpicker. I'm not a critic. So here goes. Possible Spoilers!!
OK, so. The trailers screwed it up again for me.... but that's not a HUGE deal for me, just very annoying. A few of the scenes were edited much better in the trailers than in the final cut of the film. Think Ben did OK, but think his job in BvS was a bit better. I still want to see his solo film before he departs the franchise.
Now, my BIG BIG problem! I FREAKING HATE IT that 1. Supes did not don the black suit. 2. He had no long hair. 3rd, When Supes comes back (again), I heard the faint audio of old superman's "hero tune" I got excited and was like HOLY SH#%! Oh, wait, WHY THE HELL was it so subtle / low?? I personally think that should be blared as loud as Wonder Woman's hero tune....
I liked it. I truly thought it was going to be Darkseid. Though he was mentioned I think. I wanted to rank a 6.5 but no ".'s" so I gave it a 7. Side note, I think seeing it in Theater was worth it. If I saw it on DVD / Blueray first, I think I'd felt like I should've seen it on the big screen. It is a ride.
BTW IMDb Sucks nuts. Trying to tell me how to write my own review, won't accept pre-censored cuss words etc and basically just telling me how to write it.

Some of the scenes were cool... but I couldn't get over the severe lack of imagination for story. EXTREMELY FLAT!! The haunt was cool, the idea was OK... but the beginning SCREAMED "House of 1000 rip off".
I met the guy at the gas station the other night. Someone even asked "Is there something wrong with that guy?" Kept asking us if we wanted our picture with him. I'm sure he may be a nice guy, but he was annoying Sunday night.
I rated a 3 / 10 and I was feeling generous. Much of the acting was bad... even for a low budget horror film. But the idea of the torture setup etc was pretty neat. We finished the film but we won't be adding it to our shelf.

I rated this movie a 10 / 10 mainly due to I related to it almost verbatim. I was a street racer, building my second car, living with my brother and his wife, all while my brother, my father and I all worked at the same factory! Now, it's been many, many years since I got to see this film late one night. I had just come in from working on my 72 Nova and was tired as usual but could not sleep. This movie was just coming on and so I tuned in and didn't regret it.
Of course, I'm a "hot rodder", or as some prefer, a "car guy" but either way, the rides was a great part of the film but the story was very good imo. Rated it a 10 / 10 and am not ashamed to do so!

First of all, this "review" is of the reviews here.
1. I absolutely agree, 100% that Hollywood has bucked up again.. and sadly, this time against Bruce Lee. However it doesn't surprise me.
2. When vulcanism22 said that Tao of Jeet Kun Do was compiled posthumously, this is not true. The book was started in 1970 while Bruce was recovering from a back injury from doing a weight lifting exercise.. not "practice" and not during a fight. It was FINISHED posthumously and was done very well.
3. I don't mind writing a script to include a second main character, but this is not a typical story. This is truly a legend we are talking about. It's like writing a movie about Elvis, but focusing on his bass player and calling it "The birth of a King"
Hollywood truly does have it's own agendas. Yes, I am a "truther"... I don't like to say conspiracy theorist because they have banded that term to mean something it is not. They have forced society to view Conspiracy Theorist as being a nutjob and to not be taken seriously. There are DOZENS of conspiracies that have turned out to be true. You'd think that society, our own American PEOPLE would stand up for anything that's being told to them as being a lie.
What's this got to do with films? Everything. People are allowing the government and even Hollywood to lie to them repeatedly, and eat everything that's spoon-fed them. The time of our 'people' rising up and standing for truth and honor is long gone.
I will watch this film but I am sure I'll see it as most everyone here, as a sadly one sided, agenda pushing, spoon feeding ideology that doesn't do Bruce Lee justice. Yes, Bruce has his own demons and faults, I even as a true fan will not deny that, but make no mistake, this is most definitely not going to be a film that speaks truth where it needs to.
**UPDATE** Watched this film finally. Well, partially. The biasness and extreme misrepresentation of Bruce was too disgusting to finish the film. This was ridiculous. There has always been "Two sides" to this story, and while I side with Mr. Lee, it is due to many accounts I have listened to that spoke much honesty. Lee had an ego, but was not a total jerk like this, for one. This movie looks like it was made 100% to back and defend Wong. Even the actor's face is screaming disgust in having to portray Bruce in this manner.
