The Beekeeper (2024)

Decent action movie

I'm a Jason Statham fan, so I knew I would like it.. The story is okay, most of the characters are entertaining. It was fun to see Claire Huxtable on the screen again.. and I always love me some Jeremy Irons! Whoever played the daughter / FBI agent though.. wow does she need some acting lessons ! I'm not even talking moderately bad.. she was throw up in my mouth bad! I thought the parallels to our current presidential administration were ironic.. corrupt son who does blow and hookers, but instead of selling the American people to Ukraine and China, he's ripping off elderly Americans of their life savings.. so that's one way to go. ; lol. Otherwise, it was a fun Saturday night movie.

I'm trying really hard not to song like a prude here and I really don't think I an; I am justso tired of seeing swinging penis's!! Seriously, can we do away with the whole deviant sex angle to this?? The show really doesn't need it! It's getting hard to watch with all the absolute rawnchiness and I find I'm fast forwarding through disgusting scenes that don't seem to lend anything to the story; so can you just stop? Let the story rest on its own. It's a good story.. you just don't need all the extra weirdness. Love the addition of Soldier Boy & Jensen Ackles! Hopefully he'll be back for season 4!

I had such high hopes for this show! I love a good military show.. but seriously??? "You couldn't rescue me so you threw a tantrum and killed all those people"???? They should have just left her there! This is why this world is as pathetic as it is. Absolutely no appreciation for the people who risk their lives to save ours! What a disgrace! Do better Apple! Do better Hollywood! What a Pansy she is! Gawd, she won't listen to reason and she won't listen to her husband or brother! I Hope she goes home and lives out a miserable lonely life and her husband goes on to be a senator with some hot young intern on his arm.

I'll be honest! I was really very skeptical of this. How often does a sequel made almost 40 years later exceed expectation?? The original is so iconic. We absolutely love watching it every year. With this one, other than missing Melinda Dillon, it was wonderful that the entire cast came back, even Farkus! The tribute to "The Old Man" literally brought tears to my eyes! So much of the old magic along with some new magic! Really well done Ralphie!! I Hope that TBS & USA add this to their 24 hours of Christmas! Maybe they can alternate the two. Will definitely be added to our Christmas traditions!

First of all... Nikki would NEVER get involved with a student! She's got way too many high standards to do that! That's just stupid! And who is in charge at the Lyle now?? Or are we just not hiring a director?

This whole season it feels as if it has just been thrown together with little to no thought to an actual decent plot or sub plot. Where has Matt been?? Literally barely a mention of him the entire season! And then FINALLY this unspoken sexual tension with Jack and Nikki.. and you guys chose to have her hook up with a guy Half her age?? Seriously?? Way to make her look like a cliche mrs Robinson!! People love this show because of characters like Nikki! Because she's highly intelligent, clever and ambitious! You have just disappointed all of us!

Terror on the Prairie (2022)

What a phenominal movie! Gina Carano captures every essence of an 1800's frontier woman. From the dutiful, sometimes resentful wife, to the protective mother, to the ultimate momma bear willing to do whatever it takes! One scene showing her sewing up what looks to be an ax wound on a young Native American girl's leg, on her kitchen table! .. just raw! I'm a huge fan of westerns and this did not disappoint! It was like Yellowstone and magnificent 7 had a baby & called it "terror".. you will LOVE IT!

What Is a Woman? (2022)

This us one of the best & most needed documentaries right now!! EVERY PARENT needs to watch this documentary! Yea, it pokes a little fun and is funny at times, but this is a very serious issue! The fact that doctors Matt interviews are unable to clearly say, what a woman is, is astounding! I am not a doctor, but I did take basic biology in high school.. a woman is an adult human female with a XX Chromosomal make up! See, easy!

So, I started to watch this yesterday and had to turn it off, because it's entirely ridiculous and it seems you are actually trying to enrage people to injustices that are simply not happening!

1. No one has ever been sentenced to 30 months in prison for stealing a $10.00 canister of baby formula! That's just stupid! I even looked it up! The only time anyone has been sentenced to prison for stealing baby formula is when they've stolen MASSIVE amounts of baby formula, in order to resell it! 🤦‍♀️ Even if a judge wanted to make an example of him, the most he could be sentenced to is a year... but nowadays, no DA would even take this case...

2. You have cops interrogating a high schooler without a parent... strike #2! That doesn't happen!

I don't know what you're trying to do, but this isn't entertainment, it's propoganda and unfortunately, you really missed the mark! I'm not saying that police corruption isn't real, especially in Chicago... and I'm not saying that cops don't take it too far sometimes, but you have a middle age cop chasing a collegiate track runner, and he catches up to him? 🤣🤣 okkaayyy..... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 👌🏻

Next time, if you're going to make a crime series, maybe you should have some consultants on set to at least try to make it accurate!!

Pleasantly surprised

I don't normally like subtitles as I usually have the TV on while I'm working and can really only listen.. but with the cast in this series, I was okay investing my undivided attention.. I was really cry surprised at how good this shows is! Why haven't we heard more about it? The characters are all very complex and the storyline was intriguing & well written, combining factual events with dramatization. Loved every minute!

If you're looking for a good movie with some comedy, a lot of action, all the feels and of course, Starlord.. look no further! This was a great movie!! The aliens are INSANE and the ending was perfect! Exactly what we've been missing from Hollywood! Loved the one liners from everyone! I could watch it again! And of course my favorite actress from "The Hunt " Betty Gilpin paired up perfectly with Chris Pratt!!

I have watched this documentary twice now! Once by myself and once with my family! I am so impressed with Justice Thomas and his accomplishments! He came from such a humble beginning and to climb to the highest court in our land is an accomplishment that embodies the American spirit! I absolutely loved this!! So much I didn't know about him; he makes you feel like you're listening to stories from a beloved grandfather.. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Omg!!!! This movie is AMAZING!!! Every parent and teacher needs to watch this! I also think every high schooler needs to see this, although with parental supervision as there are some violent and graphic scenes... but seriously, WOW!!!! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CRITICS! this movie is a must see!

Quite possibly the worst movie I have ever watched!! I cannot believe I paid $5.99 for this. 🤦‍♀️ The acting was weird at best. The dialogue was stale, the scenery looked like Michigan.. then come to find out, IT ACTUALLY WAS MICHIGAN! I'm thinking the "Brown" family must be related to the actor that played "Rudy"... that or he paid them.. not sure which. I didn't go to "movie making" school, but I have seen a ton of movies.. anyone who says this movie is anything but bad, is delusional

Young Wallander (2020–2022)

Fast paced and in depth

Being a fan of Wallander, I was intrigued with this series to the say the least!! The lead is definitely East on the eyes & his friendship withJoss best friend I was happy to see survived The series! It was fast moving I thought and as the story continued to warp and weave, I thought it ultimately was told very well, albeit a little predictable. Hoping for a season 2!
