Nomadland (2020)
The loneliness is palpable
Becoming alone most likely again at the stage of the game, you can feel it. The others experiences just ride along side the main characters. The analogy of Fern and the brontosaurus, for one... The reciting of Shakespeare... Dave's flat tire... being alone in these ancient parks, but turning to share the experience and nobody is there. It's like being dead and alive together.
Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?

Just a lovely little love story, with a crazy horse and beautiful scenery...

So now I need to fill in my review with nonsense, I was surprised to learn that the leading man was from 50 Shades of Grey, lol... and the leading chick was from The Devil wears Prada... the dad, I thought was adorable, Christopher Walken, and the girls mom... who knows what she played in, but her character was sweet.
Omg 91 characters to go... ew The Hamm dude... he kinda grossed me out, that was the only part I thought was like a hangnail!

Bravo Richard! One of my absolute favorites! And oh my how annoying are people when you're not grieving!?
I loved tho, how the one link to the wife, Brandy, kept him grounded! And the progression of time on her fur and then at the end, the inevitable fades. So happy Kath got a friend too... one thing amiss was how Sandy left.
Yes. One of my favorite things.
Keys to the Castle (2006)
Absolutely Loved
I absolutely loved this peek into the downsizing from a castle to a 'horizontal' home...
The elderly couple was typical, as the wife was the caregiver to her geriatric husband. I'd have loved to had been part of the crew to get to know this very interesting couple.
I wish there was a part two....
I find myself wondering what became of the new castle owners and of Alisoun and Sandy Grant and their darling feline<3.

DID THE HORSE NEED TO DIE; the progression of the first shot to him then becoming one with the earth. His cry and struggle to live was hauntingly sad.
