I agree with a lot of the reviews, specifically the ones who mentioned the shows being pro vegan. What did the mayor of NYC have to do with this study? Nothing. The whole sexual thing and checking the heat of peoples genitals was just SO out there and really didn't need to be in the shows. The education about the cow/pig/chicken farming was interesting. I don't eat those things but was still interesting. I've also never seen salmon like what they showed in the shows, that was the nastiest piece of fish I've ever seen. I'd like to have known more about their blood test results, I don't think we ever know what their good cholesterol # was. I wanted to know if their iron levels changed, that kind of info. Did their blood pressure change much, and other vitamin levels. All the men seemed pretty fit too, should have had chubby guys since it would be nice to see if the vegan diet helped the guys.

Won't watch again

This is one Hallmark movie I won't be watching again. The plot had potential but it seemed like the casting was way off. I didn't see any chemistry between the two lead characters. I would have liked to see Ryan with the lady that worked with him. The family just didn't seem like a family. More like 4 people who liked each other who lived together. Hardly any hugs, it was missing the love and warmth. The best friend needed a bigger part. It's just a bad move to have all that animosity at the very beginning of the movie between the two lead characters. The one scene that was awkward was when she got in his face while reading his email on his laptop with him. I didn't really care about everyone. And didn't the lead say her parents were both librarians? That was some heck of a giant gorgeous house, how much do librarians make these days?

Navigating Christmas (2023 TV Movie)

UGH! I thought there was no chemistry with the lead couple. Story starts out with a snotty immature son, treats his mom like crap. His parents were divorced for about a year, so he'll miss this Christmas with his dad. WAH! Who just clicks on a vacation destination without reading anything about it. It just gets worse. They way she treated him when she accused him of lying just to get her to decorate it. OMG how old is she? He was right to throw it right back at her about lying to her son about his soon to be half sibling. A new WHAT mom? Then mom says ....oh, a new CAR! LOL He's old enough so she won't have to lie to him. The developer guy shows up, he's a regular in many Hallmark movies. Thinking of tearing down the lighthouse??? Who would do that? These people were the dumbest I've seen in awhile. I didn't care if they ended up together at the end but how special, he gets her a snowglobe and she says...THE LIGHTHOUSE! Like really? But she pulls it out of the bag with the glass globe on the bottom of the bag. Everyone is happy at the end. Oh yeah, the mayor with her blinding bright white teeth! And what was with the kid stealing a boat? So yeah, this one sucked.

I'm not sure where to start with this one. The first episode was unbelievably unreal. Stealing helicopters. All the young actors trying to be funny. The bland acting of everyone. The short haired girl, I mean, are we just looking at some kind of Nell clone? Jethro would have tossed every one of these characters out. Where is the strong female on the show? I am also one of the ones that thinks the Hawaii version sucks too. I enjoyed the original, Los Angeles, tolerated New Orleans, but I won't put this one on a season pass. I won't even record it, I will watch if I just happen to catch it in passing while looking for another show to watch. Can't imagine this one getting renewed. I didn't care for ANY of the characters. Poor casting on this one.

Kill Reality (2005– )

This is just an awful show. And I thought that other show was bad, Fight to Survive. Can we say broken bones and just hateful bullies?????? But back to Kill Reality, I am trying to think of any redeeming qualities in this show and I can't find a single one. I guess that is why it got a less than 4**** rating. Everyone in this show is just horrible. From that Fairplay dude who was pooping in the one girls bed to Ethan who should have never signed on in this dumb movie to that Cesternino guy who is over rated. If you have to kick out someone for pooping in someones bed, you just know the show will be crappy. Pun intended. I am guessing everyone who was in this movie has regretted it.

Fight to Survive (2023– )

This show is just horrible. Beyond horrible. It's absolute rubbish. I had to give it a one star rating, would have liked to give it a zero rating. I stuck through it just to see if team fight would soften up a little, even a LITTLE bit. And the moral of the whole show is TRUST NO ONE. Sneaky Jonathan wins it all. No surprise. One girl on team fight breaks another girls arm in one of the dumbest challenges I've ever seen and we all kept seeing it over and over and over. They should have given them a ball, something that can't be twisted and break bones. This is such a trashy show, full of bullies and screamers. Akbar should be ashamed to be associated with this pile of crap show. And to see how Jonathan was SO proud of the way he played. Just an awful person. I hope this show doesn't get renewed for another season.

Well.....I thought it was going to be a cute movie. I had high hopes. Sounded cute, the pics and previews were good. I think the worst part of the movie was the SOUND. I had a hard time understanding a lot of the dialogue. I put close captioning on and that helped but then I realized I really didn't care much about what they were saying. It sounded so muffled and rather distorted. And one of the characters was a ............tampon? Really? I can't imagine a young child wanting to sit over and hour and watch this mess. Boring. If I had a hard time understanding the words, I sure would think a child would have a problem too. I stuck through to the end which I didn't even care about at that point. One star.

Sweet Magnolias (2020– )

Pretty awful

The soon to be ex Bill, all that throaty hushed type of talking is so obnoxious. But Bill and Maddie are still married yet they both slept around, no one cares. Dana Sue, the most unlikable character on the show. Only on season 2 mid way through but the way she ripped into her hubby for not telling her about seeing their daughter kissing a guy...sheesh, overreaction. Not sure why her hubby even wants to get back with her, she's awful. The sons, spoiled little brats. A slap on the wrist for the little creep who steals a car and gets in an accident with another person in the car! The cast on Ty...no one would be walking around without a sling with a broken arm, then the cast comes off and not even a wrist splint? Anyone knows when a cast comes off, you don't have great muscle tone or strength in that arm for awhile. Suspend belief I guess. The Catcher in the Rye slam? Stupid. Cal's out of nowhere anger issues? UGH No character has any growth. Cece is my fav character but she's not shown that much. I could go on and on but I'll stop. Haha don't want to bore you anymore.

Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)

The first thing...the movie went on wayyyyyy tooooo looooong. OMG I almost tuned out after the first hour. It wasn't what I expected. The jumping around in time got to be so confusing. The graphics were good but that's about it. Not sure how this movie won so many awards. I really enjoy Jamie Lee Curtis in other movies but have no idea how she won an Oscar for her performance in this movie. She wasn't on screen all that much. I think it was more of an ...well, she's been in a lot of movies, her parents are famous, let's give her an Oscar, she's getting old...And OMG, who in the world thought scenes with hot dog fingers would be a great idea??? The same person who thought watching rocks talk in subtitles would be a great idea. UGH Pass on this one, or watch the first hour and then decide if you want to invest more time.

The Love Club (2023–2024)

I just had to come here and check out the ratings as I watched this monstrosity of a movie. It was just horrible. One of the worst movies I've ever watched on Hallmark. Seems like they were going for a Wedding Veil vibe with the girlfriends thing. It really was a dud from the beginning. The lack of emotion boyfriend/fiance. The sloppy proposal. Her fiance was barely mentioned again during this liefest. It just got worse and worse as the movie went along. I kept hoping something would happen to redeem this movie but it never happened. The lead was upset he lied when she was the biggest liar of them all. So much deception. Just hated this movie and all the characters. The bar guy might have been the only decent one in the movie. The whole wellness studio thing was so stupid. If you want to watch a horrible movie, by all means, watch this stinker that really isn't even worthy of 1*.

Eh, not a lot of great things to say about this movie. I'll start out saying I really enjoy watching Alexa, especially when she's in a movie without her husband. He's a horrible actor.

Didn't see any chemistry with the two leads in this movie. And yet another "let's lie and pretend we're a couple/married' knowing full well it will all come out in the end. Kind of boring.

Also, when he accidentally spilled the wine on her when they were outside, she in turn threw her whole glass of wine on him! Wondering if that was scripted because it was an awful thing to do. I'd be pissed if I were him.

The story was rather boring. Hope to see Alexa in another movie but hope she picks a better one to do.

dumb storyline

The whole seceding storyline was the dumbest storyline I've ever seen on this show and I've seen some dumb ones. Like Stacey wanting Owen's sperm. I mean, there are millions of men in this world and she picks her best friends former fiancee????? Just stupid. Stacey kisses Grayson, kisses Owen, all the men who meant something to Jane. Stacey is just the most awful friend a girl could have, not sure why the writers made her out to be suck a horrible friend. She was rather sweet and innocent in the beginning of the series. The show went downhill when Jay left the series. And we have yet another guardian angle for Jane! UGH.

A Maple Valley Christmas (2022 TV Movie)

This one was one big stinker of a movie. Not sure where to start but I guess I'll start with the chemistry. The chemistry was nowhere to be seen. Usually, Andrew Walker can find it with every female lead but this one fell flat. She was so unlikable, crabby, treated everyone with no respect, even her sister and her mother. That first surprise kiss was the most awkward thing I've seen on Hallmark in awhile. The dad, he was just crappy to his son. The mom, crappy to her daughters. The lead character, was even snotty to her mom's boyfriend. I wish someone would have just sat her down and had a long talk with her. I don't want to see these two leads together in another movie. This is supposed to be such a fun magical time and it was miserable to watch.

I really was looking forward to this movie. But it was pretty bad. Why do so many Hallmark actresses giggle so much? Like, young school girl giggling? Lacey Chabert is an expert at this. So is the lead in this movie. Didn't see any chemistry, that first kiss was SO awkward. No passion. The singing was pretty bad too. The karaoke scene wasn't too bad but when the piano scene came on, I was turned away so didn't see who was singing, I thought it would be another family member, like a kid that was sick with a cold. But it was the lead and her mom! They sounded horrible!!! Also, I've never seen a pregnant woman walk around holding her belly like that. Casting was all wrong. If you want to see a perfectly cast show, watch Ghosts. Perfection.

Boy, Lacey sure gets lucky in her movies. For starters, it's nice to not see Candace Cameron and Danica. So overused. See ya! This movie though, Lacey gets gifted a HUGE house, her parents just give it to her. I wonder if it's paid off, mortgage, imagine the taxes. Anyway, in another movie she gets gifted an entire animal sanctuary in Africa. How lucky is this gal? Someone mentioned in another post how nice it would be to see just regular houses. Not a huge fan of Wes Brown and he plays a bumbling idiot in this movie. A lot of cameo roles too. All the neighbors brow beat Lacey's character into doing things she didn't want to do. I hated this movie. Ok, off to watch the movie with the 3 guys and a baby. I hope it's better than this drivel.

Oh wow. This was just not my favorite Christmas movie. I think I'd rate it in the bottom ten. The big kiss was SO awkward, the way he was holding her head. I didn't see any chemistry between the two leads. I like him enough, love his voice. And who yells at a reindeer like that? Let's face facts, AAA wouldn't have her as a member. I thought the kid was obnoxious. The singing and guitar playing didn't fit in. Way overdone. And when she's having tea with the other lady and dog...she just happened to have dog treats in her hand? What? She just seemed like a crabby ol thing. I was hoping she'd leave town and not come back.

Eh, nothing to get excited over. I loved Sarah in The Good Witch series. She's so beautiful but WOW, that wig was a horrible choice for her, it looked fake and awful. She saved this movie. Beau Bridges was good. That's about it. So many storylines but the worst was the lead finding love in a matter of days, and he just happens to be handsome, single, great job. How many young doctors like him just happen to be available? The sister was obnoxious. The lesbian couple added nothing really. The mom who came and left. It's like here she is, here she isn't. The chef guy, added nothing and no chemistry with his girlfriend who declares her love. Gave this a generous 3 just because of Sarah.

Whew! Would have never guessed that was Marlo Thomas. Why are women afraid of wrinkles, she looked very freakish and it looked painful. It was distracting for me to watch the movie. Her character was just absurd, rude, disrespectful. I saw a loving daughter wanting to help her mother, obviously her mom needed help. The whole "you just gotta believe" nonsense. Tell the bill collectors that and see what they say. Alison was of course, wonderful to watch. I'm so glad she didn't jump ship to the other channel like Candace and Danica did. And Luke, I just can't get his role as Scotty on Brothers and Sisters out of my head. Loved him on that show, he's good on Hallmark too. The more the movie went on, the more I disliked that mom. I would have ran away from home as a teenager. Haha.

Just caught this on MGM on Direct TV and actually laughed out loud at the outrageous gags, so I recorded it to watch again. So many funny, cheesy scenes. Skunky Treats hahahaha. The pot on the stove. Everyone did a good job on this, excellent casting. A lot of famous people, I spied Jane Lynch in the crowd, I had to go look it up because she is young, this is from 1993! Tony Randall as Judge Skanky. Hahaha A lot of of famous scened recreated. I wonder how many movies they referenced, this reminds me of the Airplane movies, the play on words. So if you're just looking for something silly and it shows up on your guide, give it a watch.

No chemistry

I didn't see any chemistry between the two leads. Add in a precocious little kid, more like a brat. I mean, why does he pick that guys place to kick his soccer ball against? The guy had every right to get upset. The kid just kept coming back. So how did the rabbit get in the guys condo? Why does the guy treat it like a rabid pitbull? What kind of kid sticks a toothpick in the keyhole? How could they not figure out who each other was with the stupid notes. And wow, what kind of money does she have, that's a gorgeous condo. Must have made out like a bandit with the divorce. Certainly couldn't afford it working at a diner. Ok off to watch We Wish You a Married Christmas, I really like the leads in that one.

OMG so i need to type up 600 characters. Not sure I have that much to say about this movie. I see it get some good reviews but.... I'm in the minority. So many cliches, pretty predictable. Quaint little small town? Check! Widow/widower? Check! Overly dramatic and snotty teenager/daughter? Check! Cute kid? Check! Mother in Law who is a real bad crabby intrusive overbearing person? Check! Cute single guy who isn't dating anyone? Check! The dad was a good actor. But I can't recommend this movie so I gave a generous 3 stars. Oh and the ghost of his late wife????? Nah, and her own kids can't see her???? Geeze.

Another show where Monk is an insufferable idiot. I'm not sure why they keep doing these types of shows where he is mean, vindictive, snotty, cruel. The earliest shows aren't like this. I know he has his quirks, but he treats people like disposable diapers. I don't blame Natalie for quitting working for him. He's so dismissive of everyone. And why are there so many required characters again? So many shows just deserve two lines and that's it!!!!!!! 600 characters???? My gosh, I need to write a novel about the show just to get it on the web. So anyway, I hated this episode, hate the way Monk acts now. Just an awful episode.

Starting with the horrible wardrobe choices for the lead actress. Horrible. And those parrots are expensive, someone has to be missing it and putting up a lost sign somewhere or at the shelters. She was just going to give it away??? No chemistry with the leads. I mean, they are about to kiss and they stop because...gasp...she gets a text on her phone. She gets evicted and starts moving her things right away? Puts her PLANT in her car? She just had to explain she's trying to find the parrot a home. The premise was good but the whole movie fell flat. And the boyfriend Kyle, just another distraction.

Gosh, I was a huge fan of the tv series with Bill Bixby. This remake is a horrible mistake. Like someone said in another post, Tim Roth LOL. He really does move about like a hobbit, he's so short and has a gorilla way about his mannerisms. It was so evident in Lie To Me. Which I did love watching. The thing that stood out for me the most was how long he stayed as the Hulk after one of his manic episodes. And now why as IMDB gone back to having to have a least a certain amount of characters? That's so obnoxious. Sometimes less is more and now people have to just type up stuff so they are able to post.

Just another movie by one of the Hallmark trio (Lacey, Danica and Candace) where Lacey does way too much giggling. She acted like a middle school kid in puppy love. A pretend boyfriend to make the other not so nice boyfriend jealous? What a horrible plot line. Even the scenery couldn't save this one. And now, I need 600 characters to post a review? That sucks almost as much as this movie did. I wish the message boards would come back. I really miss them. It was interesting to read other peoples opinions, like am I the only one who can't stand all the giggling Lacey does? Ok, still not 600 characters. OMG I did not like this movie.
