The Dresden Files (2007)
woefully disappointing
It wouldn't have been hard to keep to the script Jim wrote. Wrong Murphy, wrong car! How fkin hard would it be to get a VW Beetle? Wrong staff, ... This had so much potential, but anyone who read a Dresden File book would be into this series. I don't understand how they could have missed doing this right, other then to just be reaching out to offend millions of readers!
Brittany Runs a Marathon (2019)
An Honest Movie
I felt every part of this movie was well done. The story is for the 70% of obease people out there looking for inspiration to change.
Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party (2016)
Even sceptics agree there is enough truth in here to have a discussion.
If carefully fact checked, there are enough alarming FACTS, to criminally charge and politically ruin, many people. And educate the constituency which is desperately needed.
The comment "(place a name) did it!", isn't a legitimate defense! for immoral behavior.
Moving Target (1988)
Jack Wagner really shows his stuff here!
Makes you wonder why casting agents get paid.
They should have recast after the first dailies were shown.
Renegade (1992)
Hard Acting!
Lorenzo really puts a lot of effort into acting in this show. If you've ever seen anyone acting this hard, you'd remember it. This show is why you don't see him on anything anymore, cause he's "acted out". He left everything on the set! Each grimace and flashback pushes his envelope to act even harder, until he's just plain Acted out!
Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn (2014)
Poorly cast and it's hard to imgine Acting this hard
The acting here is really awful and the cast is so bad I was expecting a white guy in black face to play Jim. This would have been a nightmare to work on, as the production quality is fair, but every day watching the daily's your face would hurt from "Face Palm". This movie should NOT have been made! Fern Champion &
Marianne Stanicheva the people credited with casting, should NEVER work again!
Good Girls Revolt (2015)
Remarkable storytelling
This series is a breathtaking departure from today's "sad excuse for content". The actors were very well cast. Genevieve Angelson is "brilliant" and so easy to watch. I just can't say enough about her! Anna Camp is always a joy, and this role allowed her to showcase more of her talent. It was also cool to see Hunter Parrish. He did a solid job here, and was so good in Weeds. I hope to keep seeing all of these wonderful actors in more and more, well written productions.
The story highlights many of the struggles of women in this country, to simply be treated fair. When viewed with a younger audience, they would continue to ask "if the comments and behavior, was being exaggerated, to tell the story"?
I must say it is a remarkable telling of a part of our history. And 40+ years later, the beat goes on ... as women today are still not given equal rights.
But this story reminds us that "Good Girl's REVOLT!"
