Let Me In (2010)
Wow Chloe delivers, who says vampire movies are so overrated??
Just watched this movie with my wife the other night and we both agreed that (our TWO-THUMBS UP, XD) this movie is a must watch. The characters and environment and does not try to play into those other mainstream vampire movies, it's more of an early coming of age (My Girl) meets Stephen King type horror flick(The It). Of course, Chloe is rising star to watch out for she was brilliant in Kick-Ass, almost stoled the movie for me and again she delivers those believable childlike character trait yet so mature put together with her expression or acting...she's go skillz. I'll buy shares in her for future 'Oscar' performances to come, forget Dakota Fanning haha.
OVERALL: 8/10 Yes it's bloody movie and murdering to survive is no excuse, but the idea of choosing LOVE with EVIL over GOOD is a deep and intriguing issue...Doesn't LOVE conquer ALL even EVIL itself?
A MUST WATCH MOVIE
Batman Begins (2005)
Amazing depth of story and originality but lacks Tim Burton's glamour
I have to admit that Batman Beginning is the most realistic and original comic based movie ever. It's so realistic that I started to relate the character's thoughts as my one. Obviously, to everyone who knows Batman he does not have any super powers, he just have fighting skills, wealth, wits, and LOTS of weaponry gadgets. I really enjoyed watching this movie, once that is maybe twice because Katie Holmes is in the movie. Now about the casting of the movie, you have "American Psycho" meets "Joey Potter" that's all I need to say. Their lines were so limited to a few corny puns and most importantly "Psycho" and "Potter" didn't really click at all. The supporting cast of Morgan Freeman and Gary Oldman truly deserves the props for their brilliant acting. In conclusion, this movie is a blockbuster and is much better than Batman 2-4 but still falls short to Tim Burton's original Batman, who selected a much better cast of Keaten, Basinger, and Nickleson. He defined a more glamorous Gotham City, here Gothem looks like New York City. Truly this movie is a "new beginning" to comic genre movies and maybe DC Comics' answer to Marvel's Spiderman series.

Siworae (2000)
IL Mare is a Nightmare of a movie
The only reason I watched this movie cause Jeon Ji Hyun stars in it so I figured if she was amazing in My Sassy Girl and Windstruck but I was wrong. She and the entire movie was a big snooze. The magical mailbox concept was confusing, but at least it had a happy ending thank goodness. There was now actual physical intimancy between the two main characters. I thought this was a romantic film not a documentary on houses. I'm still mind boggled about how she is attracted to someone by mail but not in person, what's up with that? However I do understand the deeper meanings of the movie of how we people sometimes shut the ones closest us when we are troubled when really we should keep them near us.I still love Jeon, peace-out.

Jing mo gaa ting (2005)
It's all about Gillian Chung - amazing actress and fighter
Woah, Gillian is not only hot but she really can kick some serious butt with her amazing choreograph kungfu moves (one of the best you'll ever see in modern kungfu movies today). Throughout the story, the scenes are all connected with minimal confusion, except for maybe the role of Daniel Wu , who seems a bit unbelievable but gives the movie a little twist. If you enjoyed Gen X Cops and Gen Y Cops I highly recommend this movie cause what's better than a high octane action pack movie with the coolest young HK stars together in one movie. Please don't take this movie seriously when watching it, just enjoy the roller-coaster ride. I love Gillian.
