Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee (2012– )

Watched all of them. Twice!

Even the painful Barack Obama one. YEESH! All in all Jerry is unflappable. Even when the cars break and guests suck. No matter how bad or boring the guest, Jerry picks them up, dusts them off and makes them look good. Admittedly, I have a soft spot for the cars. For me it's the best part. The other really amazing part is that no matter the guest, the entire show is worth watching for anyone. No on should be politically offended. No one will be worn out by the toilet humor, as there is none. No one will be put off by the subject matter. Like Jerry, it's all clean, unoffensive and universal. Hilarious at times. Boring at times. Mostly just interesting, informative and enlightening. YES! Jerry is a bit arrogant at times. But, If I had come to be worth over a billion dollars, had amassed the best collection of Porsche cars in the world outside of the museum in Stuttgart, had a 22 million dollar jet, a beautiful wife, three great kids and had accomplished more then most humans by a factor of about ten, I guess he deserves to be a bit cocky.. I would be too. He's earned the right to not be incredibly humble. Great show.

...by the Uber Liberal Hollywood crowd to understand the"Fly Over States" and the people that live there. But let's face it a Cubic Zerconia is not a Diamond. THe Faux Conservatism of this show hooked me in, but then the Social Conscience started creeping in with the silly protest garbage that Winger got involved with. The the jabs at Donald Trump started and fairly soon after that I watched just to find out how insulting they could be. From people who espouse tolerance, this turned out to be just a big insult to the people that actually make America Great, from the ones that have no conviction about their viewpoints.

Metal Detecting IS and IS NOT what this show is all about

Most people wouldn't even begin to watch this series due to the basic premise of this show. A couple of Brit buddies roaming around fields, looking for stuff with metal detectors. Truly, that is the LEAST of what this show is all about. The metal detector element, just enhances what is truly great TV.

This is a brilliantly written, humorous, witty show that is actually about people. And how their lives, interactions and their humanity pedal on show after show. The casting is phenomenal! The scripts are fantastic! The cinematography is amazing considering the low budget. This is a comedy in large part, but the hook is in how the weave a fine tapestry of feelings, human nature and humor into each and every show. This a Masterpiece.

Once you start, there is no turning back. I personally can't wait for a season 3....4.....5.....6......7.......8.....

Though I've never been a big fan of Jodie Foster, she sure knocked this one out of the park! Mel Gibson does a fantastic job, but Foster directed this. I'm a firm believer that the Director guides the entire production, and that actors are just a tool of the Director. In the proper hands nearly anyone can portray something greater than what they really are. Mel Gibson gives the performance of a lifetime here, with Foster's brilliant direction as a guide. I don't think that most realize the seriousness or the difficulty that he reveals in this part. Truly amazing. Sadly too real. Depression is a very debilitating affliction. Everyone deals with depression now and again in life. But a few never shake it off. And this is where this picture lands. Squarely in that netherworld, that most of us will never know, or even realize exists. Great picture. Great acting. Great subject. Thank you for making this fantastic film.
