The Conjuring (2013)

The biggest lie of our generation

When this came out I never believed the hype.

And here I am watching this nine years after.

As a fan of horror films this just feels empty and generic. The whole thing in The Conjuring are the "jump scares" and nothing more.

And that's the poorest way to make horror stories, and can not be consider as a serious film.

I think the viewers who put this movie on a throne haven't seen too many movies in their life and are just looking to jump out of their seat and that's fine but not for me.

What to say about the final scene of the exorcism... Dude if the film was going wrong this make it even worst.

More than horror, way more

You can find beauty in this horror film...

A priest who have lost his faith someway somehow is in front of the proof of his life.

Jason Miller played the character so well that all his doubts and pain are transmitted to the audience that ends up feeling their pain raw.

This is a story about faith and redemption, and yes ! Way more than horror is a philosophical movie : Faith pushed to the limit.

The priest of lost faith ends up sacrificing himself to save the life of an innocent girl.

Succession (2018–2023)

Wonderfull show but ... "yeah"

Have you notice the one big little error of the script that make all characters say "yeah" every each five seconds.

It's something that put you out and make me mad.

Nice piece of cinema and wonderfull experience but the creativity ... Where is the creativity ? Reeves took "Zodiac", "Se7en" and reaplaced a detective for The Batman and vuala... DC already made a trubute to the "King of Comedy" with "Joker".

Now I wonder what is the next film to copy ... ?

Last Night in Soho (2021)

Wasted ending

The first half felt so beauty in a psicotic way like Black Swan but it ended like poor horror thing like ... Mmm let me think; Drag me to Hell.

But I guess we're all agreed that the soundtrack its just perfect.

Mare of Easttown (2021)

Works like a clock (Sharp Objects 2 ?)

This show follows the infallible recipe where everything works with a complex protagonist in a community like wind gap just like sharp objects, yes hbo knows the formula and copies itself and you know what ... I like it !

Why? Because there is no one single moment where the show falls and get flat. Because it has golden episodes ,at least five perfect great moments that tv gave us , wich ones? Runtime Error , 405 method not allowed, 407 Proxy Authentication Required, 409 Conflict, Exit , oh and also a perfect ending. Because there is a meticulous and beautiful work of sam esmail that proves his love for the cinema. Everything is technical. What else can we ask for?

As long the time pass the more I get the final conclusions of the story. This is amazing and we've seen a perfect final chapter for a TV show made with pure love to 7th art and meticulously work. Just like the raging Elliot was trying to make a better world Sam Esmail was trying to bring the world a perfect show and hell he did it. Mr. Robot takes an absolute right to be named as the best show ever made. As a fan of Matrix and Fight Club I have to say this show feels magnificent.

Lost: The End: Part 1 (2010) Season 6, Episode 17

If You don't get it don't hate it

Controversial ending there have been people who dare to compare it with the GoT ending- How dare you !- Lost has left all the anwers, if some failed to understand bad for them.

It's an end to the purest style that accostumed throughout the seasons.

What did you expect? All the anwers in the final chapter and in one phrase? C'mon! Did those confused ones really watch the show? Or do they think it's called "The End" because it's the last episode? C'mon men this is THE END.

If thats Elliot, Why is he in front of a modern city ? Is her Mom involve in mental control and working for Witherose ? Mmm... That Whiterose is one of the greatest villain ever. Always thought the biggest inspiration for Sam Esmail in Mr Robot was Fight Club and Matrix, so we can expect for a hell of an ending.
