Good Burger 2 (2023)

Good for what it is

As a die-hard Good Burger fan, I have been very excited for the second film. While being excited, I knew not to have my expectations too high going into this film. I was not disappointed with the second film after keeping an open mind going in.

It was great to see some returning cast members from the first film. We had a good mix of celebrities/YouTube stars in the film as well.

GB2 holds a real life relevancy to the real world with fast food workers being replaced by robots. The continued story from the OG, Dex still up to his manipulating ways but learning his lesson after all is said and done.

Overall, if you watched and enjoyed and the first Good Burger, you should certainly watch Good Burger 2! Going in with an open mind, and enjoy the nostalgia! Solid 6/10 for me, enjoyed myself, was good to see this after 26 years since the first!

In the Forest (2022)

Leaves you wanting more

Obviously this film is not going to be a 10/10, but I can say for myself that it did at least keep my attention the whole time. The story is interesting, acting is subpar at best. The film however leaves many questions unanswered and definitely feels like they should've added at least another 5-10 minutes showing the aftermath of everything that occurred.

To round it up..This movie isn't the worst thing to have on and to give a chance at least. I believe its a solid 4/10.

The Spore (2021)

High School Quality

I don't leave reviews very often for movies, but I felt the need to with this one. I had never heard of this movie, had just stumbled across this and thought it sounded interesting enough...Even after reading the very few reviews there are so far, with one that's a 10/10 and I can probably guarantee that its someone involved with the movie that just made the account in November 2021 and has only left one review..I thought I'd give it a shot still.

The quality and acting in this movie is about the same level as a high school video production class. It took a lot in me to get through the entire film. But I highly suggest staying far away from this one. Give 90 minutes of your life to another film.

The Happening (2008)

Don't understand the hate

I have watched this movie probably 15 times since it was released. I know I'm probably one of only few dozen people that enjoy this movie, but I don't understand all the hate that it receives. I truly thought that it had a good storyline (something different at least). I can agree with some people where the acting is kinda bad throughout the movie but I still found it enjoyable. If you haven't seen this movie before, I would recommend it. Its worth a shot, and I believe that the movie is actually pretty fast-paced. I'm one of those people that still hope someday they make "The Happening 2".

Train to Busan (2016)

Fantastic!

I saw this movie listed on Netflix and had never heard of it before. But as someone who has watched hundreds of zombie movies and am a huge zombie fanatic, I thought I'd give this movie a chance. The last few years of watching zombie movies I have been disappointed with them. But this movie was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys zombie movies. Just watching this movie last night I have recommended it to several people.

Storage 24 (2012)

Not worth anyone's time

I watched Storage 24 a few months ago & as someone who watches a lot of movies, I have seen a decent amount of awful movies, but this one movie may be the worst movie I have ever watched in my life. I wasn't expecting much going into the movie but did expect it to be watchable, but it is literally the most boring movie I have ever seen & would never recommend this movie to anyone.

There isn't one scene in the entire movie that I enjoyed one bit. Even when the movie is only an hour & 20 minutes, I wouldn't want to sit through even 15 minutes of it again. I highly recommend not watching this movie unless you enjoy very poor films.
