Bargain Block (2021)
Positivity in the age of COVID
What a refreshingly positive show in a time where the world feels full of negativity. I love so many things about Evan & Keith- the biggest being their uplifting positive approach to life! They make hard work and sacrifice not only NOT feel like a hardship but actually look appealing, LOL! Their artistry is absolutely fascinating & mind blowing! And best of all, they list their houses at price points that will actually bring low income buyers in & give them beautiful places to call home!!
I hope these 2 do nothing but succeed!!
The Last Narc (2020)
Blown Away!
My brother recommended this documentary to me a few weeks ago. I put it off, knowing that it was probably going to be a lot to digest and boy was I right! 12 hrs after watching all 4 parts my brain is still spinning.
First of all, there will never be a thank you big enough for good guys like Kiki & Hector- who despite every pressure imaginable remained good guys! All the respect in the world to these true HEROS!! Thank you to everyone involved in the documentary for having the balls to tell the truth! I wish you all safety & blessings!
To the ANIMALS who briefly wear the title of cartel, narco, politician, CIA agent, President- you are disgusting traders to your colleagues, people & country- your time will come to rot in hell forever.
Styling Hollywood (2019)
What a fun surprise!
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this show.. but what fun it was to find I'm absolutely crazy about Jason & Adair! They're extremely talented, funny & surprisingly relatable.
Leaving Neverland (2019)
Powerful!
Wow, so extremely powerful and well done!! Thank you so much to both the men in the film for their bravery, the mother's for their heartbreaking candor and the extended families for talking about how the sexual abuse affected their loved ones.
Cricket Fever: Mumbai Indians (2019)
Love!
This is like an Cricket version of HBO's Hard Knocks. I loved it, because I don't know anything about cricket, so this was a great introduction, through the eyes of 1 team!
The Crash Reel (2013)
Excellent moving- I was immediately rooting for KP
Absolutely loved this film! I randomly turned it on (on HBO) and was immediately interested, even though I don't know much about snowboarding. It was interesting to learn about competitive snowboarding & how dangerous it is. Clearly there needs to be more regulations in extreme sports- and at the very very least competitors should be covered under their sponsors, the venues or the media's (who's covering them) insurance. I was so glad to hear Kevin's sponsors stuck with him thru out his ordeal.
I feel in love with the Pierce family who are so loving!
Best of luck to you KP in whatever you choose to do now!
