Great acting my Morena Baccarin, Gerard Butler was OK in this, without the wooden American accent, which was a plus. So so film, very intense and the plot is very thin, they seem too unprepared to the point of annoying... Lack of effort by the director for sure, the action scenes seem so static and untouched, no attempt made to show any devastation in the background scenes, like they run out of money to make a mess in the house scenes, no broken glass, of fallen trees, was definitely made for TV type movie.

Appalling and unfunny. So sad to see great actors in this . The pace is slow..lots of dead air , jokes are barely jokes , constant underlying digs at the United States and the current administration, the background music is just wierd and serious for a comedy ! . Please cancel it soon !! .

A real shame it started to well on the first episode , but became a farce on the second. Most of the facts seem correct, but the over dramatisation ,poor acting and the just the plot lines which never meet , make it near impossible to watch with out thinking 'what's happening now ' . The 'lack' of quality acting shows through in the second episode. It's seems the production was rushed and many scenes are cobbled together with out thought of keeping the story line on track , also the ending turns in to a party political broadcast rather than a ending with any real completion .
I think the BBC and Canadian global network ,could have done a better Job of this . Drama is meant to be drama , this is not in my opinion .
unless you have lot's of free time on your hand's , give it a miss.

Not a bad try,Yes it's a cheap B movie ..but its easy viewing and enjoyable.Some so-called reviews on IMDb take themselves way too seriously and movies at that!, and had knocked down these kinda B movies. If your one of these annoying train-spotting IMDb reviewer. Then please do not watch this movie ,Just go a bury your heads in the sand, and tap together your little red shoes 'there's no place like home'. I'm sure that the wizard of oz ..would be more enjoyable for you anyway. Ratings

This film is total C++P it makes me sick to my stomach. It's sorta an America Dream just like are good old Friend George Wubayah. Unrealistic , unbelievable, waving the American flag and talking of saving the world. As always full of mistakes and bad (in Bushes voice Grarand 'mmar ) . I nearly had a epileptic fit seeing the stars and stripes in this Movie!.
America you can keep the turkey for Xmas . I'm talking about this movie and not your president.
