American Pie (1999)
One Of My All Time Favorites
I saw American Pie when it first came out in the theater in 1999, and then, hadn't seen it again until very recently. Comcast Cable put the movie on Demand during this month, and I have watched it a couple of times, and fell in love with it all over again.
As one watches the film, they can just sense what these characters are going through, preparing to leave high school, and venture out into the real world, and going away from each other. The movie is so much more than just about perverted guys trying to get sex, it is about relationships, timing, and a passage of life. I rank American Pie as one of my all time favorite movies, and, I feel, a must see, especially for ages 18 to 40.
The Greek Tycoon (1978)
I enjoyed this movie
I hadn't seen this movie in many years, but have viewed it on On Demand cable recently. I don't know why the critics blasted it. Actually, it was well acted, and overall, well done. The film depicted important events, such as the JFK assassination, the Kennedy-Onasis marriage agreement, Mr Onasis' son's plane crash, and other events. Being a history major, and having done extensive research on the Kennedys, and knowing the background, I would say that the movie, while not perfect, was certainly entertaining. The music and themes were very good, and I would recommend seeing this movie.

Wedding Crashers (2005)
Wedding Crashers review
Wedding Crashers was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a long time. I enjoyed it so much, that I actually took two different people and saw it twice. It combines slapstick humor with an interesting plot, and meaningful life issues, like love, friendship, and power. I throughly enjoyed it, and would recommend it to anyone. Some of the scenes were downright hilarious. I know it has done well at the box office, and continues to deserve to do so. It is a light, fun look at life which is throughly entertaining for two hours of one's time, and makes the moviegoer leave the theater feeling entertained, and upbeat.

In Good Company (2004)
I throughly enjoyed this movie
I throughly enjoyed this movie, as it brought together all the basic important elements in life. Family, Job pressures, changes in corporate management, and just overall human emotions and circumstances. It is rare in recent times that I have seen such an honest, down to earth, human movie which brings together life's important elements so nicely.
My only criticism about the movie is that I didn't like the ending. I will not state how it ended due to the site's spoiler rules, but if there was one thing about the film I didn't like, that was it. However, overall, it was a very well done film, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good movie about family and real life issues, elements seen far too rarely in the movies nowadays.
