Bates Motel (2013–2017)
10/10
Scary, Suspenseful, Good Acting, and Utterly Unsettling
5 April 2013
Now, I had my doubts, for Psycho was one of the best horror movies ever to be made, and making a prequel show could ruin it all. But, my doubts proved to be fortunately wrong. The story centers around young Norman Bates, who's just moved to a small Bay Area town with his mother Norma Bates. It is set in the modern world, so that's why I had to rack a point off, but who cares. It is absolutely amazing. Vera Farmiga and Freddie Highmore lead an all stellar cast into the world of serial murder, cover ups, and horrific betrayal that can only go so unimaginably high. With shocks and gasps, and the kind of suspense that makes you clench your teeth, Bates Motel is definitely a must watch. If you haven't see this show yet, go on to channel 46 and start watching because it will grip you, and it won't let go.

Although slow and drawn out entirely in the beginning, the move progresses as it gets longer, and gets increasingly intense. It centers around be plot of a girl named Jo and four other people she does not know who all entered into a contest on a social site similar to Facebook called algettogether.com. The four unknowingly win and are excited for the contests winning outcome to a paid trip on a private jet to New York City. Once they arrive on the plane and situated it is a classy plane and all seems fine, until the four contestants become subject to a contest aboard the plane and are asked personal questions and soon it escalates to watching innocent people die and more lives are lost. It is a horror thriller and it is true, read the terms and conditions.

Dexter (2006–2013)
10/10
The Best Show The World Has Ever Seen
4 April 2013
Just when the world thinks that TV has finally hit rock bottom and succumbed to worthless and meaningless shows, here comes the Showtime hit and Emmy award winning show Dexter to save the day. Dexter is about a charming Miami Blood Splatter Analyst Dexter Morgan who by day is a kind and thoughtful man, but by night is a serial killer who only disposes of the wicked and "bad people" (criminals.) Michael C. Hall (Dexter Morgan) and Jennifer Carpenter (Debra Morgan) lead an all stellar cast. The whole show has such a complex storyline and plot it's dumbfounding. It literally is that good. With his foul mouthed sister Debra at Dexter's side, the show is a hit and a blast and deserves immense recognition. If you enjoy dark humor, amazing storyline, good acting, and drama as well as romance, Dexter is the way to go.
