Halo (2022)
So Bad
I am so confused. How does the richest company on the planet have such terrible CGI and lacklustre writing. The shanky obese elites in the starting sequance were laughable. This genuinly seems like a fan adaption. I am seriously confused af...
Game of Thrones: The Bells (2019)
Good ol' Hollywood
Cinematography wise, this is a cool episode to watch, but If all you want is some Michael Bay explosive nonsense then this is the episode for you!
How did Varys actually betray Dany? By saying to John that he thought he might be a better ruler? Then Tyrian dobs him in for doing nothing but having doubts and wanting to do what's right? Obviously he was just supposed to die and they cbf building a story or reason around it. Or apparently even showing us his death...
Those crossbows aren't/weren't ever going to hit Drogon because he has more plot armour than a dragon should be able to wear. Not to mention that the books even state they aren't effective against dragon hide and the only time they worked was a 1 in a million shot through the eye and damaged the brain of a dragon...
Jaime got stabbed TWICE with a 12 inch blade that passed all the way through his body and poked out the other side but he still manages to climb a billion stairs into the red keep and then all the way back down... but all of this from Euron who apparently was the SOLE SURVIVOR of his fleets destruction... and then managed to run into Jaime at the perfect time...
Not even going to go into Arya's plot armour, she got blown into a wall by dragon fire like 7 times and would most definitely have suffocated/been crushed/died from blunt force trauma but nah nah nah. She saiyan teleported to kill the night king she obviously is god. And has more plot armour than anyone...
And WHERE IS BRAN AND WHY DOES HE NEVER LOOK INTO ANYTHING IMPORTANT LIKE THIS WAR!? He just gets off over the Night King, no more NK, no more need for Bran...
Cersei dies by being buried with Jamie... some BS die together in a wholesome way story, so lame and such a weak ending to both character arcs. Not to mention Jaime should've died from blood loss by then.
Dany's madness is such a joke, are we seriously supposed to buy this? She's gone from aw yeah everything is good and I'll do what's right to 2 episodes later being like kill everyone kill the children and the women and the innocence burn everybody **** you all.
So sad seeing one of the greatest cinematic and story telling masterpieces of our time be reduced to generic Hollywood drivel. This is just plot hole after plot hole.
I Am a Killer (2018)
Very powerful
This show provides a humbling insight into what makes a killer, and how their actions have impacted themselves and others. It's an eye opener into how easy it is to look at people who have committed horrific crimes and label them monsters, but in almost every case they have suffered in horrible ways as children, often abused by those closest to them and denied the love and nurture a child needs, and are products of their environments.
