Cute, light 80's fun...
6 January 2005
I saw this movie when I was very young and I still love it just as much. A teenage girl's, (Kerri Green), father, who is also a senator, hires Charlie Sheen, (who brings along friend, Alan Ruck, for the ride), to drive her cross-country to be institutionalized for anger management issues. Much chaos ensues on the road! Touching at times, comical at others, I definitely encourage you to check this movie out, especially if you're a big fan of 80's films. Young Charlie Sheen and Alan Ruck's performances are quite enjoyable, as well as Kerri Green's. If you're a Charlie Sheen or Alan Ruck fan, then check this movie out! Great piece of 80's film nostalgia!

Schoolhouse Rock! (1973–2009)
Educational and fun--great for all ages!
21 September 2004
I remember taking my Social Studies regents in high school and singing the Constitution song to fill in all the blanks that were left out in the Preamble on my test and I could do it because I knew all the words!

Schoolhouse Rock! is an excellent show for anyone who loves cartoons and who wants to learn. From politics to mathematics to English, there is a lesson in every short. And the tunes are so catchy that you can't help getting them stuck in your head. To this day, I still sing "Interplanet Janet" when I hear the name Janet. Hehe...and Conjunction Junction as well as I'm Just a Bill are, of course, classics. This is a great show for children, but adults will enjoy it alike. Check out Schoolhouse Rock!!

Classic Looney Tunes episode!
4 September 2004
This is like, one of my all-time favorite Looney Tunes episodes ever...

This is the episode when Daffy Duck is a cartoon character on a blank canvas and the evil cartoonist that controls the activities on the page keeps painting Daffy in humiliating, and sometimes dangerous, outfits and settings. We don't find out who the cartoonist is, of course, until the end, which just enforces how great the idea is. Very original and enjoyable...probably the reason why Daffy Duck evolved to be my favorite Looney Tunes character ever! :-) But the whole Looney Tunes cast of characters rocks...definitely one of the best cartoons in history...finally out on DVD! :-D

The best!
10 August 2004
Definitely one of the best videos to come out of promotion for the band. If it's a greatest hit, it's on this video. Highly recommended! Videos include, (not in order):

From PERMANENT VACATION:

Dude Looks Like A Lady Angel Rag Doll

From PUMP: Love in an Elevator Janie's Got a Gun What it Takes The Other Side

From GET A GRIP: Eat the Rich Living on the Edge Cryin' Amazing Crazy

From BIG ONES:

Walk on Water Blind Man Deuces Are Wild

If many of these happen to be your favorite Aerosmith tunes, then this is the video for you. It's awesome. Sit back, relax and look. :-D

I love this cult classic!
13 July 2004
I have so many great memories involving this movie. I saw it on Showtime when I was like, 6, and my mom was like, "now you're gonna want me to tape that for you, huh?" and I was like, "hellz yea!" when I saw him in that white/black jacket singing at the Jukebox Jamboree and any scene he's in in "Please Mr. Jailer". Mmm mmm...17 years later I still get chills watching that scene because of how freakin' fine he is. I finally got the soundtrack yesterday off of Amazon.com and it is truly a great soundtrack. The songs are a little different from the movie versions, (for example, I don't like the album version of the "Doin' Time for Being Young" song as much as the movie version), but that's okay. This is truly my favorite Johnny Depp movie. :-D
