Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero (2022)

Such a huge difference to what DB was then vs now

They keep making Dragon Ball more and more different than what it originally was.

Dragon Ball Super let's be honest, unfinished animation at the beginning. Then much of the show was childish.

But this movie takes the childish x100. There's no creativity anymore. They do things without meaning. Adding cringy stuff, then spending time again and again talking about Bulmas butt. They even zoomed in on it. Then Beerus telling another female that she is attractive. I mean what are we even doing?

The animation is annoying at the beginning. But 10 min in I don't care whatever, just make a great DB movie. But damn did it fail.

Goku and Vegeta is just there to say hi to the audience and that's it.

Don't even get me started on Cell Max. It was so generic. The whole movie was generic.

And this is coming from someone who grew up with Dragon Ball.

Eternals (2021)

Would have benefited more as a tv show on Disney+

If you look at the other MCU movies like Captain America trilogy, and Guardians movies. They're different yes, but they have the Marvel in them. Which Eternals lacked.

Uneven pace, weak forgetable villain. Weird sex scene. Even some of the Eternals are poorly written.

People are being too nice to this movie because of the Marvel Studios logo.

Peacemaker (2022– )

Makes CW DC shows look even more stupid.

3 episodes in and its awesome but let me say this to the crybabies about the show being "woke" If you keep watching and read some backstory to Peacemaker and who his dad is, you're going to understand. It's not woke.

Please god Discovery do not let CW near any DC characters ever again.

The Book of Boba Fett: Chapter 3: The Streets of Mos Espa (2022) Season 1, Episode 3

Nah he's WAY too soft. And why does he take off his helmet so much more often?

They kinda tricked us with the trailers telling us that the show was going to be this underground thing, and then it's not.

The Teenbiker gang felt like they didn't belong to this show. They would have fit in better in Speed Racer. And the chase scene/editing was so bad. Were the bikes going slow or fast? Cuz it was both.

And he hired them because he liked how she talked back to him?

Should have hired the black wookiee instead.

The Witcher (2019– )

Ciri & Geralts story in S2 is the best. The rest? Oh boy..

I really enjoyed S1 and it gave a good introduction to the world of The Witcher.

Watching the first ep of S2 I was so hyped. I was like "man what a start!" These are the kinds of changes from the book that I'm okay with.

Because how interesting and invested I was in the Ciri & Geralt story. Then everytime when they would cut to Yennefer and the rest, I just rolled my eyes. And simply did not care. Not even the dialogue and the performences from some supporting characters are good enough to make me care about their problems.

Here's an example. In Game Of Thrones, they would cut to The Starks, Lannisters, Kings Landing, The North, Daenarys.. But the difference here is that I cared about all of it.

They've already done some changes from the books. If they would decide to spend S3 on Ciri & Geralt. Then sign me up for another season. But after this season I gotta give up. I'll watch "Best Geralt & Ciri moments from S3" when it comes in the future on youtube. Because that's going to give me what I want.

Baki (2018–2020)

My testosterone went up

First of all. Watch Baki The Grappler before this one.

Reading previous reviews, it looks like its visual over story. Which I have to disagree. The show gives every character enough time to make you care, and understand each of their motivation.

First season is rough sometimes with the cgi during the fights Which they later stopped with thank god.

Either way the fights are amazing and makes your blood go.

This show is made by fans. I'm saying that because the opening 2 of the Netflix series is like that they're making fun of Opening 2 from Baki The Grappler series. Like "Look how awesome we can make this look now".

The 3rd season (Raitai) was outstanding. Again with given all the characters their time. They're doing a fantastic job with this show.

BRING S4!

Honestly I was just waiting for Nick Fury to come out from the shadows and walk towards Dominic Toretto "Have you ever heard about the Avengers initiative"

This movie is absurd. Were those other movies crazy too? Yeah. But they made it all believable. This movie was just stupid. Toretto fighting 20 guys and taking down the roof. Car going to space. Rope around the wheel and flying to the other mountain. Star Wars references for a whole scene. Cardi B's stupid cameo. Gravity/magnet-whatever thingy.

This franchise should have ended with 7.

Yeah its your own fault for building up hype out of random speculation Youtube videos.

The show stayed true to what it was and what it set up. Great ending, and can't wait to see the continuation in Doctor Strange 2 and Spider Man 3.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019)

Heart warming ending

Aaron Paul brings his A-game together with the rest of the cast of this movie.

A show that's a master when it comes to suspense does no wrong here.

This movie didn't need to exist. But it's a proper send off to our Jesse Pinkman. 9/10

Dave Chappelle: Sticks & Stones (2019 TV Special)

I wanted a Dave Chappelle show. AND I GOT IT

The title CLEARLY says "Dave Chappelle" and that's what I expected from this show. A full on Dave Chappelle show.

I was laughing, smiling and it was so good to have this kind of comedy back where a studio don't put chains around a person, and falls down on their knees to the toxic triggered far left.

Huge thank you to Dave Chappelle and Netflix for giving us this.

Watchmen (2009)

Not your typical comicbook movie

Christopher Nolan was right. This movie indeed came out too early.

This movie not only shows us the pictures. But also the people behind them. What I love about Watchmen is that it's mature and basic study of how our society is structured. There's so many quotes that can be used in todays world. And with Zack Snyders visuals. It really blends well.

I gotta say. People calling this movie "boring" are the ones watching 4 movies a year. And they're all action heavy blockbusters.

Game of Thrones: The Long Night (2019) Season 8, Episode 3

Great ending!

This whole episode reminded me of the kitchen scene in the first "Jurassic Park". You were always on your seat the whole time!

The negative.. I need to question the decisions made by the director and the cinematographer. It was way too dark, and too unfocused. I don't know what happened. Didn't they have enough time during post production?

Daredevil: Karen (2018) Season 3, Episode 10

Episode didn't serve the story.. It's not character development if you go back to the past. You could have made this 35 minute "Karen: The Origin" in 5 minutes. Totally waste of time.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)

Amazing

I really enjoyed this movie a lot!

I'll start with my positive things and later on the negatives.

My main concern with Man Of Steel was that there wasn't much dialogue in the movie. In This movie they really lifted that part. Great. Ben Affleck as Batman, fantastic. All the haters disappeared. rip. Introducing Wonder Woman. Glimpse of Ezra Miller as The Flash. Introduction of the Justice League.

They did really well on ''understanding'' Batman and Superman on what motivation they had. Henry Cavill played Superman so great in this one, in MoS we saw like Pre-Superman. In this movie he really grew in my eyes and you could understand his motivation. Zack Snyder again, fantastic on the visual part, the score by Junkie XL and Zimmer was amazing. Jeremy Irons as Alfred. Amy Adams as Lois.

My negatives.

While watching throughout the movie it felt like the scenes were going like a roller-coaster. For example like this, usually a movie scene goes from A,B,C,D,E.. But in this movie it felt like A,E,C,D,B. So the editing was poor.

Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. Im sorry, I supported the casting of Jesse as Lex before the movie, but while watching BvS.. I just couldn't see Lex Luthor. It felt more like Jesse Eisenberg trying to be Lex Luthor.

?? What was Lex Luthors motivation ??

Now again as before Zack Snyder is a fantastic visually. But he's lacking with the story telling..

However, Zack and his team really made this into a enjoyable movie and great cinema experience. This movie made my even more excited for Justice League.
