John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023)

Completely lost the point!

The first two films were great, good story nice amount of action, an enjoyable fast paced action movie.

And then came John Wick 3, and it started to slide, too much action not enough story, not believable, still it was a little entertaining.

Now this, I'm a big fan of Keanu, Fishburne, and McShane to name a few in this movie and I feel everyone, cast, crew and audience deserved better. Overloaded with fight sequences that were far too long and totally unbelievable you felt like you were in a video game with countless lives and bulletproof skin, yes he has a bulletproof suit but please we do have some intelligence.

Disappointing nonsense of unbelievable magnitude, the director should be ashamed!

The Menu (2022)

Wow, just Wow

Hahaa, a gastronomic feast for the sense of humour, don't believe the poor ratings, see it for what it is, fun with a touch of seasoning.

Well worth a watch if you want something different to the usual shoot them up, save the world/president/universe crap that's been done to death.

Ralph Fiennes is just brilliant in it, he knows what it takes to be dry and unnerving, the co-stars are great too.

Watch this with an open mind, I loved its dark feel but light hearted horror, couldn't stop myself from laughing at the way some of the characters attempted tried to justify themselves, a nice change and good fun.

The Iron Giant (1999)

One of the best animated movies I've seen, and I've seen a lot, my children loved it, we still watch it now years on, you can't help but love The Iron Giant on all levels.

Zathura: A Space Adventure (2005)

Watch it for what it is family entertainment

This film is no blockbuster agreed, but great family entertainment, its a shame people with very limited imagination only see it as "Space junk"....idiot!

Shame really that Hollywood have to do an almost word perfect remake of an amazing film just to make money!! Do yourself a favour and watch the original "The Untouchables"

One of the most touching and hilariously funny films I've seen. Doesn't need to be remade just so people don't have to read the subtitles, I hate subtitles but still found this an amazing film.

The Time Machine (2002)

Don't waste your time reading the so called reviews of miserable idiots, why do people have to judge a new film made of an existing story by an older film of the story, time wasters😠

You get what you expect with this movie, don't waste your time if your expecting a Bond style action movie, a fantastic price of cinematography, you will be surly disappointed as I'm sure some who have written here have and wasted my time reading their efforts, ffs it's Barry Humphries why would you expect anything other than hilarious toilet humour. I laughed my ass off.
