Freaky Friday (2018 TV Movie)
1/10
EW!
11 August 2018
This is just awful, just awful! It doesn't even deserve a star. The 2003 version was the best! The acting was terrible, even the mom and daughter fighting scenes were boring. I almost fell asleep while watching. A magic hour glass really? That's just stupid! It's pretty sad when you don't recognize any of the actors. The songs made it worse. There's too much "trying to keep up with the times." They really should have stopped with the 2003 version. Sounds like Disney is running out of ideas. Leave Freaky Friday alone!!! Don't waist your time with this snooze fest.

Winchester (2018)

Winchester keeps you on the edge of your seat
27 April 2018
For someone who doesn't like horror movies this one is pretty good! I was already fascinated with the Winchester Mystery House and had been wanting to see it for a while. The first time you see it you'll end up jumping about 13 times, literally. Not to mentioned I watched it at night while alone. The second time I watched it I made sure it was during the day. The second time seeing it you see details that you missed from closing your eyes often during the first round. It get's a little slow with Eric remembering his last moments with his wife Ruby's last moments often. One time was enough. The 'scary' music was a little over the top but it keeps you on the edge of your seat. I appreciate the historic detail that they put it in. Over all it's pretty good, I'm glad I bought it on iTunes!

House of Anubis (2011–2023)
10/10
One of my favorite British tv shows!
24 March 2018
Where has House of Anubis been all my life? This show is very addictive, since they leave every episode with a cliff hanger. There's a couple of flaws I'd like to point out. I'm an American, but when I was in Europe several times I didn't announce that I was American to every person I came across like Nina did. That's just stupid. When I travel abroad I always let people guess where I come from. Specially when I was in a couple of countries where Americans were looked down upon. And having someone who's born in Spain portraying an American isn't authentic. Another thing, it's too much like Harry Potter. With Victor being very similar to Snape, Jerome and Alffie like Fred and George Weasly, Nina, Fabian and Amber similar to Harry, Ron and Hermione. Oh and the school uniform ties are identical to Gryffindoor's school ties. And not to mention Rufus and Victor desperate to be immortal just like You- Know-Who. Really? At least the mysteries are almost diffrent from Harry Potter. Honestly, there's too much mention of Harry Potter. But other than that it's excellent!

Hostiles (2017)

Hostiles
28 January 2018
I finally saw Hostiles this morning. It's fantastic for a rated R movie! I'm not a violent movie person or a rated R person. But if it's historically accurate I'll go see it. The violence wasn't as bad as I thought it would be which was a big relief for me. There's a lot of language to watch out for as well. But it has incredible acting, beautiful scenery, and the score in one of the best! Being of Cherokee decent this movie hits close to home. They also did a fantastic job with the Native American language of the Cheyenne. A couple of my favorite Native American actors also star in Hostiles, Wes Studi and Adam Beach. That was the other reason why I wanted to see it. They were great! I Hostiles is one of my favorite historical movies. can't wait to own this movie!

Review of MLP:The Movie
5 October 2017
Last night I saw the premiere of My Little Pony: The Movie. As a lover of the TV show I have to say they actually pulled it off! Through out the movie it's never a dull moment. This time the problem can't be fixed in 30 minutes. There's also new friends, including Princess Skystar who's voiced by my favorite actress, Kristen Chenoweth. I never thought I'd hear my favorite pony, Pinkie Pie and Kristen Chenoweth singing one of the best songs, in the franchise (One Small Thing). That was a real treat! I love the fact that the movie is not kiddish looking but it's for us adults as well. They pulled off the CGI animation. It was impressive! They did stay true to the TV show but added new elements that went well together. I would see this again in theaters and can't wait to own it!
