Frodo and Sam Gone to War

It felt like I was watching a Lord of the Rings war movie. The one shot choice for this movie was amazing and I hope we see more movies like "1917" come forth. I could easily watch this movie many more times. Amazingly perfect in every way for a movie lover of war and photography. This movie was really something special.

Shadow (2018)

Slow but Beautiful

This movie looks great in 4k. The color palette is very bland but the skin pops with color. "Shadow" is very slow and the style of the film felt staged as if I could see this at a live showing. The creativity with the weapons had my attention. The detail of clothing and art was amazing but... The movie was so slow and I had to force myself to watch tell the end. I can understand why some may have enjoyed this movie but for myself! I did not...

Queen & Slim (2019)

An Emotional Ride That Will Not Be Forgotten

I enjoyed this movie! Bringing out the depth of the characters. The emotion captivated with some poetic conversations in some scenes. The music selection was perfect and complemented the details of each chapter. Reflecting cultural struggles in our age today. The director puts you in the seat giving the emotional ride that will not be forgotten.

Frozen II (2019)

Good Follow Up, Just Not Great...

Frozen 2 has great characters actors/actresses and graphics though it fell short of not being able to pull through like the 1st movie. The song selection was a step down from the 1st but the story and lyrics matched up great. I loved the new characters that was brought into this follow up. With that said it felt as though they could have added more to the story to make it more interesting and explosive at some moments. Good follow up, just not great...

Public Enemies (2009)

Instant Classic

Public Enemies has everything a Mob film should be. Tommy guns, cops and robbers, prison breaks, car chases, and really great actors. Based on a true story while this movie was also filmed on location to duplicate the real life images from news papers and articles of the true John Dillinger. Johnny Depp did an amazing job recreating the character. I also love the humor they bring into the movie. This movie never gets old. Wish there where more movies being made now days like Public Enemies.

Shot Caller (2017)

Best Underrated Gangster Film

From the plot of the story to the gritty scenes of this movie. This movie unfolds and then explodes in your face with great actors that draw you deep into what a gangster film should be. It was so good I did not want this movie to end.

Am I the only one that believes this movie to be way too dark??? I had to turn off all the lights in my house just to see this movie. This movie was not good... Some good action scenes with good CGI. Not that good...

Entertaining! Great actors! Script was not the best but is a good movie. If your into planes and war movies then you should like this movie. Good action scenes.

Poor script, with good actors. Fun idea but the choices in the direction of the movie was not great... The trailer was what made me want to see it but I wish i didn't now.
