Vineyards (2023)

BORING

I think I might have to read "The Great Gatsby"! I can't believe it will be as awful as this movie. The only reason it was over 2 hours was because there were so many gaps in dialogue. Poor writing, so-so acting. I kept waiting for something to happen, sketchy characters, just really messed up. The writers must have drank too much wine, and wrote most of this drunk. The no name actors likely didn't even like the movie, but it was a pay cheque. No wonder the strike lasted so long, the actors were like, PLEASE don't let us go back to work...we can't make anymore of this ... Not sure what has happened since COVID, but it seems like they can't make a good movie since 2020.

Simmering Tensions!

This movie should have been named Simmering Tensions...Nothing got a rise out of any of the characters. People shot on the beach, oh well. Put in jail, oh well. Nothing got a rise out of Roth's character. He never questioned anything!

I'm not sure but it appears that the actors were paid extra if they had more than one sentence of dialogue.

SPOILER ALERT! You just wasted 75 minutes, you could have been doing housework. I hope there were no fish killed in the making of this movie.

Most people who rated this movie seemed to have watched the same movie I watched. This wasn't a Hallowe'en movie; it was one huge cigarette commercial. Just Horrorble! Because there is no other word to describe it.

Anyone that can't sleep after watching Horror movies or can't watch them while home alone and in the dark, you will likely fall asleep during this one. B 00-H 00, you might cry yourself to sleep for wasting your time. You could have been doing housework or washing your recycle bin.

I don't need six hundred characters to describe this crap. The steaming pile of crap emoji would be suitable six hundred times.

Drift (I) (2000)

I just watched this 2000 movie in 2022. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more 22 years ago. But honestly, the name of the movie should have been, "Visceral".

If you watched it, you know why.

I only watched it because I really enjoyed "Grimm".

I can't come up with 600 characters of review, it just wasn't good enough to use up that many letters. But it wasn't bad enough to use that many characters to put it down either.

You can't say this was a 3 season show when each season has so few episodes! What happened to the days when a season was 22 episodes?

All I really wanted to say was that the Lucy character really reminded me of a young Winona Rider, and Benji reminded me of a young Grant Snow.

Grimm very Grimm!

Most annoying buddy movie ever made. If these two are best friends in real life, they are a bore to hang with.

I couldn't even finish the movie, so I couldn't spoil the ending even if I wanted to. Besides, the whole movie was spoiled.

The Night They Knocked (2019)

This was the worst movie ever made. The lamest last weekend get-together ever had. Whoever wrote this obviously never had any friends, never had a party and never had any fun. 10 minutes after arriving at their destination I couldn't wait for someone to show up and start killing them.

Brotherhood (I) (2019)

I've never heard of this tragedy, or of Long Point. I enjoyed the movie, even more after finding out this was filmed in Canada using a lot of Canadian talent. Usually, a few minutes in, I say to myself "This looks Canadian". This was a well-made movie. It was based on a true story, not made to be an action-packed blockbuster. Even the Titanic was a bit of a bore, but it was based on an actual event. Story Telling isn't always edge of your seat viewing.

Don't Breathe 2 (2021)

I actually rate this movie 6.5! I did not see Don't Breathe, so I cannot compare it to that. I am rating it as a stand-alone movie. If I rated it with all the other movies I watched made in 2021 I would give it a 9! This is only the second movie from 2021 that I watched that I actually enjoyed. Just maybe it isn't really that good, but compared to everything else from 2021 it is great. Besides, I am a fan of Stephen Lang.

The Last House on the Street (2021)

This movie is so bad that the ONLY good thing I can say about it is thankfully it was only 1 hr and 15 min long. (That's because I paused it to take a bathroom break). Less than 15 minutes in there was a goof. You could see a camera set up for a different angle shot and the guys hand appeared above the actors (I'm sure soon to be waiter) head. The fake blood looked orange!

There is no way this movie made any money. I'm sure everyone involved paid their friends and family members to NOT watch it.

I really want to rate this 1.3"!

I read the other reviews and I wish I had laundry to fold as well. On the other hand, I should like to pick up that award for watching the whole movie. I thought the only awful things to come out of Bangor were in Stephen King Stories. I can't imagine who bankrolled this!

Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem (2021– )

I want more!

Really wished they stretched it out to 8 episodes or more. Days should really bring Will and new Sonny back to Salem. Chad really played his part well. If Days were smart, they would make sure Ben and Ciara sign on for another 3 to 5 years.

It would be fun to go Beyond Salem a few times a year. For Hallowe'en they could start out as the current characters, then change them to the stars that previously played them. Sean played by Jason Cook. Abby by Kate Mansi...etc. And bring back a few dead characters. Would love to see Nick, Jordan and others again.

2021! It's a pandemic of REALLY BAD MOVIES. I think every "Starving Artist" finally got the job offers because the rich and famous were sitting out waiting for COVID to end. Thankfully, protective measures were put into place were as the real actors and good movies can be made again. To the reviewer that asked for their $4.99 back. You should also be compensated for your time lost!

To Sir, with Love is the ONLY movie that I have watched more than twice. I must see this movie, but I do not expect it to be as good as the first.

The rumors are true! Nicolas Cage just will not turn down any job! This deserves a raspberry. Locked in a suit for 5 days, therefore the suit doubled as a toilet. So, THE MOVIE WASN'T THE ONLY THING THAT STINKS! The only reason I am giving it one star is because of Cage.

Maybe he should do "The Rock 2"

I want my rating back. But one is the lowest number of stars available. The actors must have been desperate. Don't waste your time watching this movie. I don't know how this movie even got made, who okayed it, who invested in it? This couldn't be further from a thriller! It's a joke! An unbelievably bad joke!

Poor writing, poor acting, not a horror but just plain horrible.

Hopefully, the actors were paid well, because I'm sure they will not find any work for a long time.
