With the huge sentinel army drawing closer to Zion, Neo (accompanied with Trinity) realizes he must travel to the `Machine city' to have any chance in bringing peace and ending the war against the machines.

Like the previous two movies, there are some forever-memorable scenes, like the Sentinels invading Zion and the final battle between Neo and Agent Smith.

I admit the ending is confusing and leaves more questions to think about, but considering the massive expectations placed after the first chapter, The Matrix Revolutions caps off a truly historic and remarkable movie experience.

Warning: Spoilers
About a retired factory worker who plans to marry an overweight, unattractive lady, only to wind up taking care of her unwanted, blind but beautiful daughter. Zhao Benshao's performance as the cheapskate, retired bachelor is outstanding, while newcomer Jie Dong (WuYing) plays the blind girl to perfection.

Another unhappy ending by Zhang Yimou, but don't let that faze you by this funny, touching and inspiring movie. Hard to find another movie like this one. 8 out of 10.

No other movie uses the term `Country Bumpkin' better than this one. Zhang Baogen has high hopes when his won an apartment in Shanghai, only to be told it won't be ready for another 1 ½ years. Till then, he has to cope through life in the busy and money-driven city, while staying at Little Auntie's 20-yuan-a-day dwelling.

A great depiction of the Old versus New China, country fella versus city chick personality. One of my all-time favorite Chinese movies.
