Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022)
Simply disappointed!
I couldn't watch past the second episode. Was really really trying hard to watch it but boy was it predictable in every way possible. The characters are not lovable, and the story is bad, just couldn't watch anymore.
I cannot believe they did this to an iconic character such as Obi Wan Kenobi. It's like the writers just gave up and decided to write something mediocre. I don't see this surviving a long way.
Jackass Forever (2022)
Disappointed
Was this a movie or just an episode? It felt like an episode rather than a movie, was short, to much cutting into stunts, not enough material to show?
Expecting much out of this? Don't! Just a random stunts, no meaning, repetitive. It was thrown together just to look good enough to show to audience.
It wasn't even fun to much, to much nudity getting squished for fun, where are those old fun/crazy/daring stunts, rather than penis stomping.
Hopefully they will pass the torch to younger Jackass crew.
The Many Saints of Newark (2021)
Just an add on to the great TV series
As the title says, think of it like an addition to the already great TV series which we all loved watching.
Well, this story is about young Tony Soprano and his endeavors. This movie is trying to show how Tony Soprano became to be while confusing us with part stories about this future entourage. I did not see this movie as a whole, more like part story written for every character, while not going full depth at least for Tony Soprano for whom I came here to see. Don't get me wrong it's nice to see him as a youngster it just doesn't have that depth. Basically story revolves around his uncle and his anger rather than the mobster story that you expect to see.
I don't know if this story is going to get a sequel or maybe a TV show but non the less there should be some closure or similar, just to see how Tony Soprano came to be, because I did not see it in this movie.
The Office (2005)
One for the memories
One of those shows that you simply have to watch, a master piece. I would even go to say Michael (Steve Carell) and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) are comedy masters. They have outdone themselves in this.
I'm just simply impressed by this show that I had to write review just to say that I loved it, every part of it. Obviously there are good and bad parts, but overall satisfied with what I've watched.
Don't know why I waited 2021 to watch this show. I can only thank short clips from youtube showing me rivalry between Jim and Dwight. I just had to watch it from beginning.
At the end just wanna say if you loved Friends and if it's one of your favourite shows you gonna love this one to.
Suits (2011)
This still on?
When I started watching this I couldn't get enough of it. Mike, Harvey, Rachel, and who could forget Luis. Amazing crew, who brought us entertainment from day to day.
Indeed the show provides you all the elements needed for one spectacular TV entertainment. For me it captured everything that you needed in one TV show.
Now to the moment at hand. I did quit watching show when Rachel and Mike left, and to be honest. Last season with them was kinda boring, because you could feel they were not into it anymore.
I don't know how much longer they gonna prolong it with new characters. I can only say good luck.
Mune : Le Gardien de la Lune (2014)
Soothing movie to watch
A enjoyable movie to be watched for all generations. The animation it self was magnificent, well drawn, well done, the scenery was beautiful, characters well written, actors done their job, story well written, and the hook was there - for you to watch from the beginning 'till the end.
Clearly a message hidden to be learned. The movie satisfies all criteria that are necessary for a movie to be loved, cared and watched. A fairy tail, where everyone enjoys watching it. Not to much cheesy lines.
A creation of a movie that is worth watching, be you are a kid or a grown man. I gave it a 9, usually don't do that, but this time it earned it.
Creed (2015)
Didn't meet expectations
I'll give it 6 for trying.
Let me start by saying Stallone is really sticking with Rocky story, a little bit much. I mean, with the latest story about Creed's son is really interesting, but the directing and acting didn't quit satisfy me as an fan.
Story was good, but Stallone could act a little bit much, some scenes were stretched out, some rushed, even if movie lasted over 2 hours, it would still won't be that good, because some scenes were unnecessary, even boring, even camera shots were kinda rookie mistakes.
But you try as you live, so Stallone had to continue his Rocky story. I hope he's alive in next franchise part, I presume they are planning to make more with Creed story.
Southpaw (2015)
Could have been great
I don't wanna a dis this movie but REALLY? REALLY? You have a great cast and your script is awful, non-believable, scenes that u can't believe that are happening.
I really watched this movie only because it had great cast, but when you start watching it, you realize that movie is watchable only because you have such talented actors like Jake Gyllenhaal, Forest Whitaker a Oscar winner, Rachel Adams, and many others. But the writing isn't there...
Hopefully such great stories as this should be written and directed so people would believe in it, not just depend on actors to make your movie a hit. Like Million Dollar Baby by Clint Eastwood.
American Sniper (2014)
Not great, but good
Is this an Oscar winning movie? I don't think so. Why did it get an Oscar? Perhaps because Clint was filming it and Bradly Cooper (Chris Kyle) was actor in lead. Don't get me wrong, movie was fine, but not that great for Oscar winning movie.
Bradley Cooper was great in his roll, we can see excellent acting from him. In some scenes you can't believe it's him, and just wonder what he had to get through to bring out that emotion, and how to act in some scenes. Also, it was decent story, decent shooting, but not that exceptional.
I don't know what Clint was trying to do, maybe show him as hero (Chris Kyle)? I mean why, he openly admitted killing those "savages" as he called them and felt good about it. He, as it's shown in movie didn't feel remorse for it, at all. Also, even if movie was long, it felt like it quickly passed through story. It really could have be done better, maybe show both sides of Americas war on East while portraying Kyle as part of it.
In future, please Clint, think before doing sensitive stories, as I know you can do better, because you are a great director, and actor. Keep up the good work.

Black or White (2014)
Good attempt to something great
Good to see Costner playing some drama roles. Let me tell you know, I haven't seen whole movie, because I just couldn't finish something that didn't look like real.
I really tried to like this movie, but just couldn't. Haven't felt connection between girl Eloise (who played by Jillian Estelle) and Kevin. I really though it's gonna bring tears to my eyes in some scenes but it failed, it just failed.
Actors didn't try good enough to bring that emotion in me. I have to say director on this movie really didn't see what was going on in front of camera.
Anyone who want's to watch this movie, shouldn't keep their hopes up about seeing some insightful scenes and emotional ones.
I give 4 for effort.

47 Ronin (2013)
Excellence disguised in effects
47 Ronin is action paced movie, with great effects. The story tells that 47 brave souls defended their lords honor by revenging his death.
I'v just watched it, and I got to say, it's a shame they didn't made it longer, it felt they rushed it a bit, not telling whole story that was behind it. I'v read some on internet and there was really material to use. I think Keanu Reeves (Kai) did a fine job playing his role, as his fellow actor Hiroyuki Sanada (Oishi) and the rest of crew of course.
I must add one thing that I didn't like, it was the language, I hate it when they speak English when it obviously should have been original Japanese, they americanized it to much.
Overall I liked it, it was fun, enjoyable, it had drama, plot, story, all things that movie need. I must say I'm a huge fan of Keanu and always waiting for his new movies. Highly recommend this movie. Go and check it out for yourselves.
Welcome to the Jungle (2013)
Another failed project
I don't know this Rob Meltzer who directed this movie, but he did make a lousy one, I can tell you that much.
I'd hoped Jean Claude would make a decent movie, because there were some decent actors, including Adam Brody, but this was not the case, I guess he accepts every role that is given to him, including this one.
Entire movie was predictable to the spot, cliché moments. I didn't like it, I don't like movies that I can predict, but what a hack, I gave it a try to see if something during the movie will get better, was I wrong.
I gave it a 3, because Van Dam was in it as Adam Brody. Only because of that
Fringe (2008)
Interesting show
Today I saw the last episode of this show, and I was really sad because it ended, and there was no more for me to watch.
I must say J.J did an excellent job with this show, loved Walter Bishop, he was funny and interesting character. To be honest I didn't quite feel the chemistry between Olivia and Peter, but in the end they did end up a lovely couple. If you didn't read other reviews, you should watch every episode, because it's important to story telling, so you can follow it.
Around season 3 it became little confusing, not in understanding it, it was like they didn't have good material so they had different time line going on at the moment, it was kind confusing, boring, just stick to one time line (those who watched this show will understand).
End was good, it had a good ending story scene, not like other shows that ended in 2013. I really will miss all characters: Peter, Olivia, Astro ? Astrid ? :) They were all amazing actors. I highly recommend this show for SF fans, especially for those who love Star Trek movies, they will see a familiar face. I give it a solid 8, and hopefully we will see more shows like this.
Happy Feet Two (2011)
Quite enjoyable
How can you not laugh when there are two lunatics like Will (Brad Pitt) and Bill (Matt Damon) giving their voices to two strange krill who are stepping out of the ordinary life they got used to and lived by it.
As I have looked upon the grade given by IMDb people I was skeptic at first, thinking how can this low grade movie be fun, boy was I wrong. It really is funny, interesting, lot's of interesting music, music that you recognize etc...
Who is up for some laugh this is definitely movie for you, especially when you have that two krill that will make you laugh, I know I laughed hard. I give it 7 because it lack depth of story, some moments were rushed, on and all definitely watchable.
Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2 (2013)
second part DISASTER
I love BATMAN, I love how he's indestructible, and love the comics, BIG FAN, but this one isn't that good as the grades show (8.1).
While the first part of this Gotham hero was magnificent, thrilling, second part doesn't give you conclusion, mystery that Batman is, just random killing by Joker, that I find simple minded, not what would you expect from master criminal. It would seem they didn't try to make it interesting just made some simple story and that's it. And on top of all they portrait Superman as some errand boy, who listens to dumb idiot of president, and on top of all they make some war with Russia that he has to save. Idiotic scenes, really.
I do hope in future they will try and make better story that we all got used to see this two heroes fight against, not some Soviet Russia (red star)enemies that's outdated. I give it 4, because i really don't think it deserves more.
The Family (2013)
Simple and enjoyable movie
Since the last movie I saw from Robert De Niro (Killing Season) I wasn't expecting to much from this one either. But I was wrong.
The movie starts slow, showing how exile families, in this case families who are under witness protection live. There are few scenes that I liked, especially how De Niro (Giovanni Mazio alias Fred Blake) can't forget his old habits in dealing with situations in a way he knows best in the new cities they bring his family to.
It's enjoyable movie, with some predictable moves from main characters, but what the hell, I enjoyed it, I'm sure you will to. I give it 8 because it's amusing, and fun watching.
10 Years (2011)
High school memories
When I first saw this movie on IMDb I was little skeptic because I thought here goes another High school reunion, little love story, but I was wrong.
The story goes around few friends who met again after 10 years on their High School reunion. Writer/director tried to capture and put the moments, feelings when you see best friend from high school after long time, your first love, your classmates, on movie screen. In some parts he really did succeed to show us and remind us of those moments. I know I'v been touched, and wish I was back in high school again. It is watchable movie, and I really enjoyed watching it.
It has some "touchy" moments, and it really is a movie you can watch with your girlfriend, or alone for the matter. There are few cliché moments, but that's what love movies is all about. I think movie deserve at least 8, and not 6 as it stands now on IMDb.
The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)
So disappointing
Omg,Omg,Omg I cannot believe it. So uninteresting, so predictable, you just have to ask yourself what is really the cache here. What the writers are trying to say. Just make awesome picture with effects, and let spider man flies, don't worry about story ?
As a fan of Spiderman it was horrible to watch this movie, couldn't believe my eyes what I was watching.
Predictable scenes, spider-man using fake web, action scenes lame etc...I would rate this movie with 5, and that is to much, i would give a lower ratings, but they had some good Spidy scenes. I hope they are not planing trilogy with this one.
Breakout Kings (2011)
Make it better
You need a criminal to catch a criminal - It sounds good? Well, I have watched many criminal, action TV series, and I must say this one isn't up to it's level, because the idea of criminal cons catching the ones who escaped from jail is pretty awesome.
But lack of acting and writing, it fails there. We have a situation where there are cons who are "masterminds" in their field but aren't so smart in their acting roles, it looks like they are picked from the jail randomly. I have watched 5 episodes, and so far am not planing watching second season, because it doesn't appeal to me so much as it usual do from other shows.
I would recommend better writing, role playing, more intense catching cons who are escaped, better inside into U.S Marshall life's, and more action drama into series. The rating of it self on IMDb shows how structural and liking this show is. I would rate it 6/10
Seeking Justice (2011)
Justice for all
When I saw that Guy Pearce is acting in this movie, I just had to go and see it. I wasn't disappointed, even when I saw that Nicholas Cage was co - star of this movie. As usual Guy Pierce is showing his true acting skills, as he did in Memento.
The movie Seeking Justice is easy to watch, Will Gerard(Nicholas Cage) plays man who's wife is being raped and Simon (Guy Pearce)is man who helps him get revenge. Some scene's were disappointing, but still, it helps to know that two actors who made great movies, are playing their parts.
I would give it a hard 7 for trying and getting Guy Pearce. Who loves action, and drama, this is movie for you. Go and watch it !
Coach Carter (2005)
Education is way of life
First to start off, this movie is inspired by a true story. The movie is about a basketball coach Carter who is played by Samuel L. Jackson, and he teaches high school kids about the value of education through basketball.
The reason he takes these kids under his wing is because he realize that they need a help if they wanna grow up, finish school and have a life they deserve.
This is a very touching story, and educational as well, which shows the way kids struggle nowadays, and how teachers are quitting on them. Then coach Carter shows them how it's done, by giving them the education they deserve.
I would rate this movie 8/10 because they have touched on a very sensitive theme, that people need to be interested in, and also be involved into their child's education throughout their lives.
Shark (2006)
I love this show
Well, let me start by saying, after Boston Legal who is for me the best show ever, Shark is in range with it, I just love action, drama and law stuff in TV series. They did a terrific job bringing James Woods for the role of district attorney Sebastian Stark.
After watching first episode I was hooked, in every episode you just wonder whats Shark gonna do, is he gonna do this or that, it's incredible.
I highly recommend this to be watched, it's fun to watch, interesting, the plot of series is amazing, producers and writers have done their job excellent. I hope they will continue shooting this show. And I will be waiting. I give this show a solid 10.
