Adventures of the Gummi Bears (1985)
Great Family Treat
Talk about a blast from the past. Loved watching this Disney movie. I remember eating gummy bears while watching the movie. Kind of weird but it was fun.
I still remember the different characters and what each represented. It was a good way to teach positive lessons to kids. These days there aren't many shows or movies that have the same message. The movie was safe for the family and not weird. Of course, this movie is not a Toy Story or Up. But has a positive message still.
I can't wait to have my kids watch this with me on a rainy Saturday. We will order gummy bears from www.candy geek.com as well.
Candy (2006)
Wow!!! Just want normal candy.
A sad and tragic movie. It reminds me that life is more than fulfilling personal needs. I enjoyed the performances of Heath Ledger, Abbie Cornish and Geof Rush. I don't recommend watching this unless you are ready for a more heavy subject matter. This is a good movie to show to people who think recreational drug use is just recreational.Addiction is serious, just turn on the news and see famous celebrities ruin their lives. On a lighter note, I just wanted to go to my favorite candy site www.candy geek.com to order normal and safe candy. I truly hope that people who see this movie take the time and reach out to those struggling with addiction. I for one am convinced that no one can ignore drug issues or problems.
