In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2007)
Uwe Boll's clone of LOTR is just a wasting of time!!!
Y'day in the evening I've wasted a couple of hrs watching this piece of crap on DVD. Uwe Boll's clone of LOTR is total rip off from other movies and it's totally predictable and unwatchable. Stupid dialogue, poor script, acting of all stars in this movie is forgettable. I can't understand why and for whom this movie has been made? For DVD rental store? It's a real shame that such nice actors like Statham,Ray Lliota and Ron Perlman took their parts in this garbage. Maybe they did not write the script beforehand? Or they are ready to star in any movie for money. PLS SKIP THIS MOVIE OUT, DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE!!! I never saw any Boll's movies before and I guess that in case I'll find his name in the credits to the movie, then it'll be a sign for me to miss it. And what about Burt Reynolds also? How he can to act in such film, I can't understand it either. So this flick is another one stinker to be totally forgotten...BE AWARE AND ACHTUNG!!!
Planet Terror (2007)
Trash-movie - totally rubbish
I saw it on DVD last night. Huge disappointment. Totally rubbish. Really trash-movie. A lot of famous actors did not save this flick. Bad and totally predictable script, poor special effects, unfunny dialogues and this aka 60's and 70's picture and noise all-time throughout = maybe somebody found it cool, but I am not. Rodriguez experimented with picture and sound a lot to make it looks second-hand and trashy. The only delight of this movie is to watch over Rose Mcgowan, because she's very attractive and beautiful. But she is all the same thru the whole picture. What's wrong with You guys? Do You think You are really creative people? No innovation, no creation = this movie is made for the kids on the block or for stupid American teenagers eating fast-food. No more respect for Rodriguez and Tarantino, the letter person produced this piece of nonsense! THE WORST MOVIE I SAW IN 2007!!!
The Life of David Gale (2003)
Kevin Spacey at his best and utmost - another one OSCAR performance
Kevin Spacey deserves another one OSCAR nomination for this movie while supporting cast is not such creative except maybe Laura Linney.
Alan Parker is back with stunning material - provoking and sophisticated. This movie makes me think about world we live and life in general. I'm not an expert in capital punishment issue, but acting of Spacey is superb and deeply touching. This is not usual stupid Hollywood popcorn movie and thank You for that. My personal rating is 10 out of 10.
