The reviews that are giving 1s and 2s are clearly from angry people that are unable to watch anything that even slightly differs from their own view points. This isn't an amazing show by any means and it is definitely weaker than the office and superstore, but it still provides entertainment and shows potential. I am currently 4 episodes in and find it enjoyable and for the most part has a very good cast. The show is obvious satire so anybody getting up in arms about it's content should really look deeper within as to why a random NBC sitcom fills them with such disdain after watching a pilot episode. I'd give the show between a 6-7 at this point but lean towards 7.

The acting in this movie is so terrible and not even enjoyable in a cheesy b-movie way. Every line that is obviously played up for laughs comes out awkwardly. These sad attempts at humor didn't make me laugh once and then the movie gets even more pathetic when the actors have more dramatic scenes. Every serious scene has the most generic dialogue that is performed awfully every time. Even if you like watching bad films don't bother with this, it's so pointless and lazy. And any review that calls any of this mess good acting is obviously someone trying to boost the rating.

First three quarters of the first episode is alright and then it takes a nose dive into insanity and self-Indulgence. Everyone involved in this should be ashamed of themselves using a troubled girls death as a springboard for attention. So many baseless theories thrown about its ridiculous, at one point they ramble on about a killer being inspired by the 2005 movie "Dark Water". I don't know how any self-respecting filmmaker could include so much obvious nonsense. And all of the brainless YouTube conspiracy theorists making the most ridiculous connections and then at the end of the documentary acting like they care about this poor girl is disgusting. Good ol online narcissism brought to a docuseries. And the fact that people think this crappy hotel is editing footage instead of a news outlet or the media for the police is hysterical. The cops only released that footage so they could see if anyone saw this person, so obviously they would slow it down so you could see their face
Wonderful movie that knows what it is and is entertaining throughout

Max Reload and the Nether Blasters definitely has some rawness to it in both acting and writing and not every line lands as perfectly as I'm sure they intended; but it is a very entertaining and funny movie with heart. The cast all puts in a great effort from the younger, main actors to the older actors who have delightful cameos. I recommend for anyone who can enjoy a film without taking it too seriously or harping on little mistakes here and there. It is an independent film after all; at the end of the day everyone involved seemed to enjoy working on this and it shows in the final product. Also to the review that says they can't get past it being a B movie, then don't watch B movies / Independents with low budgets, you can go online and see information about the movie before you watch. Some people just want to complain.
