Good
27 April 2013
I watched this movie on one of those "lazy" days (it was the last day of my week-long vacation). I was bored and didn't want to do anything so I popped in a movie.

I quite enjoyed the movie until the ending. I think the writers ran out of weed or something and just got bored writing. The movie tried to build up all these possibilities and then in the end, it just abandoned everything. I found that I just sat there asking, "what about the..."

The rest of the story was fine: acting was good, lighting / atmosphere was quite pro, make-up / wardrobe was excellent. I think Michael Chiklis is a fine actor and in this movie, he really got to show how bad-ass he can be as an antagonist. Also, Jessica Szohr is nice eye- candy. :)

If you're bored on a lazy day with nothing else to do but entertain the mind, or if you're out conquering Pandaria, pop in this movie for a go.

Great Movie Until the End
2 November 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I've had this movie for a while but never got around to watching it until tonight. The description sounded great and I was feeling in the mood for a good scare via theological horror.

The ambiance of this movie is great. The lighting is was well done, although, there were a few scenes that seemed unrealistically well-lit for the depicted situation. The color schemes fit the mood of the movie perfectly with dull and dreary shades. The sound was also superb. The music really complemented the scenes.

The storyline was excellent, at least until the end. Basically, there are five college-aged kids, including three BEAUTIFUL busty chicks. The find an abandoned school that was the scene of a horrible multi-suicide and then one by one, they start dying off. For the most part, all the events of the movie are great and it kept my attention. The ending, however, seemed to be rushed. I consider it like this: the writers were smoking really good weed and wrote this great story but then ran out of weed and just ended their script.

I didn't feel much emotion while watching this movie. I was scared a few times and it was suspenseful at moments but I didn't feel any strong emotions, which I consider a fail for the movie.

I recommend this movie if you like psychological movies; although, I don't think it's nearly as good as a lot of other pysch movies. I think most people will be disappointed in the ending. To me, the best part of this movie, sadly, is the three beautiful women in it. So sad, so sad.

I Don't Get It
31 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie based on its description and reviews it received. It sounded promising and seemed like it'd be a good movie for Halloween. Turns out, the writers were high on crack and put a bunch of images together that made no sense.

A lot of money was wasted on the ambiance in this movie. The lighting was decent, though it had way too many dark scenes with zero visibility. The colors used in the movie truly depict a gloomy existence. The music fits the scenes very nicely and created a great feeling of suspense and fear when needed. Both actors in this movie did a fantastic job. All the atmosphere of the movie was excellent.

The reason I give this movie a two start rating is because it makes no sense at all. You have a woman going to Russia to get her inheritance or something that she didn't even want in the first place. If you don't want it, why are you there? Turns out, her long lost twin brother is there too, for the same reason. Her brother disappears and then comes back and then disappears again. All the while, their ghosts are with them. I didn't understand the purpose of their ghosts.

If you're bored but are the mood for a horror movie, but this is the only movie available, go find a comedy movie. This movie was a total waste of my time. The ending was about as climatic as watching water boil. I hope they don't make more garbage like this.

Not Bad
31 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie based on its description. It seemed like an interesting movie. Digging into your past is usually a good thing, so why not? The ambiance of this movie is good enough. Lighting is good, even in dark scenes. Colors really set the mood in this one. Sound was also good, as well as the music to set the mood. The acting was great and quite believable.

The storyline was also good. You have a woman who goes home to the location of a horrible car accident that has traumatized her in order to make sense of life. They did a good job letting the audience get to know the main character, as well as other main characters. The flaw in the storyline is there is no explanation for her supernatural ability to see what her sister has seen. I wish they would've explained that in more detail.

This movie did not trigger a lot of emotion for me but it was entertaining nonetheless. I felt bad for the main character and especially for her burned up sister. If you have time after an evening of PvP'ing in World of Warcraft, pop in this video and enjoy!!

Has Potential

Warning: Spoilers
I picked this movie because it sounded interesting. I tend to enjoy movies about ancient magic and stuff like that so I was hoping to see a good movie. I was so disappointed.

The ambiance for this movie was all wrong. Lighting was too bright, sound was horrible, and acting was subpar. There were outdoors scenes that were exceptionally bright, almost to the point where I could not see what was happening. They need better cameras. The movie is about an ancient time, yet they decided to have rock music in the soundtrack. The actors, even Kevin Sorbo, were subpar.

The plot and storyline is great. I really enjoyed that but the execution was poorly done. I would like to think that with a bigger budget, the makers of this movie could've done so much better. The special effects seem really tacky. The rock / heavy metal music is horrible. The actors need more classes and experience in acting.

I do not recommend this movie at all. The storyline is good but just hold out for a higher budget production of this movie.

Fun to Watch
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I picked this movie thinking it'd be good ol' raunchy comedy. I was disappointed that it wasn't raunchy but was still happy for it's fun.

This movie was well done. The ambiance was good enough. Lighting and sound was good, acting was good, and the plot was decent enough. The plot is as old as Jesus himself but was executed quite well. A guy sees a girl from across the room and falls in love. Now, you get to see how he tries to win her heart.

In this case, it's by attending her support group meetings for sex addiction. As the days go on, he learns more and more about her and wins the admiration of the other group members. Throughout, there are a few chuckles here and there but never a raunchy moment. And yes, in the end, he gets the girl.

I enjoyed this movie quite a bit and recommend it to both single people as well as people in relationships. Put down the game controller, bust out a pipe, and enjoy the show.

What Happened Again?
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I watched this movie because it had Thora Birch. Laugh if you will, but I think she's a pretty lady and I've enjoyed her other movies.

The acting in this movie is as good as it will get for a B-movie of this genre, which I would describe as mystery/suspense. Thora Birch isn't the best actress out there but she was believable in this movie.

The atmosphere is superb! Color schemes are great, light is great, music is great! The moods and tones of this movie are very well set by the director(s).

The plot fails in an epic way. The twist at the end is cool but is moot. It's like the writers came up with a cool twist but then ran out of good weed and just ended the movie. There is no point proved. All this movie says is, "psychopaths and schizophrenics live their lives in a vicious cycle." If you're suffering from insomnia, pop this movie in as a last ditch effort to fall asleep. If you're running ICC 5-mans, ICC-10, or ICC-25, this movie may provide cool background ambiance, but I wouldn't bother paying attention.

The Tortured (2010)

Good Enough
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie on a day off from work, out of boredom. It sounded like a good movie from the description here on IMDb and with a title like "The Tortured", how bad could it be? This was a really well done movie. The lighting was terrific. Sound was great. And acting superb. The dark scenes were lit well enough so that the view doesn't need to change the contrast on their TV (I really dislike when horror movies make their scenes too dark and you can't see what is really happening). The music in this movie helped set up the scenes perfectly. The sound effects were good too. I don't know what it would sound like to cut open someone's stomach or to break their toes and stuff but it sure sounded real. Lastly, the three main characters did a fine job.

The plot, though not original, was great. It's psychologically intriguing. What would you do to someone who murdered your child. In this movie, the process by which the parents captured their child's murder was a little far fetched, but it was believable enough. The torture scenes were okay, though not too gory. The ending was also well done and quite believable...however, there is a small flaw.

If you're bored, as was I, then watch this movie. It was entertaining enough for me. Hopefully, nobody will ever have to endure what any of these characters had to endure.

Something a Little Different
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie after reading its description. I thought it'd be about possession or spirits or at least an ancient tribe. It was, in a way, all of the above.

The ambiance of this movie was great. Lighting was well done so there weren't too many scenes that were too dark or too bright. I didn't pay attention to the music but I don't recall anything loud or obnoxious. The acting was as good as any low budget flick can get. All the characters were well played. I did get annoyed at some of the characters for getting over-emotional about their situation, so the actors / actresses did their job.

The plot is a new one for me. Like I said, I watched this movie expecting some sort of spirit(s) in the the ruins or a supernatural creature. It was both: something supernatural in the vines. There was sufficient character and plot development to keep your attention. However, I really do feel that the writers got bored at the end and decided to just end the movie. It seemed very abrupt. Maybe they ran out of good weed or possibly even ran out of film? If you're bored, this movie is definitely worth a watch. Don't expect too much and just enjoy it for what it is...a decent movie about vines.

Laughable
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this on a chilly Friday night when I was bored. It has Darryl Hannah so it shouldn't be too bad.

This is another movie about stupid teens who go into the woods. This time, they're asked by their professor to discover the location of an Indian graveyard or something like that...all in exchange for a guaranteed passing grade. Too bad these kids aren't willing to earn their grades the old-fashioned way.

The acting, for the most part, is juvenile. These are actors in the infancy of their careers; and it would seem that their dreams are never going to surpass this flick. Darryl Hannah is the only real actress in this movie.

The atmosphere was well done. Lighting was great, although unrealistic (night scenes are very brightly lit...go fig). The music score was successful, for the most part, in setting the mood.

I would not recommend this movie. The ending sucks and is really predictable and I suck at predicting outcomes. Skip this movie.

Not as Good as It Should Be
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie because I thought it'd be a good horror thriller. From the description, I thought it would be a lot more than it turned out to be.

The ambiance was good. Lighting really set the mood, though there were way too many scenes that were too dark. Sound was also good, even during whisper scenes.

The plot was not solid, but I'm not even sure I understand the plot. It seems, there was a tragic accident when two boys were little. One boy escaped a horrible life and the other boy got into a horrible life. Basically, a switchoff. From there, it's all haywire...so many questions about the logic of the movie; however, I will discount it as my failure to understand Norwegian culture. Perhaps, in Norway, they have a different philosophy about forgiveness or sympathy. I don't know.

In the end, this movie sucked. I think it had potential but seemed to just screw up over and over again. The ending was really bad and left me wondering, "what the hell?" Don't bother wasting your time on this one. I'm sure there's a at least one good group on WoW that you can run ICC-10 man with on WoW, but even if there isn't, it'd be less torture than this movie.

Good Movie
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie just based off it's intriguing title. An island, lost souls, sounds good!! The ambiance of this movie is really good. Lighting, sound, special effects, etc. All were well thought out and executed nicely. The acting was great, though I don't speak Danish. Just the tone and body language seemed right.

The plot of the story was also decent. There are dozens of movies that tell of an ancient evil that was defeated many years ago and has returned now in the present day to try and recapture its grasp on humanity. This movie is another one. Nothing great about the plot but the details of the story are pretty cool. I don't think I've seen such a story before, so it was refreshing.

Even as an adult, I enjoyed this movie about little kids that save the world without magic powers. If you find yourself bored on a Tuesday night and the WoW servers are down for maintenance, pop this one in and enjoy the ride.

Fun House!
30 October 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I picked up this movie on a boring Monday night. It seemed like a good choice what with a bunch of young friends hanging out in a haunted house.

The ambiance here didn't fit the movie. The lighting was too bright for most scenes and the music was a bit off. The sounds were also off. I think they sacrificed all the production funds for special effects, which were cool, but not great.

The plot is simple: a haunted house producer hires aspiring acting students to perform in his latest production. They agree and then get killed one by one. At the end, there's a little twist, but I won't tell you.

I liked this movie; however, I think it would have done better if it decided to be either a horror movie or a comedy-horror, or comedy. With a higher budget, it could've been something great but for what it had as funds, it should have been made as a comedy horror. Either way, if you missed your guild's run through Ice Crown Citadel, pop in this video and enjoy.

Lacking
4 February 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I decided to watch this movie in order to fall asleep. It kept me awake, so it was interesting; however, it was pretty bland.

The acting was good. I don't think any of the actors did a bad job. Mickey Rourke is as believable as an over-the-hill hit-man can be. The dialogue in this movie does not provide much opportunity for these actors to show off their full potential, but they still shined.

The atmosphere was great. Music was good and colors matched the mood that the director wanted to paint for the viewers. Even the weather enhanced the mood of the movie. Everything was well done.

The failures of this movie are in its story development. The storyline with the mafia vs. Blackbird doesn't get enough attention. The storyline for Carmen and Wayne's divorce doesn't get explained. The FBI seems to work extra fast here. Is there no paperwork for all these processes? Is it really that easy to dig up your brother's body from his grave, burn the corpse, and have it be identified as you? There are too many loops in the storyline for me to give this movie anything higher than a 4 out of 10 rating. I wouldn't recommend this movie to people unless they're really bored and have smoked some really good weed. Even if WoW is down for maintenance, go find something better to do than watch this movie.

Halloween II (2009)

Zombie's worst movie
24 January 2010
I finally decided to watch this movie. I've always enjoyed the Halloween series but have put this one off mainly because I heard that the signature white mask was not a part of the movie. Now that I've watched the movie, the absence of the mask is not the reason why the movie sucks.

I have enjoyed all the movies I've watched from Rob Zombie. This one really disappointed me.

It amazes me that Zombie committed such a horrible foul in movie-making; the opening sequence was a long, drawn out dream. That was the first sign to me that this movie would suck. But I gave it a chance and proceeded to watch the remainder of the movie because I'm a Halloween and Zombie fan.

Another foul in this movie is making the star annoyingly stupid. All throughout the movie, she's weak and pathetic. We hope that at the end, she becomes empowered and overcomes her situation. That is not at all the case. In the end, we learn that she is weaker than we originally thought. I think Zombie is trying to imply that Laurie Strode is now Michael Myers; however, the transition is not believable and just too abrupt.

The overall acting in this movie was quite decent. Everybody pulled off their rolls believably. Scout Taylor Compton gave a great performance and I was truly annoyed at her character's weakness and patheticism. The atmosphere was great and allowed for some excellent death scenes. I have to say that the death / kill scenes in this movie were excellent!! Tyler Mane's size makes him a great Michael Myers.

I would give this movie a 5 if there was better plot development. Actually, I'd give a 5 if there was a plot at all. I just did not see the point of the movie. Yes, it's a slasher flick but I think Zombie tried to get too artistic with it and should have just left it at good ol' hunt and kill.

I put this movie off from it's theatrical release date till now, which is about six to seven months and now, I know why. I'm glad I watched it but I have to say that this movie sucks. I can't believe I stopped playing WoW for this.

Wonder Woman (2009 Video)

Quite entertaining
23 January 2010
I watched this late one night, or early morning because I was bored. I remember watching Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman back in the 80's and like every man fantasized about such a great woman.

Being that this is a cartoon, I won't do my usual review. I'll just say that it is worth a viewing. The voices were great and the animation quite superb; kind of in the same style as Heavy Metal. The storyline was also very good. The movie flowed well and seemed to end pretty fast due to all the action.

If you're bored, pick this up and give it a try. I'd say it's well worth it.

Good movie
7 December 2009
My female roommates picked this movie for our movie night. I didn't know about it and didn't care for it when they told me about it. I was not even aware that it was based on a true story but decided to watch it anyway.

The acting was superb! I don't think there was a single moment of bad acting. Even Mariah Carey and Lenny Kravitz did a good job with their roles, which isn't exactly a compliment being that their roles were minor and required little to no emotion.

The atmosphere was also well set. You do feel like you're in a crummy part of the world. The music, for the most part, fit the scenes nicely. The camera-work was good with some decent cut-scenes that enhanced the viewers psyche; eg, as Precious got raped, they cut to a scene of her dancing. This allowed the viewer to know what she thought about during that horrific event. They use this technique a few times in the movie and I feel it worked quite well.

I felt a little angry at points but quite honestly, I didn't get too excited or anything during this movie. I was not moved. This is not to say that it's a bad movie. Perhaps I've watched too much news and read too many newspapers. I'm just numb to the brutality that we do to each other and this movie is just another example.

I do recommend this movie to everybody that feels like they're in a crappy place in life. It might inspire you or at least make you feel better about your situation.

Awesome
3 November 2009
I watched this movie because it sounded like soft porn. I'm really glad I took a chance on this one. I'm even more glad the writers scored some bomb weed to write this script! The acting was as good as people having sex on film can be. All the actors did a fine job portraying their respective roles and I have to, I have no complaints. Much better than Vivid, Metro, Elegant Angel, or any of the major porn studios! The storyline was superb. I connected with almost every single couple. Honestly, I didn't care about them, but I wanted them to score and have some good sex!! And indeed they did. The writers must have a lot of experience in these situations. I can see the reality of all these couples' situations.

This was an extremely funny and heart-warming comedy. Go find this at your local Blockbuster or Red Box (I doubt it's there). Download it if you must. This was really well done!

Good one from the Philippines
2 November 2009
This is another I watched per reviews here on IMDb. I believe this is the first time I've watched a movie from the Philippines and I am quite impressed, overall.

The acting in this movie seems very well done, but I will put in my standard disclaimer about movies spoken in a foreign tongue to me: I do not speak Tagalog so therefore, my critique of the acting in this movie is based on body language and facial expressions. Everybody did a fine job, even the Ella Guervara, the actress who portrayed the little girl, Lara. As far as actors, I'd say the star was Iza Calzado. I don't imagine it's too easy getting in the mindset of an abused woman.

The atmosphere in this movie is incredible. The tension, drama, suspense, and action were all set up quite well. The music was on cue with the mood the director tried to set up for the audience. The lighting was just right for each scene. Nothing seemed out of place in this movie.

When I watched this movie, I felt upset and angry. There were a few scare moments but mostly because of "noise tactics", which I consider the low-blow of horror cinema. A couple of scenes did frighten me though, such as when Bert was about to beat Anna over the head with a police baton. In all though, this movie made me upset at the ineptitude of my fellow man. It is very disappointing for me to see that we, as a species, can 1) hurt each other so much and 2) allow others to hurt ourselves or the people we know.

If you happen to see this title at your local Blockbuster or, more likely, at your mom-and-pop video store (do they have such stores in smaller cities, or is it just in major cities like Los Angeles and San Francisco?), go ahead and pick it up. You might want to logoff of your game of World of Warcraft and pay close attention. This movie was well done and deserves the attention.

Four for the price of four?
2 November 2009
I read good reviews about this movie on IMDb and a few other places so I decided to give it a try.

The acting throughout these movies seem fine, but they speak, for the most part, in a foreign tongue so I can only determine the quality of the acting based on body language and facial expressions. I'd say they all did a good job.

The atmosphere was well set up, even in Middleman, which I enjoyed the most because of the comical references to other horror movies. The last segment probably had the best atmosphere, although I'd like to mention that I was impressed by the first segment's success in telling a beautiful story with such minimal vocal dialogue. That was impressive acting.

This movie had very little emotional power to me. Only the Deadly Charm segment got me a little upset at the cruelty that we do to each other. Aside from that, I didn't get scared or sad or anything in this movie. Oh, I did laugh a few times during the Middleman segment.

Overall, this was an okay movie. The writers probably had some good weed but should've smoked more of it. Why not tie the segments together and make it a full movie? There were minor references that tied some of the segments together but they had nothing to do with each other. If all four segments were linked together, this movie would've been more fun to watch. Instead, I feel like I watched four little movies.

I'd recommend this movie for hardcore Asian horror fans who like to have something in the background while PvP'ing in World of Warcraft. Hardcore Asian horror fans who don't play WoW probably won't enjoy watching this movie too much. If you're not a fan of Asian horror at all, then skip this movie and go sign up for a World of Warcraft account. If you're none of the aforementioned, then well...what do you do for fun?

Another evil child movie
1 November 2009
Warning: Spoilers
I watched this for fun, trying to get the first review in. It's just another mediocre evil child movie.

The acting is good and the evil child indeed gets your blood boiling. But what drives this movie, for me, is the ineptitude of the family. How did they survive the death of their father and stresses of the aftermath and still be so incapable in life? The mood of the movie was good. The pace was slow and for a long time, you wondered what the hell was going on in the movie and then boom! You realize what's wrong with this evil child.

Emotionally, I did get upset and angry. I never got scared, which is what a horror movie should do. So as a horror movie, the writers failed. As a thriller, they succeeded, I think.

What I really liked about this one is the history of the storyline. Most evil child movies just explain that the evil child is bad. This one tries to explain that the child was emotionally hurt and it drove her to be the way she is. Is it possible? I'm not at all convinced that the children portrayed in these movies are capable of half the stuff they do, but hey...it's fun to watch.

If you're bored of PvP'ing in WoW or if there's nothing else on cable TV, you should give this movie a try. However, don't expect something spectacular. This movie is mediocre at best.

I enjoyed this movie
1 November 2009
Warning: Spoilers
I caved in and decided to watch this movie, alone with the lights off, on Halloween night. :) The commercials / trailers I've seen online and on TV all say that it's the scariest movie since blah-blah and that people at the theater watching the screener jumped out of their seats, blah blah blah.

I liked the acting in this movie and it did make me feel like I was watching a home video. It felt like something from porntube.com except there's never sex. The two main actors did a fine job portraying a young couple in the prime of their lives, living together.

Atmosphere was great, but that goes along with what I said in the first paragraph about the acting. It really did feel like an amateur home movie, except they used a really expensive camera instead of your standard Canon Powershot or at best, Sony Handycam.

Emotionally, I will admit, I was scared at a few points. I was scared and I really felt bad for Katie. She's hot and I hate to see hot women not happy. :) Her boyfriend, I don't remember his name but he was stupid at certain points. Why men try to be macho, I'll never know. There were a few points where I felt the blood rush through my body. An awesome feeling for when you're watching horror, not so awesome when you're running from the neighborhood thugs.

Questions I had to ask myself: why does he always have the camera with him, even when checking for intruders? Why is the bedroom door still open when they go to bed, heard of a lock? Why are they still in this house, machoism? Why is she still sleeping on the side of the bed closest to the door, obviously not machoism? Why has this man gone to bed for two weeks without getting some from this hot chick? I'd recommend this movie to the Hitchcock fan. Slasher and gore fans probably are better off filming their friends dive off a bridge. If you believe in angels and demons, don't watch this...go to confession and beg for forgiveness for all your sins (I know you have at least a dozen). And if you like porntube.com, definitely watch this and then go right to porntube.com afterward. Let me know if this movie changes your mind about homemade porn.

Horror foul
1 November 2009
Warning: Spoilers
I watched this movie on Halloween night just for kicks. It looked and sounded good from the reviews I read. It's Halloween night, so why not? The acting in this movie is great. You have some young talent, or not so young...but they're new blood. Thora Birch, and her big boobs, are always fun to watch on screen. Everybody did a fine job in this movie, acting-wise.

The atmosphere was also well done. You can definitely feel the suspense in this giant-size house with one little lady in it. I actually started feeling lonely while watching this movie...oh wait, that's cuz I'm home on Halloween night! Yeah, but I'm sure the movie helped me with that feeling too.

At the beginning, this movie was boring and raised a lot of questions. "Who is Alice and what happened to her and this Ben guy?" I asked myself. And why the heck would she go to a big o' house in the woods by herself if something traumatic just happened to her? All these questions and the writers, smoking some good weed at this point, kept things really hush-hush. Then, as you forget what her situation was, and you get more into what Lucy's life was about, the writers take you on a whole different trip...in my opinion, they just ran out of good weed and started smoking rose petals. The movie turns out to be a dream...actually, it turns out to be a book that Alice is writing. It's such a cheap way to end a movie.

Next time you have a few hours to spend alone, watch this movie...I'm sure you'll enjoy it, even if the ending is a total lowblow in the horror business.

Good movie

Warning: Spoilers
I just took about 6 shots of Belvedere (vodka) while watching this movie. I'm on my 8th shot now...or 9th...I lost count. This is my first review while under the influence of alcohol...but I probably have better spelling and grammar than 95% of America.

Anyway...the acting in this movie is fine. It's a foreign language to me so I can't truly tell if the acting is good or not but from body language and facial expressions, it's fine to me. As always, as I always say, it's a horror movie so there's not a lot of skill required to portray the roles.

Atmosphere was also well done. I don't can't remember a scene where the music was off or the camera angles should've been better selected. The whole mood of the movie was well set and well-paced.

The negative side of this movie is that I did not feel a lot of emotions. This movie was quite bland to me...or it could've been the six shots of Belvedere. Either way, I was emotionless throughout the movie. I DID feel for the young girl for having a bad heart...I'm not so cold-hearted.

I'd skip this movie. For Asian horror, it sucked. Ringu still reigns champion in my book for Asian horror. That and Sick Nurses...those two movies are the epitome of Asian horror to me. I have a bunch of other movies to watch tonight...yes, I'm buzzing, but can't wait to see the other movies. Either that or I'm going to seriously reinstall my World of Warcraft and get some PvP points!!

What?

Warning: Spoilers
I watched this movie because it looked interesting, or at least interesting enough for a guy who was bored on a Wednesday night. It was a decent movie until the end. I think the writers ran out of weed and decided to end the movie; however, they forgot what they were writing about in the first place.

The acting was good, the atmosphere was good, the plot was decent. Stop reading here if you don't like spoilers. Basically, the movie ends with the main character waking up from a daydream. Someone should tell the writers that this is the cheapest way to end a movie.

Don't watch this movie, don't rent it, don't download it, don't play it as background ambiance while playing WoW, or even as background to a bad poker party. I have never given a 1-star rating here on IMDb, until now.
