First time ever I couldn't make it through a NCIS LA episode (or any NCIS show for that matter) ~ and I only had 10 minutes left. The decision to have all main characters miss four episode each is a complete disaster. For years, the appeal has always been the writing and actors like Chris O'Donnell, LL Cool J and Eric Christian Olsen, so to have all three missing from the same episode, well that just doesn't make sense. The writing this season is awful, and has continually gone down the past few years. I just don't understand why anyone would think leaving out the stars of a show would appeal to the fans. Fans have supported these NCIS shows for years, and they are not happy with this one. Go check their socials and you will see all of the comments. It's a sad, sad time for NCIS L. A. They need to hire new writers and new show runners, get back the old theme song (which also never made sense to change) and put all three NCIS shows on the same night. That's a no brainer.

The Madame Blanc Mysteries
(2021– )
Enjoyable but obviously low budget.

I really enjoy the lead actress and also the plots. I will continue watching; however, this really appears to be a low budget show. For example, the anniversary party at the château in that strange ugly hallway or small room. Why in the world would they shoot that scene there? Most of the cast is fine but the cheesy over acting by the château owners is absolutely cringeworthy. I really hope the show continues to improve with better casting and better filming locations because the mystery stories are fun even though the reveal is rushed. I also love that it features antiques and is set in France.

Loved it

Disregard all the bad reviews here. Just enjoy a fun action packed summer movie. Ryan Gosling was a fantastic action hero. I would love to see a follow-up movie. More comedy moments than I expected including a "Ken doll" jab by Chris Evans!

I really wanted to love this movie, but talking into the camera was the first turn off. The story seemed okay, but somehow overall it just fell flat. Millie Bobby Brown is a talented actress and definitely the highlight.

Really like show

After hearing all my friends rave about how they love this show, I checked it out and really like it too. I have gotten some great ideas and I personally like the hosts. Seems very questionable there are so many 1 ratings saying almost the same thing.
Awakening the Zodiac

Great story idea

Warning: Spoilers
I like the 3 three main actors so I was really glad we found this on Hulu. It was suspenseful and a clever story idea. Good action movie until the last scene. That was the dumbest way to end this movie. Why oh why did they do that??

Give it a chance!

Glad I didn't read the overly critical reviews of the PILOT episode before I watched it. Honestly I have never seen a pilot that I was blown away by. I did find the plot similar to The Blacklist, but so what? It kept my interest and I will watch more episodes.

Casting

Warning: Spoilers
I am a big fan of Nicholas Sparks' novels and some of the movie adaptions. In this movie, I enjoyed each of the actor's performances, especially that of the young Dawson. However, all throughout the movie, I just couldn't get past the fact that the younger versions of James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan's characters didn't look anything at all alike! Not even the same build, hair color, etc. It baffled me so much, that I searched online to discover that Paul Walker was originally cast as Dawson, and Marsden was cast in his place. That still doesn't make up for the other choices. All in all, I enjoyed the story, and each performance. It is just unfortunate the casting proved to be such a distraction.
